My PS4 pro got fried during a summer storm. This business was able to replace the motherboard and several other small repairs in about a week for a reasonable price. My only issue was that they were deceptive upfront. When i called for an estimate they told me estimates were free, however upon arrival their paperwork stated that estimates were $35-45 if you decided not to have it repaired. Since i did want ny console repaired I decided to give them a chance, and i was happy with the repair once completed. My main suggestion is, they do need to be more clear about their pricing up front.

I was completely blown away by the service. Was having issues with a PS4 and the gentleman took it to the back and hooked it up and within 3 minutes came out and said replace the HDMI cord. Fixed the issue. Will definitely be using them a lot.

Very rude and wont fix older consoles. Called for pricing and availability for fixing a console and he told me very rudely to just buy a new console and hung up without another word because it had too many problems, which they were little and only 3. He sounded very uninterested when I told him which console I wanted to get repaired

They can fix your Xbox One! Or can they?So I had a problem with my Xbox One. Every time I turned it on, it shuts off instantly. So I take it to the store to get it fixed and the guy said it would take 2 to 3 business days. 6 days later, I get a call from the store saying they couldnt fix it. So I picked it up from the store and the guy charged me $45 for no damn reason. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!

I turned my Xbox one in because the HDMI port was broke he said he can fix it and it would cost 149$ and he said it would be ready on Friday then on Thursday I ask if almost done he said it will be ready Saturday called him on Saturday and he said still working on it and I ask him if it would be done. Before 5:00 and he said probably not so now Im waiting on Monday too see if they fix it Im trusting them with my Xbox but right now Im bout to give up

Terrible shop without a handle on the door yet I still trust home to try and fix my xbox. He claims it will be $130 to fix and if he cant fix it we still have to pay him $45. So what do you know he couldnt fix it as he claims he tried his best. Terrible service as I couldnt even understand him when he told me what the problem was. I was told on the phone 79. That was the catch to get me there. Then when I get to shop which I drove one hour to get to. Was told it would be 139. I then was told it would be two days. He never called me so finally I called. He told me he was busy I waited he didnt call called again told me same thing. He finally called me told me two more days. Which really would be three cause Sunday he is closed.i havent even got it home to see if it worked. When I dropped the Xbox off I did not have a good vibe . He was kind of mean . I finally called Monday and told him if its not ready I was picking it up.I picked it up today havent got home yet stopped to eat.I would never go back not very perfessional.

Fast and reliable repair! Friendly service and great owner!I had a problem with my PS4 HDMI port. No signal was being transmitted to the TV. I live in the North Georgia area but going to this location was worth the drive. Kevin, the owner and repairman was very kind and honest with the repair. He is very knowledgeable with electronics and even showed me the problem with the port in his shop. He asked when I needed it back and I said no rush but he had it fixed by the next day. Kevin is the truth! Brought in my ps4, within like 2 hours he called me with the diagnosis and the exact price. I asked him if I could come pick it up at the end of the week and he said no problem. He called me the next day and offered to clean my ps4 and add a thermal paste to keep from overheating. Overall he was courteous, professional, and quick! This is the only place well take our electronics no matter how far we may be.

I love the computer repair at apex. I drive 1 hour to get my repairs here. Professional kind polite and a good repair price. I highly recommend Kevin and his staff.

It was roughly a 30 minute drive from mu house to this place and as doon as I got there I was greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome. Posters up on the wall of some of my favorite games and I just couldnt help but smile. I was given a reasonable price for the fix which came around to roughly $150-$160 dollars. I had needed a new wifi connector and so on. It had been giving me trouble for months with my xbox. Basically I couldnt connect to the internet and my controllers wouldnt stay connected. Regardless he had back to me within a week and he offered to fix my cooling system in my xbox which had also been damaged for an extra $10 dollars. I highly reccomend this place.
