The staff here is great! They test pool water for free and offer helpful tips on how to condition the pool and keep it clean. This is our first season opening/operating a pool and the staff at this location have been so much help! Our pool started off emerald green and is now cleaner than I ever would have thought possible!

This place is great for getting all of your spa chemicals. And the water testing is free, which is nice. A nice little area 4 pool toys and the like. I come here once a month or so to get the water tested.

I have been trying to get sample pool liners for over 6 months and they are not able to provide me with the choices for 2013. Every time I go in, they give a different excuse or tell me that they will get it to me. The last time the guy called me he told me he had the information. He gave me the choices from 2011. When I told the manager my and expressed my frustrations and the lack of information that are able to give me, her reply was that she did not like my attitude. I spent over $4,000.00 last year to have my filter upgraded. I was about to spend another $4,000.00 for a new liner. NO THANKS. Your customer service has a lot to be desired. It is still winter and you are slow, you would think you would have time to give better customer service. I even left a message with corporate, but they have not followed up with me either. Leslies Pool Supplies = Poor / failing customer service.

The people who work at this place make a point to park out front in the best parking spots every single day. Tella me everything I need to know about there level of customer service, especially when they all drive luxury imports.

Prices are a bit high compared to places like amazon BUT the staff is super knowledgeable and will answer any questions you have. this makes up for the price difference compared to amazon.
