This place was really cute. Everything was glow in the dark. It has several bouncy castles, a soccer with a basketball area in the middle. There is a small miniature golf sections in the back. The kids had a great time.My only con is that the place was really hard to find. It was located in an office park tucked in the back. I wish this place had a stand-alone sign to make them stand out more. But other than that, we had a good time.

Staff very friendly, very clean, and very sanitary. Hand sanitizer at every walk way and door entrance. Mask worn the whole time there except for eating by staff and guest. Kids had a blast highly recommended

I had a party there last night and the manager was the only one working and when I tell you he is the KINDEST soul. So accommodating, so helpful, he was on top of everything making sure we had everything we could possibly want and need to enjoy our night. The place was so much fun but the manager made it probably one of the best parties we’ve had. Someone needs to give that man a raise!!

Had our grandaughters 8th birthday party here. I would definitely recommend a Glow Galaxy party. The staff went above and beyond to make sure the kids were all having a great time, as well as checking in with the adults. Kasey was great keeping the kids entertained. This is the first party I have had where there was no stress for me! Thanks for such a positive experience!

This place exceeded my expectations! We had a party with 24 kids and they LOVED the play area! There is also a screened-in basketball court with 2 hoops and the dads at the party enjoyed themselves as well, while the kids were playing. Many of my guests said they would be coming back again! Although the staff were young they were all very friendly & accommodating to my every need or question. Only thing I would change is the size of the party room, due to the amount of kids and parents it was a little crowded but the staff made sure to get seating for us all.

Fun for active kids. The staff are friendly and childlike they play and create games with the kids and were just as mad about time to have pizza and cake with all the fun games. LOL They play soccer, basketball and dodgeball in the dark UV lighting. Theres also jumpers and slides.

I had my 3yr olds party there yesterday. Mind you, I’m 37wks pregnant. The 2 young gentleman hosting his party made it such a relief for me and I was able to sit down and let them handle the party from the food to serving the cake, to handing him his gifts. I usually throw my kids parties myself, but this time I knew I wouldn’t be able to physically. They were amazing and I appreciate them so much. I would definitely recommend Glow Galaxy. Unsure for toddlers, but mine had fun just running around glowing. Thank you for helping me ❤️

The party attendants showed poor customer skills by not respecting the guests with the language of choice. Partaking in food by own choice. My grandchild wasnt allowed to open gifts and party had to be carried over at home without choice instead of the place we paid to sponsor the party. Management, I recommend a customer service course for the three young ladies.

Great for kids but lacks adequate space or places for adults. They need to have an area for that.Also my granddaughters party did not provide goody bags and she did not get her gift as indicated in the package pricing.

The play time was incredible the kids really enjoyed there selves as did the adults. The only downside was the hostess, really rushing everyone and was a bit rude. Picking up plates before the children were even finished eating. The play area was very amazing and my son really enjoyed it. I rate it a 3 out of 5 just because of the play area!!!The staff at the front were very polite and welcoming!!!

This was an amazing party for my 8 year old cousin. Abraham and Lieann were amazing host. Abraham has the best attitude and is super amazing at what he does. I seen the pride in his success. The 2 of them went super above and beyond. It was worth the drive from Maryland to be there. This is a nice location and so so cool for kids of all ages. Adults as well would enjoy this location. Everything flows bright colors and they have so much for the kids to do in the play glow room. I swore I was going to brag about how amazing Mr. Abraham is and he definitely deserves the bragging rights. I hope the owners know how serious your staff is taking their jobs. Fun place but they can mop the sticky floor

Today we had the best birthday party that we have ever had for our five-year-old daughter. As a parent of three I have been everywhere and Glow Galaxy is by far the best on all accounts. The staff was super friendly, helpful, and amazing from the time we arrived until the time we left. Isaiah our party coordinator was the Best EVER!!! He helped get the kids excited from the time we arrived and kept them engaged and having fun the whole time. Playing games such as: Zombie Tag, Red Light Green Light, and even Hide & Seek! Isaiah also helped with pizza, ice cream cake, and handing out presents to the birthday girl. He even loaded the presents in the van before we left. Glow Galaxy Rocks!!!!!

Went here for a Birthday party, is really fun for the kids, i do not like theres no one watching the older kids as they go how they please, theres no really a separate part for little kids so it was really frustrating when my 3 years old would try to climb and bigger kids will push her away.For the birthday party they dont let You bring anything else more than a cake which I didnt like because the people from the place dont offer food to the parents in the party. They only feed the kids (the package my friend got came with 3 pizzas), they do said you can order more pizza but when my friend tried to they said no. I guess you have to add more pizza to the package you buy before the party starts.

I drove here to bring my son for the open play. Noone answered the phone and the voicemail was full but since the website is updated weekly with the open play times I assumed it would be open. Well we got here, the lights were off and door was locked. A complete waste of time and disappointment!!! Going strawberry picking instead

My party was absolutely amazing! The prices were very low when compared to the other places I was considering. The customer service was perfect. The staff passed out the cupcakes and cookies I had brought no problem.

We held our daughters 5th bday party here. Bouncy houses alone is all that kids their age need, but the glow in the dark factor was an amazing twist. The kids loved it of course. I was worried that my older nieces and nephews (8-12) would be bored, but they had lots of fun too. The basketball and soccer court area kept them engaged, and I spent a lot of time playing basketball and throwing football with my nephews.All parents kept asking me how I found this place and kept telling me how much fun their kids were having.Our party attendant was a young man named Dee. He was great. He was also the one who gave me a tour of the place and explained everything to me about their parties when I first went by to check the place out. He did so much work to make sure everything went perfect. It was raining and hell always offer to run to the car with me to get whatever supplies for the party I brought. With that said, you dont have to bring anything, I just brought extra stuff. Ie, helium tank and balloons, which Dee helped me put up in the party room. He was great with the kids as well and managed the entire party flawlessly, which is something to say when dealing with a bunch of sugar high kids.The pizza came from a regular pizza spot, I forget where, may have been pizza hut. We waited until the day of party before ordering so that we know how many people showed up and how many pizzas we needed. I saw a few reviews state the pizza came late, so I made sure to let them know how many extra pizzas to order from the start of the party. No issues with it being late. A few other posters mentioned it being cold. It is a bit, but thats because all the kids are running around. I played a bit and the temp is what I needed to not overheat. Parents, if youre sitting down and not at least waking around, then you might want a light jacket.Overall, this was a great experience and well worth the money. Rusty was also great, hes the guy (I assume owner or manager) that I booked with. I kept reaching out to him with questions and he was great when responding.If youre looking to host a childs bday anywhere, please check them out.

The kids had lots of fun here. Its not super big. Has giant glow in the dark inflatables with a really small mini golf course and one basketball station. We went on a Wednesday and it wasnt crowded. Make sure to check the website for their open play hours if you are not going with a party. $8 admission.

We celebrated my daughters 7th birthday party here. The entire experience was wonderful from online booking, in-person to get invites, editing my reservations, calling to add wings (which were great) to the day of the party. The run a tight ship here and I like it. You arrive 15 minutes before your start time and theres a room for the kids to hang in while waiting for the rest of the guests to arrive. They take your party favors (if you bring your own) and store them. Then they line everyone up and walk them down a hall (bathrooms and water fountains are seen here) into the Glow room. There they spend about 1.15 hrs playing. There is a host that moves each party to different areas and engages with them. There are then lined up to get shoes out of cubby, given hand sanitizer and walked to the party room thats been set up already. They eat pizza, prepare the cake for birthday singing, cut, serve etc. The Host and Hostess had great energy and were so helpful. When I went to pick her up at school the next day, the teachers were telling me that the kids couldnt stop talking about the party. Kudos!

Great idea, however Glow Galaxy needs much better signage. It very difficult to locate. With a name like Glow Galaxy maybe there should be a Bright light to advertise that they awwww Glow.

I had my Sons birthday here today and was so pleased. They take care of everything including helping pack the car with gifts etc at the end. There are so many inflatables for the kids to enjoy..and even the adults had a slide. Also my son has Autism and they were so accommodating. I felt safe and stress free the whole time.

I went to a birthday party in honor of my niece and all I have to say is this place is so unprofessional the worker talk outside there head not think we couldn’t here them they took a slices of cake and a box of pizza and rushed us out of our party even though they started late this place is a whole mess they didn’t wipe things down I don’t recommend this place at all save your money the workers are the worst I’m pretty sure I saw a roach crawling on the floor.

Pleasantly surprised at the experience. Hosted my sons birthday party here and honestly I was reluctant to book due to all the negative reviews, HOWEVER the experience was anything but negative. We showed up on time and the kids were allowed to go into the play area for an hour and 15 mins. The play area was pretty big for the amount of kids that attended. Towards the end of playing we were moved to the party room, where all the kids were served pizza and cake. The host did a great job and we didnt have to do a thing( which was a relief). She cut, plated, and served the pizza/cake and we didnt feel rushed at all. Overall Id say that the negative reviews must have been from people with unachievable expectations or from those that showed up late. When you book the venue you are booking a private time slot and once your time is up the next party gets to enjoy the venue. 2 hours was enough time to enjoy everything. My son had such a great time that he asked to have his party here again.

I just held my daughters 4th birthday party their yesterday. The kids had a blast! Nadia, our helper, was very polite and helpful. The entire experience was fun for everyone! Lots of bounce houses and slides, and the pizza was good too. They have it delivered from Pizza Hut. I enjoyed not having to worry about clean up, as they took care of everything! Very satisfied.

Small and fun for kids

The kids enjoyed themselves, however I do wish they allowed outside food. The pizza is too expensive and its Marcos pizza... the pizzas were like 25 each... thats absolutely overpriced. We also we not able to order more pizzas, which is kinda inconvenient if too many kids show up somehow.

I would just rate them three stars. Organized a party for my daughter bday, they delayed the pizza by almost 45 minutes. Also they informed they cant take further pizza orders at half stage. Games were good and I would expect them to be lot more cooperative.

Fun spot for kids(and bigger kids)

My 4 year old attended a birthday party here. The staff were wonderful with the children. They engaged them, spoke kindly to me and the other parents, and the host didnt have to lift a finger during pizza, drinks, and presents dispite there being 10 children in attendance. They cleaned up as they went. The facility was clean and easy to navigate. We would consider booking a party here in the future.

I recommend no one goes here because I was to have a party there for my daughter and the owner told me that I can pick a time for 6:30pm the same day I called or a 9:45 the next day, I told him Id rather have the next day because I might not make it to the 6:30 and then I paid him 75.00 for my kid party that evening and if I couldnt make it, I was told that I can have it the next day, then after not being able to make it, I asked for some of my deposit back so my daughter can have a party somewhere else and the owner told me no, so then I asked him can I use that money for my kids to play there as a regular visitor instead and he said no, basically he beat my child out of 75.00 bucks for her party and didnt careless and she was upset that she wasnt able to have a party for her birthday and shes 7 years old, my heart was broken and hers, so totally recommend that you all go somewhere, where the company cares about their customers, especially in this type of situation instead of taking from a child to gain for their business. Besides all this we couldnt even find the place, me or my people ms so it could be a scam too!

I had a birthday party here and it was not good at all. I paid over $300 and had food come late and the workers were not helpful at all. I had to host my own party. The place was dirty and the lady at the front was rude. Ill never go back to this place.

Pretty much like any other bouncy house place, but with black lights. Good for missing it up a bit.They have miniature golf and basket ball court in Black light which could be fun for older kids.

I am kind of shocked by the poor reviews on here. My daughter celebrated her 10th birthday here and she had a BLAST! Was it expensive? Yes. But, no more so than any other place you would pay for to have a childs birthday at. Closed to the public for our party was a PLUS! Also, this place is SUPER clean! (I work for a professional cleaning company-I KNOW clean) The manager was a little dry-but she doesnt really interact with the kids, so WHO CARES?! Our party-pro was AWESOME! Yes, he was young, but that was perfect for the level of energy in the room. The kids LOVED him! I decided to not add their goody bags and to make my own so I cannot speak to the quality of them, but I was BEYOND pleased with EVERYTHING else in this facility! Amazing, amazing, amazing. Thank you Glow Galaxy for making my daughter smile for days and days following her party!!! Perfect and just what we were looking for.

Its just OK. Not as big as other indoor play areas. There also arent a lot of activities. The ones here dont make sense. Theres a small mini golf course that is tucked away in a small area and a basket ball course that takes up space in the middle of the floor. Its also VERY cold inside.They do provide socks if you dont have any on, but they arent branded. Its as if they went to the Dollar Tree and stocked up on random pairs of socks. The floor isnt padded. Its just carpet. Also, things dont glow as brightly as they could due to the layer of grime covering everything. There are only six inflatables.I wouldnt bring anyone here under the age of five due to how high the slides are and lack of things catering to smaller children. Very cramped place.

My 5 yr. old grandsons birthday party was a big success. Our party hostess, Hennessey, was terrific. She was enthusiastic and had complete control of the kids, serving the pizza and drinks and keeping it all on schedule, therefore, allowing the parents to enjoy the party as well. The kids loved the glowing bouncy houses and slides. Very well organized.

The play area itself was awesome!! The adults and kids had a blast. But the party pro was not charismatic or enthusiastic at all. They more just stand there and watch you and hand you Pizza. We celebrated our sons 4th birthday today. And the experience has been a mix for us.The good :The concept of glow in the dark play area is very good. Everyone of our guests liked the place and praised the play area a lot. We were really impressed by the party pro as he attended our son with much care. If you are taking your kids there to play, then this is a definite recommend.The bad :The lady at the reception / front desk seemed very unfriendly. She never smiled when responding to our queries, and was at times.. RUDE.The hallway connecting the play area and the party room is too small and congested. They even brought out the dirty mops and left it at the party room door even before our party ended. It was really BAD.They FORGOT to bring in the fruit trays which we had ordered a week before our party. Thankfully we had ordered extra pizzas and our guests did not leave empty stomach.All in all, good for play ; but not for service.

I went here for my nieces birthday party. The staff was very friendly and the kids looked like they were enjoying themselves. The adults as well but there were some things we did not like. They do not serve food unless you are having a birthday party. They have sodas and chips up front for $1 up by the register. Most of the balls on the basketball court did not have air in them. The other issue was the room that we were in for the birthday party was extremely hot to the point where we were sweating. Other than those 3 issues I think this is a great place for small children to have fun.

I would not go back to this place. My daughter had fun and Im grateful but she could have had an equal amount of fun at Chuck E Cheese for $20. We paid over 300 dollars for a non welcoming staff. Nobody made my birthday girl feel special. Our party was not hosted at all as you see at other places like Kids Paradise or Catch Air. Those places are better by far. Our pizza was super later getting there (from Pizza Hut), then we were rushed to open her gifts for that reason. Altogether, wasnt a good experience. Find somewhere more upbeat and welcoming for your party.

My daughter had a birthday party here for my grandbaby in March and it was a lot of fun. I made thirty-three t-shirts with glow in the dark words for the children and everyone had a great time. It was the best birthday party in her three years.

Fairly safe and clean place for kids to play. The bounce houses and slides are varied. Glow in the dark theme makes it a bit different.

I booked my sons birthday party on line and the following day I received a call that they are usually closed on that day and wont be able to honor the date I had reserve on line. We were all very disappointed. Later, I received another call, saying that they will make an exception. They offered to open and staff the facility for our party. It was fantastic! The kids had a great time, the staff was wonderful and I was very impressed how hands on they were with the kids. At most jumping places the staff just walks around and supervises, but here, the guy that was assigned to our party ( I believe his name was Jamel ) actually engaged the boys, played basketball with them and interacted with them the whole time we were there. I am very grateful for the way they treated us. They definitely made our sons 11th birthday a success, especially during the crazy Christmas season. Highly recommend!

THE WORST PLACE for a birthday party! Stay away... the staff is not interested in helping you create happy birthday memories for you or your child. They just want your money... I should have taken the hint from the first question they asked me when I called for info are you aware that you need to do a $75 deposit?

Please dont go here and waste your time. We came for a birthday party and I just say that it took almost 15 minutes just to find the place because there isnt visible signage to let you know where they are located. The experience wasnt what I expected. The music was horrible and didnt cater to what our crowd of people wanted. Ill never visit this place in the future.

Its entirely lit by black light inside, so quite challenging to see. Youll trip over stuff, and so will will kids. Cant say this is my favorite kid stop.Update: Owner asked me to elaborate, so I thought I would. Mixed in with the indoor bouncy houses, they have an indoor putt-putt golf area. The putt-putt area is mainly used as a short cut for kids running from bouncy house to bouncy house. The rub? The putt-putt area holes are lined with solid concrete blocks. Solid concrete blocks within a dimly lit blacklight room. And not the smooth concrete you see sometimes. The rough concrete similar to cinder blocks. So essentially, kids will walk through, trip over said concrete blocks, & scrape knees, shins, ankles, stub toes, etc. I witnessed 2 separate scraped knees during my last visit. Lots of crying. Now, Im not sure whos idea it was to line an indoor putt-putt golf course, within a dimly blacklit room (where kids are running around with no shoes) with exposed concrete blocks, but it might be something to consider changing. But hey, if you like playing indoor putt-putt in a black lit room, THIS IS YOUR VALHALLA. My 2 cents.

Decently fun place. My 3YO son broke his ankle getting off one of the bouncy playthings. I guess your kids need to be old enough to be willing to heed the slow down warnings. But then again, kids in bouncy castles? Slow down? Thats pretty unrealistic. Real risks exist here.

I had my daughter party there last weekend! Horrible! I will never I repeat never have another party there,nor will I recommend this place! This place charge you for kids thats 15-17 that are not playing just because they went threw the door,not stating online nor in the facility that you would have to pay for them,you dont know until the party over and its time to pay the rest of your bill! The party pros are horrible,they dont interact with the kids their in the front hanging with someone who introduced herself as the general manager and their on their cellphones! I seen my party pro twice the entire party and he was on his phone as well! I paid for package E wit an add on pizza and the supposedly general manager argued me down I got package A! How? My email specifies I got package E! My daughter didnt receive her shirt until we were leaving, she didnt get her free gift and the general manager tried to charge me $40 for my party bags which were included in my package! I will never spend another $307 at Glow Galaxy!
