Ive spent hundreds so far this year and between the ghosting (saying they performed services - but didnt), and now my unsightly yard, Im moving on to another vendor. Whatever products they now use are purposefully diluted or cheaper alternatives.When you call their customer service line, if you choose that youre a current customer, they put you on hold forever, however if you call back and select that you want to apply for new services, you immediately get in touch with a representative.They used to be the gold standard a decade or so, but as you can see from the other reviews, this company is a shell of its former self.

The 1st 3 photos are my backyard lawn in September 2018. The last 3 are what it looks like now (May 2021). The lawn has been under continuous care from TruGreen. There is very little traffic on the lawn and it gets water when needed. Last summer I had an infestation of nutsedge. I finally got someone to come treat it. They killed everything but the nutsedge. I have called TruGreen numerous times. It’s very hard to reach a human being. I was told many times this spring that a manager would come out and assess the situation. That never happened. TruGreen has not acknowledged the problem and has not offered to restore my lawn. So now I’m left with a dust bowl when it’s dry and mud pit when it’s wet. There are many cheaper ways to kill a lawn. I have also had at least 2 occasions when I got a service report when nothing was done. Once the tech sat in his truck for half and hour, never got out and sent a service report after he left. Most recently, the tech got out of his truck, planted a sign, left and sent a service report. The service reports frequently do not reflect what was actually done. Needless to say, I do not recommend TruGreen.

I have been a continued customer of Trugreen since 3 years or so. Attached are the pictures of variety of weeds found on my yard lawn after Trugreens professional treatment. I might have missed something by not babysitting their professionals, but that was the whole point of paying these folks, instead of DIY due to other priorities. I have employed a competitor and am also helping with some DIY to bring my lawn weed situation under control.

I have been a customer for two years and this year my yard got army worms. I was told they would be at my address within 3 days to take care of problem, instead they put me on the schedule 6 days later and then didnt show up. I called several times that day to get the specialist to come back to my house before army worms completely eat my grass and they kept telling me manager of local branch would be calling me back try to get me back on schedule and that never happened. they ended up putting me back on schedule to have me wait another 6 days! You can never get anyone on the phone that actually takes pride in what they do and I have never experienced such awful customer service and am in process of finding a new lawn care service since my yard is now destroyed from not having them come treat it for army worms.

TruGreen lacks effective weed treatment as my yard pics show. This is still after several calls about the weed trt not working and them sending technicians out to retreat. When I raised the side yard grass not coming back, they confirmed it was still dormant. I’ve waited for several months after their trt and recommendation and grass has not still rooted up.... it’s dead per pic. Additionally it would have been nice for technicians to raise a flag regarding the condition of the side yard when it first appeared looking weak.... this is something I also raised w them when I first saw it and they still did not share anything regarding it. Too many opptys to make it right or even show some improvement in our grass.... Why should I still be paying for no service? That’s a crooked style of business. Ending it today.

I am flabbergasted at the lack of integrity I see in the technicians and poor customer service. I paid to have my lawn aerated. The sales person I spoke with said they do aerations in Georgia around November and December and I could prepay before then to get the discount. Interestingly 2 days later (3rd week of September) I see the aeration is scheduled. So okay I’ll go ahead and prepay although I was expecting this to happen at the end of the year.I was excited and purchased fertilizer and seed to put out after this aeration and the timing is perfect because we have rain forecasted for the next 7 days. When I get to the back yard with fertilizer it doesn’t look like it’s been aerated. I could tell the front yard had been though not thoroughly. I look at the ring camera and the guy didn’t go into the backyard at all.I call customer service (choosing the menu option that I would like another service so I can get a person on the phone, and the first person I spoke with sent me back to the main menu on hold). I call again and the young lady I spoke with was very nice and offered to remove 50% of the aeration charge and have the service rescheduled.Today the technician arrived for the reschedule. He sat in his truck for 27 minutes. Mind you I stayed home so I could make sure the back yard wasn’t missed. He got out of the truck and drove the aeration machine to the yard. Ok so far so good. I turn my back to continue with my current project waiting to hear the machine come closer to the house but didn’t hear anything. I step outside (after 5 minutes) and he is GONE. What??? I call and am told his supervisor will call me back within 48 hours. I ask to speak with the reps manager but she is not interested in speaking to me. I looked at the ring video and he drove the machine on the lawn at 2:30 then at 2:31 he drives the machine to his truck, loads it up and leaves. This timeline is not an exaggeration.This is the worst customer service and they are not doing the services I paid for. If you’re considering TruGreen take heed.

They ruined my fescue lawn. I called them on several occasions throughout the summer and they could never get it right. They burned my lawn by overfertilizing, would not even apply the products when they said they did and their customer service is useless.

Ive used TruGreen since November 2018. I have had to contact the company several times due to their inability to control weeds in my lawn. Earlier this year, in April, I reached out again about problems I was having and received a complementary service. Counting the complementary service, TruGreen has been to my house 3 times from April to now. The weeds are still hugely problematic. 2 weeks ago on July 6th, I contacted the customer care manager again about the weeds, and he assured me that he would send someone out again with specific instructions. After not hearing anything else nor seeing any technician come by, I called the customer service number and was informed that while my complaint had been logged, the free service they advertise all the time had not been scheduled. I cancelled right then. I have attached pictures that I took in April and pictures that I took July 6th. There is absolutely zero difference in the weed density between then and now. After nearly 2 years of service, this is how my yard looks. There is no way that I would ever return to this company, nor would I recommend their services to anyone else.

I can’t select the service they provided cause robbery wasn’t available.. They never showed up at my house but they still charged my card for service. They didn’t want to refund my money and mysteriously the phone keep hanging up every time I called and talked about getting my money back or they didn’t understand, how funny!! The only recommendation I will give you about this company is to STAY AWAY. If I could give no stars they would get 0 on a scale 1-10 they get a -1

Honestly I’d look elsewhere. There are too many issues to even name. Signed up last week but after trying to contact customer service and having a 2hr wait time, I knew they were not a reliable company. Signed up for callback that was to take 20-30 minutes, it took 1 hour and 30 minutes and I think the only reason I got that was due to a text I sent threatening to make a complaint with the BBB and wrote this review. The corporate culture simply doesn’t work for me. I spoke with Eleanor today and and she assured me my services would be canceled. If I get a confirmation email of cancellation and a no charge for a service that was cancelled last week I will delete the review. The one star will remain but the verbiage will be deleted.

We use to have great service from Trugreen until our loyal representative moved away. It is comical what our cameras have caught Trugreen reps doing instead of the job they are suppose to do. Anywhere from being charged for services when no one came to a rep throwing a hand full of fertilizer on the side walk then sticking a flag in the yard to appear he treated the yard. Our beautiful grass was killed last year in spots due to someone applying the wrong chemical compatible with our grass. Only reason we have stayed with Trugreen this long is because the service manager continues to comp services for free. Now we no longer want any service from Trugreen even it is FREE. I have been on hold numerous times trying to speak to someone without any luck. Customer Service is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. You cant get anyone to call back. I cant even cancel my account online nor my credit card that is in their system. Maybe other locations besides the Norcross GA are better. DO NOT USE. After reading reviews, seems Im not the only one with the same issue. I am tired of being a Karen with Trugreen. It is exhausting and a waste of my valuable time trying to resolve all of the issues i have had. It is true if you call and say you are already a customer you stay on hold and never get a rep but if you say you are a new customer you immediately get answered.07/28 update. Trugreen supposedly credited our charge card but Amex does not have the credit. Funny how they can charge our card for services not rendered but they cant get a credit to process. Never give them your charge card to automate your account.

I was told when I signed up for a yearly service, that a tech would perform an analysis of my soil, and inspect my yard to determine if a simple aeration would help the grass grow or if Sod would be necessary. I was told that tech would follow up with me to talk specifics about my yard and formulate a plan... It has been almost 3 weeks.. I never heard from anyone at my local trugreen office. I have called them multiple times, and never get a response.. left my phone number for them to call me back.. never get a call back... really really unimpressed so far.

Ive tried and tried and tried to work with TruGreen but they continue to screw up my services. For one they dont always do my entire yard which is what I pay for (front and back). TWICE I called them to retreat the backyard and they did the front! Today was supposed to be a regular service but for some unknown reason they just did the back. I have cameras that prove this along with the fact that they didnt leave anything on my door or put a TrueGreen sign in front yard. When I called in and spoke Mary (helpful) she confirmed that it looks like they treated it like a retreat and not a regular service especially based on the amount of chemicals they used...not enough for front and back. They did this last time and I was promised I wouldnt be charged...but they charged me! Charged me for a service that didnt happen!!!! Crazy. This is the worst company ever! Dishonest! Do not trust them with your money. They will not show up or do the work. Today on the very first treatment for my house and my neighbors, we caught them on camera and the TruGreen guy showed up and then left immediately saying there was landscapers even though there were no landscapers at either property because we dont even have landscapers yet. I used to use them on one of my investment homes and caught them multiple times showing up putting a tag on the door and running away within 30 seconds when they realize nobody was home. I dont know why I went against my gut instinct and decided to give this company a second chance.

Weed and feed products at the local hardware store and once a year crabgrass treatment always did a great job for me. Pay a professional and I received broadleaf weeds, poana, crab, sedge grasses coming up and the final straw was over fertilize grass and burned it so much it died to the roots. Call in to ask for a Mgr and nothing, weekly calls and just empty promises. Why pay for this abuse ?

My weeds are worst than ever. They never have aerated my yard yet and they charged for it. The worst is the customer service ! Everything seems to done not local and is nationwide. If you try to reach them you are put on your wait time is one to two hours ! WHAT IS THIS THE IRS OR GOVERMENT !i paid upfront and that was a big mistake. Avoid this company, you cannot have any interaction. The executive that thought this was customer service should be fired and have to return every call in a timely manner.The worst experience since the IRS and I am beginning to give both companies a tie in NO Service..

Yesterday I received a text that my service was completed and my Amex was charged $74.95. I have 4 cameras on the front of my house and reviewed my cameras and no one had ever shown up or performed any treatment, but I was charged despite no service being provided.It is a scam to pay to be charged for a service that never happened.

I signed up for TruGreen for a year and prepaid for a year. I paid to do the back and the front yard, the tech would never go to the back. The back yard filled with weeds and looked terrible after putting new emerald Zoysia sod. I cancelled and told them to send A manager to look at what happened to the back yard and they said nobody will come see it unless I paid for another year. I cancelled and switched to Simply Organic and have had great results. And to add insult to injury TruGreen sent a bill saying I owed for 1 more treatment even though I prepaid for a year which they refuse to remove. Stay away from TruGreen and try Simply Organic for professional service.

Fired them after 3 horrible encounters with their field technicians. If there was an option for 0 starts I would rate them 0. Uneducated, rude and untimely service. Today they called to offer me a reduced price to come back. I was explaining why I left and the guy hung up on me. The worst company I have dealt with in my six years of homeownership. Take your business elsewhere.

Very frustrated. I got a notification saying that the tech was on the way to my house. It was my first treatment so I wanted to be there. I left work to meet the tech at my house. 2 hours later I call to see where he was and they told me that there is a 4 hour window. The app said he was 15 min away when I got the first text. I told customer service to cancel my service. she said she would lower my bill by $15 going forward. I agreed and thought I would give them another chance. well, today they showed up to do a lime treatment. I have cameras all around my house. The tech pulled up to my house at 9:51 am by 9:56 he was back in his truck and gone. I looked at the recorded video and he never went to my backyard (I am willing to share the video with them if they dont believe me). I called and they told me he would call me back. He never called. I looked at the bill and they charged me normal price. When I asked why I didnt get my discount, I was told that the discount did not include the lime treatment. they refused to do anything about the bill. I got on the Chat and they fixed the bill right away. I dont have time to babysit a professional service. I strongly do not recommend this company. I am still paying $45 for a 1/4 of my yard to be treated. I am paying it to get them out of my life.

I got a service on Friday April 2, the technician didn’t did my backyard, I called but no one answer so I had to wait for a response, when they call me back they apologize and they rescheduled for Tuesday, Another tech came to my property and they didn’t did nothing, they didn’t even went to my back yard again, this is frustrated, they schedule for Thursday, let see what happens, but at this point I am thinking call for cancel these services.

Unethical, Unprofessional, Unreliable ... Stay away!! This company is crooked - they billed is for a service not rendered and after trying to dispute it several times, we decided to just pay it because I did not have time to fight over a $49.00 charge. Well, they then send us to collections for a phantom $49.00 charge after we had already paid in full and cancelled our account. No calls, no emails, not nothing... we got a collections letter in the mail saying we still owe this crooked company. I am in dispute for it now, and have had zero luck getting a hold of anyone who can help.

I signed up for service just after moving in but the tech that came said there was nothing worth saving and strongly recommended a renovation. Fast forward a year and I got hounded by a salesman (about 5 calls over two weeks) and I invited him over to take a look. Salesman recommended a few months of treatment (spray for weeds, lime the yard, and fertilize). I agreed and paid them to start treating my yard. Problem is all they did was fertilize and lime, they never sprayed for weeds. I called and the lady informed that they should have been spraying for weeds but records indicated they never did... Never got refunded, just cancelled the service and will use someone else next year after this summers renovation. Bad company, aggressive sales, just care about taking in money and not at all about your lawn.Update:These guys still call me non-stop, up to a few calls a day. I told the lady today that if it doesnt stop, I will report them to the FTC. I will never give these guys another dime and when it comes time to treat my yard after renovation, I will be going with one of their competitors. Giving these guys your phone number is like making a deal with the devil. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Customer service is poor!! Tech said they came out but they never did! Sent invoice charging me! Then put that he came out and no work needed to be done which was a lie!! Tried to explain this the customer service woman breathed heavily and said well they came out even after I told her they didn’t. I had services with then prior years, they kept servicing my neighbors’ yard instead of my yard. When I call them back, they told me that my yard has too many weeds and they can’t complete the services. I could not believe they told me that when they had been treating my yard for years. Obviously, they have been doing a poor job. I fired and told them not to come back. Guess What! They started treating my yard again when I had not ordered it. I told them I don’t want their services. They told me that their services automatically renewed each year and I had to pay for the services already performed. I was even aware any services was performed! Unbelievable!

They call me everyday not to refund me but to sign me up for more services . The sales manager threatened to sue me even tho he stole $1,000 from me. Once they sell you a product they could care less. My lawn looks like trash.

They burned my entire lawn (front and back yard) due to applying either wrong or too much chemicals. I will need to replace the lawn - a $ 5,000 + lesson. The exact same thing happened with my next door neighbor. I contacted the corporate office to no avail. This will likely turn into a legal claim. Stay away!!!

I will never do a business with TruGreen again, since I requested a core aeration, my yard got so messy and teared out my lawn and left all the cores behind! Plus half of my yard wasnt done. If they spent even a quarter of the time caring about your lawn as they did in spamming you with other services they offer you would get a nice lawn. However, I had a nice lawn before I went with them and now have at least 3 different type of grass in my lawn. That doesnt include the weeds. If you value a green lawn, stay away from this company. They are a corporation that does not give any personal care.

Our TruGreen tree & bush specialist, Butch Britt, has been servicing our yard for a couple years now and he always knocks on the door to find out if we have any issues; hes incredibly knowledgeable about all of our bushes and trees - we have close to an acre of all kinds of plants. He know his stuff!!

After two years of disappointing performance with TruGreen, the manager of the North Atlanta office called this spring and gave me his personal commitment that my lawn would be properly taken care of this year. That and a lowball price, I bit. Week after week I saw the weeds multiply with no notable change in the appearance of my lawn. Treatments, retreatments, and more.... My lawn is the worst in the neighborhood, and I know it. I finally called a few weeks ago and said STOP! Don’t bother coming out anymore, I’m done. I don’t know how they get away with it, but hopefully this post will help fix that. Looking forward to finding that truly great lawn service company by next season.

Tech was schedule to come to my home. I waited 3 days. We waited here between the hours the app said Jermaine S. would show up. He shows up, stays for a few minutes, hops back in the truck, grabs his phone out, and leaves. He did not knock.. He did not spray.. he left no sign or note. He did nothing.. This happened right after 12:00 PM EST. I was home. My fiancé was home. I couldn’t even make it outside before he left. A few minutes later I get a message stating my service is completed.I called TruGreen they sent a message to the tech to come back.... he has not returned. Then customer services states the tech rescheduled the appointment maybe because he ran out of product and that the service need to be rescheduled for 9 days later.I have 5 cameras outside. We just cut the grass. Weeds are there! Freshly cut but here! And if he would have knocked on the door or gave us a few moments to come outside, we would have been outside to show him. He never knocked we have a doorbell camera plus 4 more cameras front to back.He never completed the service!! He never knocked! We waited here to meet and speak with him. Rescheduled our commitments to be here. We cut the grass yesterday for TruGreen to come spray the aggressive weeds.

I have used True Green for at least ten years.They have always been curtious and informative when I call. The technicians have communicated the things I need to do for a better and healthier lawn. They ways leave notes on what they did after each application. If I were available, they will also convey what they did. I am very pleased with True Green.

Planted Scotts Dense Shade, mix last fall and had a lovely green stand of grass. After the last treatment in June, the grass started browning up and I called requesting onsite visit to get answers. Scheduled for a particular day and no one showed up. I called the office at 4:40 PM to find out what happened and was told that they could not get me on the schedule for today so they rescheduled for Monday! No one called me to even ask about my availability for Monday.Totally unacceptable, no need to continue the business relationship with Scotts. I will find someone who cares or do it myself.Additional entry. While I was Scotts website handling my last bill, a Scotts Rep initiated a chat session and asked if they could help. I stated my concern and the rep expressed they did want to see me go and would have a manager contact me and visit the site the next day. I was willing to give them the opportunity to undo the breach of trust they had caused.Today, 4 days later and no one has called me, emailed me or visited me, Clearly, my business does not matter to Scotts,

Please do not give these people any business. If you do, you will NEVER get rid of them. I used them for about a year or two and my lawn didnt get any better. Maybe it wasnt all their fault, but I didnt want to keep paying for a service that wasnt helping. So I cancelled about a year ago.Since that time, I have been hounded by calls wanting me to come back. Special offers, new season coming up, etc. If I tell them I cant afford it, which should be reason enough, they want to cut deals. They simply will not take, no Im not interested for an answer.The biggest problem is theyve got some bureaucratic system with individual offices and a long list of former clients to torment with cold calls. One hand doesnt know what the other is doing. So no matter how many times you tell them youre not interested and to take you off their list, youll end up getting another call in a week or two from a different person trying to sell you the same thing. Its maddening.Take my advice and stay away from these people.

But once you cancel service, they will continue and continue and continue to harass and call you to sign up again. No matter what you do or what you say about being placed on their do not call, it just doesnt matter. They will keep calling!!!! I called the main corporate number to register a complaint and was ONCE AGAIN told Id be put on the do not call list. I dont think anyone even looks at that list. The next call I receive, Im going to register a complain with the BBB.

We chose TruGreen because the previous owners had used the service and the lawn was in great shape. Unfortunately, they have been treating and seeding our Bermuda grass with tall fescue, and have failed to apply weed killer regularly because our lawn is often treated at the end of the day. Our lawn is in significantly worse shape than it was 8 months ago when we started with TruGreen. There is clover that has developed and has not been addressed or noticed by technicians, who seem to only be instructed to cross-sell other potential services without basic care for the services for which they are engaged.

We were completely dissatisfied with our service. We had several treatments on our yard, none of which made any difference.1. Throughout the entire summer there continued to be a ridiculous number of weeds that remained out of control.2. Each time they called to let us know of an upcoming treatment on our back yard so that we could unlock our gate they did not come when they said that they would.3. The last treatment on our yard left the little good grass we had yellow.4. Treatment was also supposed to cover pests, but there seemed to be a new ant bed pop up each week.5. When we called to cancel the service and let them know how dissatisfied we were with service we never received any call back from management to try to make it right, or keep our business.We did speak to two different call center employees when confirming cancellation of the account. The only thing they each tried to offer was our next treatment for free. (A free treatment that didnt work!)The flyer we initially received offering service lists a 100% satisfaction guarantee. That was clearly a lie. We thought we would be better off using a widely know brand and company, but that is not the case. We would never recommend this company and wish we would have read the other reviews before we started service with them.

Last Thursday, our gate was left open and our two dogs escaped. After a terrifying 2 hours, we finally located them, but this couldve ended much worse. We called and were told a manager would call us. A manager did not call. We called back on Monday to request to speak with a manager and to cancel. They tried to give us a $5 discount instead of cancelling and still we did not receive a call from the manager until today and they did nothing to apologize for or address the issue. If a lawn service isnt friendly and safe for pet owners, then they will have a very small target audience.

I have asked repeatedly to remove me from the list. This has been a nightmare as they call all different times of day way too much! Do not use them!

Horrible company. They left our once beautiful and healthy lawn with large chemical burns from their weed killer, front and back. We’ve talked to their field manager several times but to no avail. After just one too many broken promises from him to seed our damaged lawn we just went ahead and bought the seeds ourselves. Trying to get this company to own up on their damages due to negligence is akin to pulling teeth.If you want your lawn eventually ruined then this is the company for you.

State of our lawn has deteriorated over the last two years. I took their full package, but there are more weeds in the lawn than Bermuda. Here is the most frustrating part. When I call them to schedule an extra service to treat weeds, they will be accommodating on the phone, but then, the local service technician will not show up. When I call them back, they will usually say that there are not able to see my service call in the system, or for an unknown reason, they had to reschedule the service. This continues until the next scheduled application. Looks like a clever delay tactic. Do not use this company!

Do not use trugreen. would rate 0 stars if possible. you have been warned! do not fall for the corporate glitz and the website and PGA sponsor, behind this facade is a bunch of unorganized people stuck in a corporate chain, where bill collecting is their first priority and your lawn last. my lawn is overridden weeds after one year of service! then they continuously charge you even after contract ends without your authorization! now i have to deal with an collection agency! expect loop arounds and rushed shoddy service and tell you that they provided service that they had not, promise services and then when you asked about them they act like they never promised you that! youve been warned. they will call you Non-Stop at least three times a day if you dont pay them the extra $100 they try to stick you with at the end of your service be aware! Then they send collection agency after you.

I hired them a year ago for a 6 month contract. After seeing no results, I decided to cancel my service. I have almost 3/4 of an acre and they were supposed to treat the whole yard except around the pool. After being home a few times and watching them spend less than 15 minutes in my yard and not even treating the whole yard I knew that it was a scam, a scam of $75.00 a month.Then this February I was home in the morning and someone from Scotts showed up before 8:00 am and was out spraying parts of my yard. When I called Scotts they said my contract auto renewed. I said cancel this service. I am not sure what he sprayed on my yard but 70% of my yard is now dead and dirt. It killed my grass and my yard looks like HELL. I am so pissed off, now I have to figure out how to get grass back in my yard. This company sucks and I wish that I had time to sue them for damages! DO NOT USE THEM! THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

So DISSATISFIEDIve tried to resolve this through corporate, through our local district provider and still no resolution or call back.May 1st MISSED appointment - technician slowed down in front of my house and then gunned it. The app let us know that the technician said the road was closed. This is FALSE and we have video from our Nest cam to prove it. Husband called Corp. because that is the only people he could get through to. They said someone was supposed to call back. No one called but it was rescheduled for the next week.2nd attempt: Appointment rescheduled May 6th - no show.3rd attempt: May 8th scheduled window from 11 AM to 4 PM, the app moves the window to 5 PM to 7:30 PM. NO SHOW, then at 8:10 PM app lets us know the tech wasnt able to preform services.4th attempted: May 15th window for service is from 11 AM to 4 PM around 3 PM the app lets us know someone arrived. I took a video proving no one was there. The app later said that the tech was here from 3:11 PM to 7:30 PM. Then a message came saying unable to preform services.Husband went to Twitter to share our experience and a Bot responds. They said someone locally would call and we didnt hear from anyone. This is when I got involved.5th attempt: May 16th, I asked to speak to our local district manager. I let the person know what transpired and that I have video tape/proof of each of these instances. The person said he would personally take care of it. He would give me a call back in a few minutes. No call back that day, no call back the following business day and no call back all day today (entire business day).6th attempt: May 21st, I called the person that was supposed to call me back and left a message. I called the general number and the svc lady said I could talk to Corp. I told her I went down that route. She looked in her system and it said someone called me back May 20th. That is completely false, no call to me or my husband. Another message was sent to have someone call me. We will see, Im surely not holding my breath.We signed up at the beginning of the year (Jan 2019), yard/grass still not improved, summer is about to be here, it has delayed our seeding/projects. Not to forget to mention all the wasted time waiting on them.Would like for someone to contact me. We have been more than patient. Sadly we have had to move to social media for hopes of some resolution.

**TruGreen, A company you Can NOT Trust**Caught the TruGreen Rep Acting like he completed service on my yard that he NEVER completed. Who knows how long hes been doing this?! I saw the rep pull up in his vehicle and walk up my steps through my motion camera. Im assuming when he Rang my doorbell he was NOT expecting me to be home, because he had already Pre-Printed paperwork stating, When I arrived, I knocked on your door to speak with you but you were not home. You can clearly see in the pic me talking to the TruGreen Rep. Then the paperwork stated of what service he performed along with detailed amounts of Gallons that were used. (Nothing was used and no service was performed, he had just pulled up) Coincidentally, I had cancelled that service the paper stated He Performed a few months back and I made him aware of this. He Instructed me to call the office in Norcross to get that squared away. Then he moved his car across the street, in front of my neighbors house and sat in the car for about 15 mintues. Shortly after that I get a notification on my phone from my TruGreen App stating Service Complete!. What a joke and Im soo disappointed In my experience. Makes me wonder How many services that i paid for were ACTUALLY Completed if ANY at all this past year.

Was hustled by Scotts. A sales person came to my door and talked me into Scotts even after I had seen all the horrible reviews. Told me some one from the Norcross office would call me in a couple of days to set every thing up. They didnt. The sales person told me the service person would be out in a couple of days. They didnt. I had to call customer service. Was told they would be out tomorrow which was today. And they didnt show. A miracle occurred when I fired off an email up the chain including the local office, and the CEO and COO. I immediately received a call from General Manager at the local office. He tried telling me the driver couldnt find my street. (That could be true, I live in a new subdivision). But the driver didnt do anything to try and find me. Didnt call me. Apparently they only have two way radios. Yeah, right. Dont trust these people.

Client since 2004. Stayed loyal through several bad experiences and mergers. I signed up for everything they offered. But this year I had to call it quits. Complained about poor lawn over and over. But I never heard back until I closed account. If you use them, good luck. Wish I had switched when service first started to decline.
