Great place. Very kind owner. Everything runs on quarters. They’ll give you change and soap and everything you need. Clean. The washroom was not working when I was here. Looks like they shut it down during pandemic.

I love this place and theres always machines available and always almost empty which I love lol. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they have a lot of games in there to keep you occupied while you wait. Also a massage chair and pool table, so enjoy.

If I could give a no star review I would. This place keeps changing owners and the new people working at this place are extremely rude and don’t know anything about customer service. DONOT GO HERE !!!!!!! The woman in this laundromat said we couldn’t go in because her back was hurting and they close at 9 and we were there at 8 o’clock. We kept explaining we were there before 8:30 which is the last machine wash you can go based off from the paper in the front door. She kept saying no we couldn’t come in and that there were no customers and that we couldn’t come in and we saw people wading their clothes. She said she didn’t want to stay late and that we couldn’t put our clothes in and kicked us out. She said she wasn’t going to stay any longer and wouldn’t want to wait for us to finish out clothes.

So I used a table that apparently had someones laundry bag on it. Mind you it was empty on the corner of the table. I went ahead and put my basket with my dry clothes next to said table, and folded my clothes and put the folded clothes in my bag. This older woman came up and proceeded to tell me that that was her table and I need to get away from her table. I apologized and told her I was just folding my clothes and about to leave. She harassed me by saying rude comments toward me and following me around the laundry mat. I told the manager to which he said, And so what do you want me to do? Not a safe environment. Manager just concerned about his money and not his patrons safety. Never again.FYI..I only came here because my dryer broke a xouple of days ago and am hoping to get a new one this weekend.

This establishment is incredibly clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of restaurants to visit while waiting, too. A great value and overall experience!

Quite nice for a laundromat. Four stars because bathroom is in need of serious attention.

I love this place! So glad I discovered it. I literally drive out of my way to come here. There are tons of dryers and machines. And theres plenty of seats and things for you to do while you wait.

Usually I am pleased with this place but now I see that the customer service is horrible. After me putting my detergent/clothes/money in the machine I pressed the start button then quickly opened up the machine to put in a garment I for got to add then closed it back. When I closed the door the machine said done and ended up resetting as if I had put no money in it at all. The owners were saying that there wasnt any proof that I ever put money in it. Nevermind the cameras, the 2 trips I took to the change machine or other customers standing around. They kept saying that there was nothing they could do and that I was lying because the machine locks once you press start. Who lies about $5 or about washing clothes?????????? I clearly opened it before it locked! So then I was left with the task of trying to wash/dry my clothes somewhere else at 9pm on a week night.

We wanted to wash our blankets and comforters one of them came out full of foam.Customer service kept saying there was nothing they can do but make us pay 4$ more for a new cycle without detergent.When clearly on 3 washing machines we did at the same time just that one messed up.We felt robbed...and we will never be back here even if it’s the closest from home.

Its 6/27/17 about 12:27. I normally dont make reviews but this place here is nice . Usually I wash at home but with a broken dryer had to come here. For a laundromat . Its very clean, feels great inside, I noticed they have a drive up window as well as a restaurant in the back while I sit and wait . Nice . Im not the one to say but I feel very comfortable and relaxed as I wait on my clothes which your loads done in under 25 mins and fresh as febreeze! Your definitely In & Out in about 1hr . At most laundry places its takes almost 4 hours total for 6 loads here it took me 1👍. Usually I debate on what to do while they wash about time I figured it out I heard the buzz go off . Man if my new dryer breaks I will be happy to come back here any day any time . Btw I stay in snellville and pass a million other ones but this one is the #1 . Great Job !

The guy who answered the phone hung up pn me and when i got there there were roaches plenty roaches i saw a few roaches coming from behind washers. The restroom was really nasty crawling around the sink

I love how clean the place is.

So I tend to wash clothes frequently here and from what I observed, compared to other places, it has alot of options for machines from large to small loads and it is super spacious. They keep machines and place clean.
