I had received a tea tree wax and a hydro-gel mask from chardae she was extremely nice and made it a overall good experience. I recommend this location and chardae I will definitely be visiting again.

I went to Kyra, I got the bikini wax, underarm wax and thread. The threading was the best part I have very thin eyebrows and normally when I get my eyebrows done they make it to small. She did my eyebrows perfect and also when you come there. You choose a gift which I really liked as well. I love it here and I will be back !

Okay so first time waxing, wrote down I was diabetic and taking some medication. She was nice, I didn’t feel uncomfortable. I went home and realized my skin was took off on my left leg and right also my under thigh, literally peeling. i don’t think I will go no more, I’ll maybe try some where else. The bikini wax was done perfect but once it came to my legs maybe she was doing it too fast and careless. Will not recommend for a first time at all!

This is place has definitely delivered the best experience when it comes to waxing. I wish I was exaggerating and found this shop earlier. When I tell you the atmosphere felt so comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing I almost forgot it was my first time meeting them. What wonderful souls they are!! Ask for Kim she is absolutely amazing! Make sure and ask her about the rose skin treatment after your body wax! I drive 40 minutes just to come and see her! Kim is worth every minute of that drive!

I have been here twice for eyebrow threading and was very pleased with my results. After the appointment they always tell you to pick out a “gift”, which is a choice between a mascara, nail polish, lip stick etc. (these are cheap gifts but it’s the thought that counts right?) which I thought was kind of neat. The first time I went there was one person working with no wait time. The second time there was one person working who was with a waxing appointment and I waited for over 15 minutes which was frustrating especially when others came in and waited as well and some even came and left. The salon is pretty clean for the most part. I would recommend going here for eyebrow threading for sure.

I had a full body wax done for the first time and had a good experience. I was able to walk in without an appointment and get serviced in less than 15 mins. The front desk person was sweet and my wax lady (Gini) was great too. We talked about my upcoming trip to Jamaica and as well as her experience with waxing. If you get waxes you know its never “painless” but Gini did her best to minimize the pain.Im glad I found this place I just moved to Norcross and was nervous to try someone other than my original place. I will definitely return!

Being a handicapped individual they have been patient and so sweet to me. They explain every detail to you before you sit on the table and get your wax done. I have had to rearrange some scheduling and they have always been kind and work with me. Whenever there are questions and you message them, they are super fast on responding.
