Tyler the new manager is absolutely the BEST! Please keep him around. I’m not friend, just a loyal customer. I was so upset with the negative billing I was receiving & TB waived my fee & promised a better membership experience which I have received! Great job planet fitness, because of TB I will remain a customer. Dude is the absolute best!!

Very clean and cleaning stations fully stocked up. Friendly staff and I love that they open 24hrs Mon-Thursday! Makes it so much easier to work around my schedule :)

I wish that I could say something good about planet fitness & maybe I would if I had used my membership ...buy I didnt lol with that being said Ive made several attempts cancel my MS with PF from phone calls to letters & nothing umm I need for PF to stop taking my money.

Team members are nice especially that one that starts with a B i forgot his name but he helped me learn all the great benefits at planet fitness and i’m planning on starting a new membership there as soon as i move into this area!

Great Big gym from inside looks small from the outside. Real clean. Not too crowded I guess its due to covid. But overall great.

I recently joined and on my first day I wish I wouldn’t have come here. The workers are rude. They just like talking to each other behind the desk. If you interrupt them to ask a question they get mad and give you attitudes. I hate the fact that if you have a billing question you have to talk to them and they don’t even know anything about it. I called on the phone about a question on my billing and the guy on the phone was so rude. So it’s not only in person over the phone as well!! I also hate that you can’t cancel your membership unless you go to the same rude people in the gym or write a letter. Like is 2021 who asks for that much for a gym? I do not recommend THIS LOCATION!

This gym is great, but I feel like a lot of old men come to this location to be creeps. Ive been to others and its all young people, but there are so many old men that come to this location, sit at 1 machine and just stare and be creepy.

The facilities are ok but the corporate has made the cancellation process almost impossible. And we all understand why this is done.Lifetime fitness has a crystal clear, easy cancellation. So....its possible. You just choose to make it difficult for your dear customers.One star to many.Reply: Im sure its in the fine print. I went in to request a cancellation and signed letter at the club years ago when i lived in Dallas. I have since moved to Chicago, and then Atlanta. Recently, 2-2.5 years later I begin to get billed again! because, apparently, Ive never cancelled. Now I have to remember which club it was and send them a letter to request cancellation again? Easy cancellation, right? My point...thanks.

I’m parked in the parking lot on a non holiday Sunday with a squadron of other gym going cars and we’ve been waiting since 07:00AM and there are no employees at all to open the gym up nor is there any signage explaining why they aren’t open yet. Their Google business hours indicate that they are open at 7:00 AM on Sundays but here I am writing this review at 07:35AM. I was starting to like this gym due to the cleanliness but if you are going to waste my invaluable time that I can not ever get back then I’ll take my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

The gym open at 7am on Sundays. Members are standing outside and waiting in their cars. Its now 7:24 and this is ridiculous! LA Fitness, I am definitely coming back!

I chose this location because it close to my house. Thats all. Try avoid eyes contact and any communication with the employees here, it will make your experience more enjoyable.

New gym. New gym smell...ahhhh!!!!! I told them it was my first time at their location. I was given a tour and told of new amenities. Staff went extra mile to make me feel welcomed. Really enjoyed my visit. May make it my home location!

Icey was great and the facility was very nice!

I arrived 8 am Saturday. No staff at all. Myself and another guest were waiting i over 15 minutes and searched the gum and found noone! No one answer phones! Why would you leave the gum unstaffed??

The customer service representative i come in contact with was very polite and friendly but I am giving a 2 star review because I seen more than 4 people us the same machine and no one ever came to disinfect it. People came in a worked out without masks and was visible coughing.

Wonderful... I dont have another way to explain how clean and organized this gym is, I recommend to everybody to come and began to exercise their body.

Each day I go the staff is nice and friendly, also love that their cleaning and sanitizing around the clock, makes me feel more comfortable to workout during these unprecedented times in a pandemic. I also love that it’s never fully packed and the equipment is always available.

Not too busy during the times I work out. Friendly staff and the hydrotherapy massage is a definite perk.

Not crowded, mask wearing distance between people. I feel safe. Everyone sanitizing everything.

This was my 2nd time at this gym. The 1st time was better. There arent many stomach machines. Its also smaller than other PF Ive visited. Social distance was good.

I really love this gym as someone who is mostly focus on bodybuilding I would just love it if they had some more free weights smith machine are fine but have a squat rack and a bench press area with a 45 Olympic bar would be very neat but over all I do enjoy it !

So today I went in to transfer my membership to this location. Upon entering the staff was so welcoming and polite! I went in mid-day and wasnt too many, which was awesome for me. Bathrooms were very clean. They are social distancing signs everywhere. Also, saw staff consistently disinfecting equipment while I was working out which was awesome.

This gym they open late every Sunday, I was wait outside from 7:00 am to 7:45 am they still not here . And I call to complain about it, the store manager Karmal he like doesn’t care all his said that Ok I’ll take care, and I see a few people written review about it on here but the issue is not sold, meaning they knew about it but they didn’t really take care of it, so don’t go there on Sunday morning guys

Very inexpensive gym for the normal person. The hours are great around any work schedule. During Covid-19, I have seen staff always cleaning machines and the paper towels, hand sanitizer, and disinfectant has always been filled.

Professional staff and friendly. Staff wore masks, albeit not 100% correct. While working out, someone was walking around constantly sanitizing/cleaning equipment and the environment. There are signs to indicate spacing between equipment due to COVID-19. Will continue going because fitness is life and the precautions seem appropriate.

Gym is clean and nice. Specially when ye during pandemics, they take care very well. Sanitizer spray and sanitizer is available all the places in gym.

Very clean environment. Cleaning stations everywhere... and it is set up for every other occupant to workout on the equipment. 👌🏾

Dont really like that the use of the mask is mandatory, but I understand it. Everything else from the workers to the environment is wonderful. Truly a judgement free zone.

I just went to this location with my boyfriend black card, there was a guy who names Billi in the front desk, he didnt know how to talk with people as a customer representative, he just said this card isnt in your name u couldnt go inside, I said my boyfriend is busy today he couldnt come with me and usually I am going to other locations but I didnt get this behavior, I asked him just today let me do my work out he just said No, and I didnt have any experience like that in any other locations, even some location gave me free workout session, but this guy Billi was so rude and unprofessional.

First day and it was amazingly refreshing! Staff was very friendly and professional. Facility was very nice and clean.

Great location very clean the staff is very inviting, and willing to help. I have had a bad experiences at one of your other facilities so I decided to give this one a try. So far Im very pleased with the outcome.

You must have a bilingual person in the shifts since many Hispanics and Latinos go to this area and they can not understand with anyone, it is the only bad thing, please hire someone bilingual

This location reopened May 16th..there was supposed to be safety measures in place due to covid 19. So, I decided to check it out.They placed a sign on every other treadmill to stagger users. Thats it..all other machines are still the same absolutely nothing has changed. Not 1 employee had on a mask or gloves. Other than myself not 1 gym user had on a mask. They were not respecting social distancing & l had to keep moving to get away from people getting too close. It was definitely not time to reopen this gym. I definitely wont be back its not safe at all. Planet fitness dont put our lives in jeopardy so you can start billing again.

I love it! I go early in the mornings. It’s not overly crowded and I love the staff! I’m considering going at night as well!

So heard they were opening up a new Planet Fitness, somewhat closer to me than my home gym. Went to check it out shortly after opening and its still got that new gym smell, very well lit location and depending on time of day its easier than my home gym over in Chamblee-Tucker. I wish it was open 24/7 but it seems its one of the 24/5 locations which is alright for the most part. May consider changing this to my home gym due to proximity to me now.

I am really disappointed in this gym. When my husband signed up they didnt show him the gym before signing up, they just filled out the sheets and thats it. Also bad costumer service employes just talk and talk each other!!
