Customer service stinks BIG TIME. I ordered a piece of glass for a commercial door and when I ordered it I explained several times to the associate that the measurement I had was the opening the glass fit in. The guy saidOK I will take care of it. They promised I would have the glass delivered on a Thursday. Well Thursday came and no delivery I called four times and never got an answer to any of my questions. The person I talked to promised to call me back two times and I never got a call. They quit answering the phone 10 minutes before end of business. Not a good way to operate a business at all. I will go to the location tomorrow to get an answer since I already paid for the glass. They dont open until 8 AM so my whole morning is shot because that is the middle of rush hour. I will post again to tell what happens when I appear in person.
