I rented a tow-behind auger from Jeff and Mark last week, and I had the best experience I have ever had in renting tools. It was for a parent project to serve my kids school (an outdoor classroom/pavilion), and they went above and beyond to locate a hard-to-find extension for the auger so we could get our hole down below 4 of depth to make the structure truly safe and secure for the children. They even gave us a special discount to help the school out. Compared to the big box tool rental experiences (where so often my experience has been that employees often dont even know what the tool Im looking for is!) I can guarantee I wont be renting equipment anywhere else. Keep up the great work guys!

We LoVE Northside Tool Rental!!! Last week we held an event for over 150 influencers and press in Atlanta . Jeff Pope (manager at the Norcross Location) came to our Rescue! We called the location in Panic (day before event ) In desperate need of Huge Industrial Fans to cool off our outdoor courtyard for our Guests on a 89 degree day (they even have industrial size water misting fans)!. Jeff treated us as if we were his family, 🙏He called around and Found extra fans that we needed at their other locations and had them ready for us As soon as we pulled up next morning day of the event. He helped us load them and found a way to fit them all in our SUV. And let me mention Their unbelievably LOW PRICES!!! 😍😍 Super easy rental transaction! NO Outrageous Crazy High Deposits like other companies we called! The event was successful and we’re so grateful for Jeff and his team at Northside tool rental. Thank you guys for taking care and serving local entrepreneurs here in Atlanta! And I wish I can remember the nice gentleman that helped me unload them upon our return! 🙃

The only place Ill rent from. Their customer service and equipment is first class. After Irma hit, I rented a 6 chipper over the phone for the following weekend, no deposit. They could have rented it to others who came by offering a lot more than what I rented it for but they held it for me. Excellent experience with this establishment! Kevin is an excellent customer service and sales person.I originally reserved a small wood chipper and trailer, but they accidentally double-booked it with another location. I assumed they might offer me a coupon or try to get me to just accept getting it a couple weeks later. Instead, they rented me a significantly larger piece of equipment for less than I had originally anticipated paying. I did not have to bargain or get angry for them to more than make good on their mistake. They even applied a coupon to the cheaper rate.When I picked up the equipment they were very nice and courteous, despite the fact that they werent making nearly the money the equipment would normally generate. I will definitely be back for all of my rentals in the future.

I rented a power washer and hydro scrub from this place after telling them what I needed it for . Once I got the equipment to the job it didn’t work. So I called and asked them to bring me another unit that would work. They replied they wouldn’t have a driver for another hour. So I went to pick it up, once I arrived to the shop there was a driver there which means they could’ve brought the unit to me. I’ve had this issue before but because they were closer to my shop it was convenient and I gave them another chance to earn my business. Stay away from this place the customer service isn’t good Jeff is not so knowledgeable of his equipment . If I could I would give them no stars . It’s really disappointing.

Rented a gas powered tiller. Was able to keep it all weekend for the one day price. Good equipment, good people.

The pricing on most of their rentals are a great value, but their is some lack professionally.My last tool rental they failed to tell me that it would not be delivered until after 3pm so wasted most of my day waiting on them. Also, they told me they would pick the rental up at 9am. 11am rolled around and they were not there to pick up.I left and just let them pick it up while I was out running my errands on my day off. I was not going to sit around waiting on them again.

Downright rude!!! Never got a call back confirming reservation. Then when I showed up to pick up tool needed, the very first words out of one employees mouth was Not in that youre NOT! It was a transmission jack. I understand why they didnt want me to put it in my trunk, but only after another employee explained it. I will NEVER call them for anything again. There was no need for rudeness! !!!

Had a great experience as usual I rent from here all the time and its always my first choice. I rented from the the Norcross location on Monday morning and it couldnt have been any better.Never stops with the great experiences. Kevin and Jeff always take amazing care of me, and everyones on point. They really care about their customers.

Jeff was very helpful and friendly while we were in the store. Then after we left he found something we forgot and he called back to let us know he had found it and would hold it for us till we came back on Monday.

Ive been renting equipment for a couple of years from the Norcross store. I can say that i will never go there again. I rented a machine that Did not Do its job properly, and they did nothing. Made me feel like itwas my fault for renting their faulty equipment. No apology. NOTHING! Do not go there!
