Action Staffing: it’s 2 parts, let me start off with the instructor he is the best hands down, he will work with you so that you understand every drink if you need to refresh and your not sure about somethings we will definitely go beyond and above for this students and I love it, now as far as the owner, rude and very mean he thinks he can handle people any kind of way, for some strange reason he has his staff saying yes sir and no sir which kind of threw the students off, the receptionist Jane is awesome over all a good school. Minus the owner.

I would highly recommend not working for this company. They are very unprofessional and have an issue with communication, especially Jane. After not being paid for a bartending job, I sent a message to her inquiring about missing pay. I sent over a copy of timesheet and had to ask if it had been received as their was not any communication that it had been received. She simply stated I did. She did not say we will make sure to get this taken care of or we will be in contact once we get it taken care of. After not hearing anything after 3 days I sent a message which is in the picture below simply saying I havent heard anything regarding my pay. She then provided a number to payroll saying they would be able to help me. Called the number, the voicemail was full and was unable to leave a message. I then texted her again and explained their was no answer and the voicemail was full and unable to leave a message and indicated this was getting ridiculous as I felt I was getting the runaround. As you can see in the text she told me maybe I should try to relax and became very unprofessional. Im not the only bartender who has had an issue with Jane. Several other bartenders complained of her poor attitude and lack of communication. It took over a week and a few texts to payroll for me to get my money. I had direct deposit and was told I needed to come pick it up or wait another 2 weeks, which is a month from when I was to be paid before it could be direct deposited. They are horrible and I would recommend using another staffing agency. The good reviews must have been from their friends or family. I was told in the beginning to go leave a five star review and was told what to say which I did not do. I knew I would have an issue and here we are. I own two businesses and would never treat an employee the way I was treated. Do not do business with them unless you want to chase them for your paycheck! UPDATE: This company contacted me several times by text very angry that I posted this review. Its all the truth. Even after telling them to cease contact, they still sent me text messages. I ended up having to contact the Gwinnett County Police Department on Jane. As a business owner, I am appalled at their behavior. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Also, I am a professional business owner and conduct myself as such. A problem with anyone on your staff is a problem with the company itself. I would love to see proof of a threat being made such as the proof like I have provided on this review. Lets face it, your entire organization including payroll and the owner who never responded to my email is unprofessional. I only worked as a bartender through your company not because I needed the job but to add experience to my bartending business. I feel very bad for the people who actually need these jobs and are treated with no respect as you treated me. Your company has had a lawsuit in the past similar to the issue I had. I will also be contacting the IRS as I have yet to see any taxes taken out of the check I finally did receive. Do better Action Staffing!

I went to the job orientation for this company which was 4 hours and was offered a job gig after that and I declined it due to me working on another assignment and after that I NEVER heard back from them again. And not to mention the orientation office is dirty and unorganized. Not worth it bye!
