This is a great office. Jonathan is an exceptional dental assistant, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Shu has expertly fitted me with two crowns and I am very pleased. Our dental hygienist Carlos is the best. The front desk staff are always cheerful and helpful. My family always receive great care here.

Salima has been my go to hygienist and makes me feel comfortable through all procedures as she is very knowledgeable in her field of work. The facility is very clean which I also appreciate. My wife made an appointment at this location. When she got there, she had an appointment for a teeth cleaning with paperwork to verify the procedure. They disregarded the teeth cleaning and started to do a procedure for putting on a crown. When my wife asked them why they were putting on a crown they advised that was what she was there for. My wife said this was a mistake and showed them the paperwork saying she was there for teeth cleaning. They nonchalantly brushed there mistake off and stated she would have to wait until JULY!!! To get a teeth cleaning due to their scheduling error! They advised they didnt have a Dental hygienist and didnt seem to care about the time they wasted. The staff was rude, lacked empathy, and genuinely seemed to not care about the mistake. To make matters worse, they said they couldnt do anything about it until July, mind you this is the month of May. I am very disappointed at the customer service provided at this location along with the lack of a solution. I do not recommend using DentFirst at all. Save yourself the headache and go with another Dental office. Customer service is a cornerstone to a successful business and here, customer service was awful.

I was very nervous about my appointment, as I do not have such a great experience at dental offices, but my experiences here have been very pleasant! Salima did my x-rays and cleaning. She was gentle and very informative throughout the process. The staff was very kind. Rebecca helped me setup follow-up appointments. She was very patient with me and understanding of my time. She had no problems getting me on the schedule. So far, I love it here and highly recommend this dental office to anyone who has had prior bad experiences some place else.

I had an appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance for a Saturday at 11am (normal hours). When I got to the place, it was CLOSED. I would have really appreciated better allocation of time or a heads up that the place would close instead of having wasted my time driving here especially since I am pretty far from the place. I love my dentist and have a good relationship with the staff but this is the most disrespectful thing you can do to a patient.

Had a very bad toothache and noting eased my pain. Apprehensive of what to expect, I came in anyway. The staff is kind and very accommodating. The office is clean and they are constantly whiping things down. Was assisted by Johnathan and Dr. Shu who were both very imformative and understood my needs.Totally reccomend it here!

I had a much better experience at the Norcross location than I did at other locations of DentFirst. Even though this location is much farther away from home, I will travel here instead of the location closer to my home. Customer service is EVERYTHING no matter what industry one is associated with.

I recently visited Dent1st because they were open and close to home. I DO NOT regret coming here. Their lead assistant Jonathan makes you feel right at home and makes sure you caught up EVERY step of the way during your appointment. I was examined by Dr. Lafuntayne and she is a sweet heart very informative and experienced. Anywho I’ve found my new dentist home. Give them a visit!

This office is so great, I’m so grateful that I was able to make a same day emergency appointment. The office was very clean . Jonathan was the sweetest and very attentive. I had the pleasant of being seen by Dr.Micheal Pelle. Both him and Jonathan very funny dentist and very informative assistant ❤️. He cover everything from future procedures and cost. He also assured me that I can take my time with the procedures cause of the financial troubles I explained to him. Can’t wait to go back after I see the oral surgery they suggested. Dent1st is one of the cleanest facilities that Ive been too! They sanitized during my visit which is super important these days with everything going on. The Lead Assistant Jonathan was very accommodating and helped me feel comfortable during the visit as well. I was nervous at first but after I met with Dr. Pelle he explained everything in detail... but in a way that I could actually understand! =)

This DentFirst location is amazing. The office staff is amazing and welcoming. They do a great job cleaning my teeth every time. The front desk makes me feel like I am home. Ms. Susan is an amazing manager. You can definitely see it in the way her employees respond; with a sense of urgency but also a meticulousness that always blows me away. I dont know how they do it, but they do. Amazing!!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I have been going here for about 5 years, the staff is very professional and friendly. Salima, my hygienist is always good about counseling and has offered some great advice that has improved my dental health. They seem to be pretty up to date technology wise. The facilities are very clean, and each room has a TV that is mounted on the ceiling. Ive had a number of fillings and everything went well each time. Since its a big practice they have very convenient hours. Highly recommended.

I have been seeing Lynn as my hygienist since I moved back to Atlanta from Graduate School in 1979. She is wonderful, caring, thorough and despite my gum recession has never caused discomfort. My bright smile is her gift and I sincerely appreciate all the staff and doctors at Dent 1st Norcross!

The folks at DentFirst are very kind and welcoming. I have never encountered a doctor, tech, or front desk employee that has been anything but nice.Ive been a patient here for around six years. They accept many forms of insurance but not Medicaid. They also accept Care Credit as payment.I had all four wisdom teeth removed a few years ago. They made the experience as comfortable as possible. I was given numbing shots in my gums and nitrous gas to sleep. I woke up a few times, said some really stupid things, and went back to sleep. I felt absolutely no pain, even when I was conscious. They provided me with plenty of painkillers afterwards and instructed me on how to take care of my mouth while healing.These people are the real deal!

I always read reviews before picking up the phone to call. When I needed a sameday appointment for my daughter I called this office and they were nothing short of professional, kind and respectful. This is the only dentist I’ve ever came to and I love it! My whole family also comes, and everyone is always so excited to come. Salima takes such great care of us and always makes sure we leave with sparkling clean pearly whites. Even in between our visits, if we have any concerns about our teeth, she’s always a call away. Hey guys so I haven’t been to a dentist in 5 years bc I’ve been so scared, and Carlos made me feel so comfortable and so at home!!! He’s the kinda guy who takes your xrays at lightning speed bc your terrible gag reflex, and wipes your chin when there’s spit dripping down he’s just that kinda guy. So I highly highly recommend him! Also Dr. Pelle was fantastic. He’s so nice and he actually takes the time to talk to you. And he was super gentle and quick to the point! I’ll be coming here for the rest of my life.

I was so disappointed with the front desk. I scheduled an appointment for my mom Monday at 2:30pm. When i got there, they said her appointment was not on the system. Not even bother to say sorry or ask me if want to schedule another appointment. I have to ask them. Customer service is very poor, but the doctor is nice.With my dad case, they told me they will call me back after talking to the doctor, but they did not call me back until i called them back.I dont go the that place again. I have more options and go the place that appreciate my business better.

Location is easily accessible off of Jimmy Carter and 85. The Lobby is very inviting and cozy. Lots of natural light with calming music playing.
