They take the Kirby Vacuum from your car, and then you pick it up put it back in the car. Thats full service!!!

Jacques has the best customer service and experience hands down. He brought my 25 year old Kirby back to life with a make over out this world. He rebuilt it from the inside out. I had took it one place and they had it almost a week and didnt know what was wrong with it but in less then 30 minutes he knew exactly what the problem was. So happy I found this business and I will definitely bring my kirby back here for maintenance. Very kind and detailed. Told us everything we needed to know about the use and care of our vacuum. Not only did he look at the parts that we knew were broken, but he disassembled the entire vacuum and looked over every part to see what condition it was in. The vacuum we got back was like new. Even gave us a free outer bag. 10/10 would go there again.

He understands the Kirby brand, explains very well how to use the vacuum and showed me some things that can be done with the Kirby that I didnt know although Ive had it since brand new; I have a G5. We did a search for the best reviewed Kirby service center in the area and VirtuousWare came up with almost 5 stars.Jacques did a wonderful job in repairing my G5. He assessed what was needed to be repaired along with the other items that needed to be refreshed; weve had our Kirby since it was brand new back in 1997 and never did any service done on it. Think about that, can you say that about other vacuum cleaners? 20 years and still working!The store is in a great location and inside is clean. You cant deny that you are in a Kirby service center. Jacques is incredibly knowledgeable about Kirby vacuums and knows how to take care of customers. I have had poor experiences at a much closer vacuum shop to me and am so glad I drove right past it and another 45 minutes to get to Jacques store to have him repair my Kirby. He explained everything he was doing as he inspected my vacuum and tested it out, while also taking the time to show me what my vacuum parts looked like and what they SHOULD look like if properly maintained. My vacuum is now working great and I will gladly make the hour drive EACH way to get to his shop whenever I need maintenance or repairs in the future! Jaques delivers Excellent service, on site repairs and replacement parts. He went above and beyond with his expertise and in depth knowledge and skills to bring my 40+ year old Kirby back to like- new condition. Took the extra time to train me on the use and care of the machine and carpet cleaning attachment. It will probably outlive me! I should be able to pass this baby on to my kids, like my Dad did to me. Its not at all like the disposable cheap plastic vaccuum cleaners of today. He taught me to take care of my machine and it will take care of my cleaning needs. Beautiful, clean shop and lots to choose from if youre shopping for new or used Kirby cleaning system, need repairs, refurbishment, or lessons on the care of your modest investment.

The service I received was outstanding, I traded my old Kirby for a new he spent time showing how to work everything on it. I didnt really utilize my old one because the salesman went through everything so quick. The owner is awesome.

I have been a Kirby owner for about 11 years. My husbands family has always used Kirbys for generations. A part broke on my Kirby due to misuse by someone not familiar with it and I took it to Jacque. He took such great care of my Kirby and got it completely cleaned, tuned up and running great again. He also spent time to give me a refresher on tips to keep it in great condition. I cant say enough good things about this business and Jacque. He was personable, knowledgeable and I will continue to use his services and purchase all of my accessories here.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! I have had my Kirby for almost a year, but until now, I really didn’t know how to fully use it. I was doing almost everything wrong lol. Mr. De Gaule explained everything about that machine in detail and answered all my questions (and I had plenty). There are supplies and accessories available onsite also. Even though I live about 30 miles away, it was well worth the drive. I highly recommend this dealer.
