This is one of the most unprofessional businesses in the state of Georgia. The manager, Jose Duque Perez, is a scammer who will accept your electronics for repairs but NEVER CALL YOU FOR ANYTHING so youll never know when its ready unless you go up there and ask for yourself since they rarely even answer their phone. As you can tell from other reviewers, the fact that he lost my item that he promised to attempt to repair, the story keeps being the same Oh, sorry but we dont know when its going to be ready... For the LOVE OF CHRIST! It has been over 12 months since they took my item in for repair, yet seem to be completely clueless. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? Please dont risk your personal valuables at such a place that doesnt value your time and dignity. Maybe they used to be better in the past and are now being exposed for the scammers and liars that they truly are! CONSUMER BEWARE! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

If i could give this store 0.5 star i will give it tho. I put my PC to this store in hope they could fix the problem, but turns out its been over 6 months and i havent got any news from them, and everytime i come to their store, they always gave me an excuse that oh this yeah, i need to tell boss bla bla bla smth like that.

My laptop was running slow so I took it to Compuatlanta; they reinstalled windows and installed a free antivirus and had it ready for me the next day. Great computer company!!

If they can stop being so money hungry and focus on the customer needs-this place would be awesome.They’re selling macs and laptops with old hardrives and prey on customers who have no clue about how computers operate-if you go in knowing what you’re talking about then he can’t get over on you at all.Its a reason the prices are what they are.BUYER BEWARE.sold my wife a mac and found her warranty in an okd database.was going to charge her an extra $200 hard disc knowing the one in there was no good whn he sold it to her. We asked for refund and he deducted $50 just bc the back was missing from the functioning mouse.AGAIN BUYER BEWARE

Wifes laptop had a heating problem. Tried to take it to our normal repair locations. Due to virus shutdown procedures, all were either closed or required us to ship at distant locations with a minimum price that exceeded our budget. Decided to take it to Computer and Cell Phone Repair. Their work is excellent but their customer service is very poor. Thus, the 3 star rating.

I stopped by for a C style phone cord. He had it and it works well. The cord is heavy duty and I only spent $8. I had expected $12 to $18. Nice chance stop by.

Overall positive experience. I had spilled some water on my computer and they were able to take it apart, clean it, and return it all in one day (while working after hours). They quoted me at almost half the next best price, and thats what it turned out to be. The staff was also friendly. However, when I first took it in and got it back, there was still an issue: it seems that they didnt run a full diagnostic before returning it, and apparently they left part of some tape over the processor fan. When I took it back in, they fixed it quickly (at no extra charge) and there have not been any more issues. They ought to have run a diagnostic before returning it, but given the (unexpectedly) quick turnaround and cheap price, I can partially understand, so Id still say it was fairly good value.

I received excellent service from a very friendly and accommodating staff. They use high quality screens for iPhone repairs, and have your device repaired in 40 mins or less. If you’re concerned about the integrity of your cracked-screen-of-an-iPhone, go to these guys. They are awesome. My 7+ was $75 for screen replacement FYI.
