I love this place. They are really close to my house so I took a chance. I called to see if there was a wait they said no, I came in and told them everything I needed. I had a list of services and I also needed a second option on my check engine light.I was able to speak with the same technician the whole time. He assured me I could get everything done in no time but he also checked things I didnt think of and proudly showed me proof of any suggested work. I appreciated that so I didnt feel like I was getting taken advantage of.Best part the second option I needed was told to me honestly with a computerized print out of the problem unlike the last place that told me it would cost me $700 just for parts!!! Turns out it was a senor which did not cost a tenth of that for the part!I will gladly be back to get my car taken care of here and only here. 😁

This Havoline X-press is definitely my go to for minor car checkups and routine maintenance. I went in for an oil change and they did a complete list of routine things needed to keep my car in great shape. The customer service was outstanding! They do certain after care for free like checking the fluids and tires if you start an account. Great, quick service!

Ive never ever had an issue here. The customer service is on point and I’ve never had a long wait. They get you in and out. They do a thorough check of your vehicle and offer recommendations. In and out in less than 15 minutes. Didnt even have time to get hot in the car in August! The guys are nice and very efficient. They also checked my tire pressure and re-inflated a slightly low tire.

Reg and the brothers did a great job of getting me in and out in about 45 minutes. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and they saw my brakes needed replacing very very soon. They took on the additional service and was still able to get me out in under an hour and everything for under $200. They were a blessing!

I came in this morning to get an oil change and Austin made sure that I didnt have to wait too long. He opened the 3rd side and had me pull in so that Austin could start changing my oil while Shawn was wrapping up with other customers. Once they took care of everyone else, all attention was on my car. Austin changed the oil, Shawn made sure all fluids were topped off and I had air in my tires and Adam made sure that any questions I had were answered. My experience with body shops are always bad. They either try to overcharge me for unnecessary things or the staff is just rude. But this place has literally been nothing but amazing to me! It’s rare to come across a business where literally everyone in there is super nice and funny. They keep you informed with every little thing they do to your car and they are always honest and straight forward. They DEFINITELY don’t try and get over on you with money unlike other shops. I genuinely like each soul that work there, but Matt is my favorite. I’ve worked with him twice and he’s been more than amazing each time and he will have your car sounding brand new after he finish. Seriously y’all, you can’t beat their prices and the atmosphere here. You can tell they are family and they treat their customers as such. I’ve been living here for over 8 years now and have yet to find a mechanic until now. This location will forever have my business!

I get my oil change pretty frequently and this is the only place I come to. Everyone is always super cool and nice and they make sure to give me all of the details on the maintence I need to fix on my car even if I don’t decide to fix it right then they are always super cool about it. They always get me right in and right out !

You rarely come across mechanics today willing to think outside the box for solutions. Shawn went out of his way to make something a simple fix that could have been dragged out. Definitely coming back

So I definitely needed a oil change but had been putting it off for so long until my tire ran out of air and thankfully after pulling off of the exit and stopping at QT where the air was broken I pulled into Havoline and Mo and his team helped with not only my tire but my oil change that I didn’t put off any longer !! He actually gave me some great information and I even ended up changing my air filter ( which was definitely dirty)! So sometimes you never know what you needed until you need it but I was thankful for there help and great customer service as well as prices!! I’ll be back to finish up some other recommendations very soon!!

I have always went to the dealer if my car needed any work done but the wait time is just absolutely ridiculous and the prices were outrageous so i went out on a limb and gave havoline xpress lube on Indian trail a try out and im glad I did the atmosphere in the shop is awesome I received excellent service from the time i arrived and departed the employees are super friendly and honest and the most professional and knowledgeable employees i would highly recommend this place to any and all and I will most definitely be returning for future visits thanks again havoline on indian trail you guys are the best in the business

Shawn was very good, recommend my car a engine flush and oh my did it need it. I so the flush afterwards and it’s crazy how much build up my car had. This place is my go to for oil changes for all my cars! They are fast and recommend what you need for your car to run more efficiently!
