The workmanship and professionalism of this business was exceptional. It was my very first time getting a powder coat done and they made the process as customer friendly as possible. I had a color chosen and dropped my car off around 2pm and had the car ready for pick up the next day by 10am. When I picked up the car and took it home to observe the color I realized the color had come out lighter than what I had imagined. I came back a few days later and asked if they could do something about my dissatisfaction of the color. They not only worked with me to find the color that would be what I’m looking for but they changed the color for me without a second thought. I am gracious for their pleasant staff and their service. If you need color done for your wheels this is the exact place you want to go.

Avoid at all costs, see photos, various attempts for one job. They have grown faster than they can keep up with quality of service and customer service. Worst car related experience in Atlanta after a history of good experiences here. The people at the front desk care and are helpful but the service manager Sal and GM Phil are incapable of getting the job done even close to right and following through with promises. More detailed account including my interactions with GM and Service manager to come on an Atlanta car chat near you.They spent FOUR attempts trying to powder coat basic wheels in one basic color. The first was the incorrect color despite having all four wheels and doing an off the shelf color less than a year before. The other three times were in a new color since “that color isn’t available anymore.” What I picked up was full of runs (every single wheel) to the point that after the third attempt Phil said the night crew that does everyone’s wheels can’t do the basic task, so he had Sal the service manager do it. Sal’s work still had runs everywhere…I was promised by Phil that they would get the wheels right first then make it right by me after. The wheels in the last four photos were dumped on me and Phil did nothing to make it right. I asked for a refund after attempt #4 so I could have someone else get it right since even the service manager couldn’t powder the wheels properly. Instead Phil ignored my calls and texts.The service manager admitted the first time after getting the wheels redone that, “I didn’t look at them and I should have.” Check out the first three photos. Mind blowing. The previous owner of my car had managed to curb all four wheels so I contacted one of the top three rim repair companies in Atlanta. My experience with them was sub-par-- a peeling, ugly mess was the result. I contacted Alloy Wheel Repair Specialist to make it right. They delivered magnificently! My wheels look like factory new and it was done at a fair price and in under 24 hours. I dropped off on Monday afternoon and picked up Tuesday morning. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and at the price they promised. I could not recommend them more highly.

Was recommended to this company when I found out I had a bent rim . Alloy took off the bent rim and mounted the donut so I could get home. Came back the next day to pick up the rim and noticed it was still shaking on the way home . Got home made another appointment to come back to have them check. The technician who worked on the rim on day one said the rim was in perfect shape it was the tire that now was bad. Went back to original mechanic, purchased new tire and the car rides like new ! If I have a future problem with wheels I will come back, make no mistake !

Absolutely amazing!!!! Took excellent Care of me and my wheels. They looked brand new and I couldnt tell anything had ever happened!!!! I called Wheel-fix-it first, and boy was that a joke. They said it would be at least A month before they could even get to me, and then said they would have to keep my vehicle for at least a week, maybe longer??? Unbelievable. AWRS got me in the next day and had me complete in 4-5 hours, with a LIFETIME WARRANTY.. I will never use anyone else to fix my wheels, you can count on that. I had really scratched up my wheel on my Ford Mustang to the point that I thought it would have to be replaced. But I gave Alloy Wheel Repair an opportunity and they did a fantastic job. The other great benefit is they came to my house to do the work.

SIMPLY THE BEST. I had no idea how simple Allow Wheel Repair Specialists makes the process. I have used them twice. Th first was my daughters car and they came to me. It had curb rash on wheel and BOOM.... a few hours later it looked brand new. The second time I dropped off my new BMW and had the wheels painted gloss black. Literally dropped the car off a 6:00 PM and by 10:00 AM the next day...IT WAS DONE! The entire car looks incredible because of what they did. They are the best!

Good place they fixed my wheels i took to them. If only the offered discounts or something to a returning customer but its cool Ill still go see them again if i have a wheel that needs to be repaired. They got it fixed at the first attempt i didnt have to keep going back. I only went back because i took a different wheel to get fixed. I dont know about the other services but for the wheel repair they do a great job.

They repair wheels nicely. The powder coating is not that great. If you are looking for perfection, look somewhere else. Trash in paint, droops, drips, rough spots, orange peel spots, ect. They re-did the wheels at my request and the same quality the 2nd time. They did try. Fast & cheap is not good.

Curb rashed one of my black powder coated wheels. Took it to Allow Wheel Specialist & they managed to repair it within 24/hrs. They managed to match the paint & Now there is zero evidence that I ever had a curb rash on my wheel. Amazing. Thanks.

These guys are Amazing and Highly recommended. I did a walk in on Thanksgiving eve and got my car the next day with the best wheel job ever. They even tuned and aligned my wheels and my Car drives better now.

So my rim was pretty banged up and bent in from accidentally hitting a curb. I brought the rim and tire in on a Tuesday afternoon and got it back the next day. Service and work were outstanding. I was given clear instructions for a safe timetable of washing the rim and even mounting tires on the rim. Go to Alloy Whee Repair Specialists. The other rim shops in town don’t even come close to these professionals.

I filled out a form online with my information. The General Manager was very quick to respond. I had several questions after he gave me a quote. He was very prompt in answering all my questions. His mobile service guy came to my house, he did an excellent job repairing and refinishing all my wheels that had been scratched (one was slightly bent). I am happy that I found this company. I will definitely use them again & refer them to all my friends.

My 11 Camaro wheels had suffered significant curb rash and was making my car look like a beater. I thought it was time to get them repaired. Checked the reviews and thought Id give Alloy Wheel repair a shot. Called and spoke with a young lady and the phone and she gave me a price I thought was fair. I stopped by the next day and was greeted by Phil. He took a look at my wheels and confirmed the quote I was given over the phone. He took his time and explained the repair process to me and when I asked about the cost of painting/powered coating the calipers as well Phil have me a deal to get it all done for the cost I thought I would be paying for the wheels alone. He promised the car would be ready the next day by 10am, but the next day they ran into a small issue trying to balance my wheels and they called me first thing that morning to let me know that they can get them balanced but need to run the car over to Mavis to do so and it will be a little later than what was promised. I though this was very thoughtful and business like and since I was at work anyway it didnt cause me any pain. When I got off work I headed over and to get the car. When I got there the car was out front so I went over to it to inspect it without anyone over my shoulder. The repair and painting was on point. I could not tell there was ever any curb rash at all. The wheels look better than new. And the calipers looked great and far exceeded my expectations. When I went to go pay for the job they even took care of me on the price for the car being delivered later than promised. All in all, I hope I dont need to repair my wheels again, but its great to know that if i ever do, I know exactly who to bring the car to in order to get the job done right and as promised. I definitely recommend you give them a call or visit if you get a little too close to the curb like I did too many times..lol.

They couldnt fix my daughters rim, but found me a refurbished one at a very reasonable price. They fixed my rims perfectly. Youd never know curb rash was there and they reversed my tire so folks wouldnt see the repair to the tire. My tires now look how they did when I first purchased the car. Very pleased!

These guys are great! They have excellent customer service which is pretty rare at any automotive business and they also do great work. These guys are awesome! The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! I had my wheel repaired on my 2018 Sonata in September 2018. The repair and paint looked great at that time. Year goes by and I notice a slight difference in color from the original wheels, so I contacted the shop. Management and staff listened to my concerns and immediately took action to fix my wheel. Ultimately its the people and work that matter and Im very happy with how everything turned out. I fully recommend them for any wheel & tire needs!

I would go back because the work done was fairly good, but I still had to micromanage things, such as a tire mounted backwards, billing errors etc etc......Here is some advice : confirm pricing of estimates and get it in writing; write a sticky note to attach to paperwork on work you have approved.DT

I went to wheel wizard initially, but they were over charging and said it would take 3 days. Alloy wheels saved me 200 dollars and got me back 4 powder coated wheels in 24 hours, looked better then when I first bought it. Never had a wheel turn around that fast. Had an extremely difficult time with communication with this company. Took my car in several weeks ago to repair 2 wheels that had curb rash. Was very specific that I needed to pick up the car the next day to go to the airport. Was assured over the phone and in-person that it would be ready. Showed up the next day, they didnt have the right materials to do the job, and no one called to inform me. I took the car, and called a week later when I got back. I sat on the phone for 20 minutes before they came back and said no one that was on-site could confirm if the materials were available, but the Operations Manager would be in at 4:30 and would call me with an update. Still no call, 2 weeks later. Disappointed in the complete lack of communication, and based on the other reviews its only when theres a deviation from standard fixes that issues come into play. Cant recommend based on my experience.

What else can I say but WOW! The job was performed perfectly. The wheels came in the exact color that I ordered them. The job was completed in 24 hours. Philip Mullican went the extra mile with my request and they picked my wheels on my home and deliver them back, since I work and it was impossible for me to take the wheels to their shop without taking a day off, THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS BEST!
