I want to have services done on my car due to a light being on. I also need a new tires as well. The assistant manager Stephanie was very pleasant to work with. She kept me up to date on the process with my vehicle. She also helped me get great prices on tires along with the alignment. The store manager Steven came to inform me while I was sitting in the lobby that I had a broken rod. He was very knowledgeable about my car and made sure I understood everything he was telling me and even took me into the shop to show me what he was talking about. All the staff members were very friendly I would recommend this location to any of my family and friends. If youre in the Norcross area stop by and see them. They have the best rates in town. Go to Christian Brothers instead. We brought in a work van with a flat (nail in tread) and they mentioned that the tread was low (which was debatable because it was 1.5 y/o and only had 20,000 mi - so plenty of life left) and they might not be able to patch it. We agreed that they would call us to give us an update on whether they could patch it and with a price before replacing a tire. They called a few hours later and said our vehicle was ready to pick up & they had replaced the tire. $144 for a tire that pretty much anyone else would patch. Bait and switch. Would not do business with them again. The only reason we did is because our office is across the street and Christian Brothers couldnt fit us in on short notice. If Christian Brothers is booked, which they usually are because they are upfront, honest and genuinely care about their business, Id recommend Goodyear on Tilly Mill. Heck, Id recommend Billy-Bobs garage ahead of Mavis.

I scheduled an appointment came on time and didn’t get service just unacceptable and people came in after and got helped…. When I finally said something it’s was like they didn’t car I had to go to work tooo. Just unprofessional at its most I moved from Florida so ima try it again but really shaky about going there again.👎🏿😑🙁

I made an appointment for an oil change, but the appointment was not entered in their system by the Customer Service Rep who had previously assisted me. As a result, I had to wait 45 minutes before my vehicle could be serviced. My concern and discontent was immediately and very professionally addressed. I was so pleased with how the situation was handled and the integrity of the team. I have used this Mavis location multiple times and will definitely return, as well as recommend them to friends and family. I truly appreciate a business who recognizes excellent customer service.

Everyone here was super helpful and nice! All I needed was a tire rotation and a tire checked and I was in and out in less than half an hour! Definitely will come again for all my tire needs.

I found this location via a Google search and I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I called a competitor beforehand and they were rude and unhelpful. I called this location and Steven told me to bring my vehicle in. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this location and will be returning for any future needs.

Theyre customer service is good. The only problem is that they arent honest unfortunately. I went there to get my only car fixed the first time, and they said that it would be ready by a specified time. So I get there on the specified time and the guy up front said itll be ready in 15 minutes. After waiting for an hour and a half or so, he tells me itll be done tomorrow morning. I call the next day right before they close and its not done. Nor was it done the next day, or the next day after that, or the next day after that. Finally, after 2 weeks, my car was finally finished. It costed me $1600 (I hit a curb). Welp. It actually wasnt fixed. So when I finally had the time out of my busy schedule to bring it back to get actually fixed, as per usual, they said that they would fix it and gave me an array of Im sure absolutely random time frames in which they said it would be done, and finally it was done after like a week and a half. I thought that they wouldnt charge me this time, because they failed to fix it the first time. Nope. The dude at the counter did not care. Itd make sense that they should fix the car for free, because all the time that I was driving it while it was not actually fixed gave it more problems that they needed to fix. I still got charged. This time about $500-$600. I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I was originally scheduled for this location this past Tuesday, but the shop was nice enough to allow me to reschedule. I was grateful not to have to wait long for my oil change and tire rotation.During the tire rotation, the tech identified incorrect lug nuts were placed on my tires courtesy of another Mavis location, and ordered new ones. I plan to head back for additional service soon. The customer service wasnt bad at all. All in all, it was a good experience, and Ill be back.

Prior to learning this previous Kaufman Tire location was converted to a Mavis I was driving a long way to get our cars serviced. This location in Peachtree Corners is perfect for our family fleet of cars. Will using them going forward for sure.

I’ve gotten tires from this location a few times now on my 14 Nissan Rogue. They are quick and efficient. Also very accommodating. I have had appointments that were scheduled later on in the day but they will call to fit you in at an earlier time. They are consistent with their road hazard protection. You do have to pay for a prorated fee based on the tread wear of the tire that’s covered but it’s not that much. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable and have actually saved me some money on a service that I thought I needed but after their diagnosis it was determined that the service I thought I needed wasn’t necessary. Everyone is considerate and respectful. I appreciate this location. They are pretty great.

Have had good luck at Mavis in Duluth but moved to Peachtree Corners and thought it would be OK.Called and made an order to drop off my car for some work, was told it should take 2 to 3 hours. Wheel bearing and brakes so that is reasonable. Dropped off about 830 was finally called at 3 to be asked if I could leave my car until Monday. Was told their tech had an emergency and didnt come in. Maybe they only have one tech qualified to do anything other than brakes but they had plenty of other techs working from what I saw.Stuff happens, whether the excuse is real or not doesnt matter, the issue is they should have called within the first hour or two, not wait 6hrs to let me know. They said they werent sure if he was coming in so they wanted to wait. They could have given me a call when they first Learned of the problem with their tech and let me know the situation, so I could choose what to do. I would have gotten my car and gone somewhere else, would have had my car fixed today.May not be a huge issue for most but I had to call off work to get my car fixed, had to pay for an Uber home then back to get my car. All for absolutely nothing to be accomplished and too late to do anything. 7hrs later my car had not been touched. Cost me over $200, wasted on nothing because they for whatever reason chose not to be forthright with what was going on.All they had to do was call.

Quick and clean repair at the end of the day. Was headed home from work and they got me fixed up right away. They don’t just use a plug, but an actual patch from the inside, so I know I won’t have any more issues with the hole. And as always, they’re the nicest tire guys you can ask for.

I called the number listed on Google and spoke to Bernie, nice guy. I needed a screw removed and tire plugged. Bernie proceeded to ask me my information and told me to bring it in, no problem. I get to the store at 4:30, they close at 6. The gentleman at the desk said he couldnt do it because they were closing. I said, I called and Bernie told me to bring it in. He said you must have called our answering service, they dont know what they are doing. I will not ever go back.Edit: I called the number below as requested. The lady that answered was super nice. That being said, not sure what the point of you asking me to call was?? She said sorry for the poor service. That was basically the conversation. She did offer to have the regional manager call me. I am underwhelmed. I am not looking for anything, I was only calling because you asked, it was pointless. I highly recommend Christian Brothers, 100 yards up the road. Not only did he squeeze me in and fix my tire, he did it for free.

This place is awful to work with, and they are very apathetic even in emergency situations. The only reason why they have so many 5 star ratings is because they specifically ask customers to give them a good rating in exchange for a discounted oil change. My husband had a flat tire and took our car by Mavis Tires and they told him they were too busy to have time to change the tire until 4-5 hours later. Being understanding, my husband rescheduled an appointment for 8:00 the next morning. He took the car in at 8:00 and they told him that he would have to wait 5-6 hours because there were other people ahead of him. They did not honor our appointment time and this caused my husband to have to be late to work because he had to drive on I-85 with a spare tire. I do not recommend this store at all because they do not care about their customers.

Came in for a brake system flush, as someone that works on there own car I was expecting bleeding the calipers aswell but I was wrong. They just topped off the brake reservoir and charged me 80 bucks ? Seriously? Wasted my time and my money . I couldve done that for 20 bucks at home. I wont be returning .

I had a great experience at this Mavis on PIB. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely courteous, attentive and helpful. They worked with me on the prices since I was getting so much work done (all 4 tires replaced, oil change, brakes, and alignment) and I didn’t feel cheated. On top of that, all of the work was completed in less than 4 hours and I didn’t have an appointment. My car has been running great since! I definitely recommend.

On Monday 4-12-21, I experienced a flat tire on my way to work. John and the service team at Mavis Tire was able to perform a Best in Class Service by going out thier way to replace my tire while I was down at the Race Trac next door. Go see for yourself how they get the job done.

These pleasant and professional employees took great care of me. I came in for a balance and rotation due to a steering wheel vibration and they found a bubble in my tire on the inside where most people wouldnt have looked and just thrown it back on the car. Road trip the next day could have been disastrous. They may have saved my life!Truly Grateful

I just needed a tire patch. They took it upon themselves to do a full brake check and try to upsell shock and brake pads to me. When I got in the car every single light on my dash was lit up because my ADS, park assist, brake assist, etc were all off. They said it was preexisting. Nope.Now Im having to have the dealer look at it which will take 2 days and $500+ Thank god I didnt agree to let them do anything else to the car.Do not go here.

Ive had nothing but great experiences here! We moved to the area a few months ago and decided to give them a shot when my husband needed tires. They were very professional and did a great job. Of course, when I needed tires, there was no question Id be returning. I called in the week prior and was able to get pricing, get tires ordered, and make an appointment in just a few quick minutes. When dropping my car off, I worked with John. He was very courteous and I really appreciated that he didnt try to oversell me or talk down to me (which unfortunately happens to women a lot at car shops). All in all, I would definitely recommend them! We will definitely be using them going forward for any tire needs!

Great service! I had to return for an adjustment to a tire alignment after a few days of the wheels pulling to the right. They immediately took my request and proceeded to reevaluate the work. It was serviced in half an hour. The ride is excellent! Great work with no hassle.
