Overall a very pleasant experience. My vehicle was repaired within the estimated time stated and when I returned vehicle it was washed and manager assisted me with returning the rental car. Additionally the was washed inside an out.I did have an issue with a part of the car not been repaired properly, yet as soon as I made company aware Manager made arrangements to repair over the weekend. Therefore I believe customer service was excellent; just wish redemption of car wash and hours of operation were not only during the week. But the staff and work product were GREAT!!!

Russell and his team were fantastic! They were able to fix my car a week faster than expected, and even came in on the weekend to help get us back on the road quickly. We’ll be back for any future auto body repairs.

This shop is the best shop ever! I had a seamless transition from start to finish. I only had my new car for 2 days and they repaired it not only to brand new but also washed it and returned it clean. They also dropped off the rental I had as well. I will most definitely be back for any other body shop work. Staff is friendly and professional all with positive attitudes which make the total experience so much easier. Better late than never, on my review. My car came in for body work after a fender bender. Im grateful State Farm picked you. My car looked amazing after all was done. The detailing inside and out was a total surprise to me. It took just over a week, but the work was top notch and my Mazda looked brand new again. Thank you.
