Theyve employed some great people over the years but lost touch with the service aspect of their business when they sold out to the profit driven motives of publicly traded investors. Customer service>$.
I HIGHLY recommend ON Services. They came out to set up audio for my event on time even though there was an unexpected 5 of snow and counting! Jason and Wade are rock stars! Thank you for the excellent service :)
Asked for a self-described “quick quote” through their website. Was brushed off by their rep, Jason Ashfield for two days with multiple weak excuses on why he couldn’t provide a quote. He then told me I needed a RFP for a quote to be provided. He was rude, unhelpful, and never asked a single question about the event. He decided before he even knew what the event entailed that he wasn’t going to provide any info.Maybe change the info on your site if this human represents is the type of customer service you provide.What a waste of time!
