I applied for a computer Programer job with Lamar. First the recruiter interviewed me, and I pasted. Then I had another interview with an IT manager and he told me that there were two other applicants but that I was more knowledgeable than they were and that he wanted me for the job. I later took a prove it test and made a perfect score. However I had to speak to a woman manager there to see if I fit in with their culture. After speaking with her I wasnt offered the job. I cant prove that me being an African American played a part in why l didnt get the job. After all, how can you prove anything when they hired based on if you fit in with their culture?

Well, if you want to know what Lamars culture is like, just Google their Make America Great Again billboard in Pearl, Ms, which featured a picture of Black people being beaten during Bloody Sunday in Alabama/ 1965.
