I spoke to the lady over the phone and she was extremely nice and answered all my questions. In person i came in and the gentleman help me unload my wheels from my truck and was helpful in helping me choose a color to match my car. Had a great experience getting my motorcycle parts powder coated. I was a little weary from reading some of the negative reviews on here (note that they have 5/5 ratings on Yelp) but out of all the places that I sent quote requests to, Nuvia was the fastest to respond and most professional.On top of that, they had the best prices! They did great work and even finished my stuff a day earlier than expected! Id highly recommend giving Nuvia a call!

Terrible Customer Service!! I had been going for years and fired them a few months ago. I took a wheel for repair and dropped it off at their shop. They sent out the wheel to another shop they work with and they sent the wheel back half fixed. Ablaze then powder coated it black and called me and said it was ready. I took the wheel and placed it back on my ATV. The wheel was completely bent and not usable. I contacted Ablaze and sent pictures along with a video with it on and turning and no response. I drove over there and they said there was nothing they can do because the wheel had damage that the repair shop could not repair. SO RATHER than telling me that the wheel could not be fixed they HALF fixed it... CHARGED me for the HALF repair and for powder coating it and refused to give me the refund or at least a partial. David’s customer service is TERRIBLE. He has absolutely NO people skills. He started saying that I damaged the wheel after the repair totally contradicting the situation and flat out accused me of lying. It’s sad what they will do in this place to make a couple of bucks! I fired them and walked out of that place and u til this day i never saw my wheel again. The shop that was doing the repair BS’D me for 3 months and until this day they have it and claim that they are waiting for special tools to repair it. (4 months later)If you want to read this and go elsewhere great! Otherwise i hope you do not learn the hard way!STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR!
