After looking up this shop (because it was closest to where I was having my car serviced), I decided to call and see if they could get me in I met Leslie at this nail shop (only person working and only customer) this morning to get my previous set of powder nails removed and get a new set of ombre white nails and tips. I expressed my concern over all their horrid reviews on google maps. Basically Leslie told me multiple times that I dont want ombre or white tips. Im not sure that she knows what they are or has any experience doing them. She insisted I want basic acrylic nails with white paint which is specialty what I did not want. Ive been getting my nails done consistently for the last thirty-five years. I know what I want and dont want. In any case, Lesley did a fair job of applying and shaping the new tips and acrylic although a bit wavy. At her insistence, I had her paint my nails this pastel rouge gel paint color which was better for me than all the other alternatives. I dont know that I would rave about this salon but at least Lesley did a fair to adequate job. By everyone elses reviews, I guess it could have been much much worse which was my reason for being cautious and expressing my concerns to her or as she described me as picky.Go to this shop only if you are okay with a so-so job.I want to update this review...I didnt mention that after she had done nails, I had no less than five tiny cuts around my nails on various fingers. Unacceptable and painful for the first few days following the manicure.Also, she required that I only pay cash or venmo or zelle but didnt mention this until after she had already done my nails and I was ready to leave. She told me to go to the nearby convenience store and get cash. I caved and zelled her the money.After two weeks, her nails are still staying on and on good shape. I cant say it was worth the argument with her over what I wanted and she did not want to do for me and giving up and just paying for what she wanted to do.I do not recommend patronizing this establishment.

The people are nice, I came in with a bridal party and it was a relaxing place to be at. But the gel began to chip by the next day for myself and others in my party. Kinda sad about that cause its hard for me to find a relaxing place to get my nails done.

Lady started arguing and venting to us about prices and using cash instead of gift card how her business was losing money because of it. I’m not there to argue I just want to relax.Very pushy, not very friendly tried to go up on prices that were quoted over the phone also tried to upsell more expensive service and sell some kind of oil. Was not a good experience overall. Prices decent compared to other places though. You get what you pay for I suppose.....

The lady that did my nails really screwed them. First I asked for coffin shape and they were all to one side I told her I didnt like it and she told me that I should not do that shape because my fingers were slanted and thats why they looked like that. Then I picked a dark blue color and this is what I came out with. She was arguing with one of the ladies there so she wasnt paying attention to what she was doing. Never again!

The WORST service I have ever had ! I asked this woman for a fill and this is what I walked out with an HOUR into my appointment. She didnt connect the new acrylic with the old....I asked her to fix it and she asked me to leave after continuously mocking me and trying to hand me the nail filer.

This is the only nail salon in the neighborhood which is open but by appointment only. My appt was 09:30am and they have me waited until 11:42am and yet my pedicure gel has still not been started. They only have one person doing it. I have waited very patiently and I couldnt take it anymore. They have me pay $40 for no service done on me and i just left.This is just another bad bad day.My advice to you guys... Dont go to this place. It sucks!

Loved having my nails done by nail tech May. She came recommended by my Mom who has been coming here for years. May was fast but very efficient. You could definitely tell that she has years of experience. Looking forward to getting my nails done on my next visit.

Excellent service

I called prior to my arrival to make sure there was availability, when my daughter and I arrived they were busy. We both needed a full set.. Leslie did the most god awful job on both our nails then charged me $45 and my daughter $35, we literally got the same thing done minus the color. The paint is all over the place and she put the nail on my middle finger crooked. I brought this to her attention and she blamed it on my finger being crooked not the nail she put on.. Shes very rude and cut both my daughter and Is skin open filing to hard.. I was livid when I left there and will never go back. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Yuck.

Nails chipped in the first day because the nail artist did not take the time to put on layers. Also, she said one price then charged me more. Would have been better off painting my nails at home.

Hello. I am new to this city. I booked an appointment for 8:30 am the following day. I called this business at 8:30 a.m. to tell them Im here in front of your salon! The door was locked. The woman said wait for me 15 more mins. I waited 45 Minutes and called back. She told me come around to the back door. I went to the back door. The whole time waiting I was packing the Front Door of Norco Nail Salon. I went inside to see 3 Nail customers already in the Middle of their Manicures!!! I asked WHY did you have me waiting outside for 45 Minutes???. She had No response, No alology. She just stared at me. I Do Not Recommend this unprofessional Salon. Boobooboo!!!

This nail salon is very inviting, the nail techs so sweet, the prices are great! and most importantly they did a great job! I’m very satisfied with my experience! I will definitely be a usual customer from now on.

I came here to get a manicure, and I am a man. Surprised how I felt afterwards, my fingers were a bit tender, enjoyed the service and I have to say my hands look great. Next I will get a pedicure.My wife loves this place, she brings our daughter in to get decals on her nails and some sparkling stones set on her nails. Best Norco Nail shop by far. Everyone is really friendly.

I will never go back there again. The person in charge was extremely rude..She kept pushing and pushing for me to upgrade everything. Some of the upgrades I was going to do anyways..The young man that did most of my Pedi was great. That women was basically following out the door still trying to get me to buy some kind of oil..Give me a break...😤😤

I go to Norco Nail Salon and Day Spa about once a month to get a Pedicure. They have the best machines for pedicures in Norco, I live in Corona, and it is worth the ten minute drive over there to get it done. Plus they have great specials for their Spa Pedicure with a Citrus mint scrub that makes my feet so soft. I sent my husband in to get his feet done and it was a crack up seeing how much he loved it after it was done.

They were all super nice and my nails look fantastic. I would gladly come back and bring my sister with me.

I have been going to Norco Nail and Day Spa for years. Norco Nail and Day Spa is the best in Norco for safe and reasonably priced Manicures. Easy to get reservations to, most the time they are just like, come in! I got a Facial here, and I have to tell you, I looked 10 years younger.All I can say is Thanks.

This place was the absolutely terrible. The owner Leslie, was so rough with my hands. She was actually THROWING them. She got angry with me and cut my cuticle with her nail and put nail polish remover in the cut. She was extremely angry and charged me 10 dollars more than the piece she said on the phone. BEWARE. Please! Don’t trust on the phone prices!

I showed a picture of what I wanted and they said they could do and got nothing even close to what I wanted. The lady used he finger to make the effect and all I see are her finger prints. Also she filed them so bad every nail looks different and they are all crooked

Brazilians in Norco? I was at Norco Nail &Day Spa and got a Brazilian. I normally only get waxed but decided to get my first Brazilian. OMG. My friend told me to come here because she almost died when she did it herself and couldnt finish. So, I got it done here and it hurt a little but I got over it. Looks great too! Ask for the numbing spray!

It wasnt horrible but I feel like they could have done a better job. My gel French tips had tiny bubbles in them and began chipping the next day and one if the women kept making rude comments to me that I didnt appreciate. I had my eyebrows waxed and she did a horrendous job, they looked choppy and way too thin.

May is awesome, otherwise I wouldnt go there.

They did a horrible job on my sisters nails and didn’t even do the jewels the same color, nails were filed poorly and the gel paint was sloppy, we called the store and a lady said we could come in for a refund then when we showed up and tried getting a refund the lady refused and argued with us for almost a hour until she agreed to give back $40 (which wasn’t even the full refund), we will NOT be back again, do not waste your money here
