TERRIBLE PACKING JOB! The ladies might be nice but if you need anything valuable or breakable shipped, skip this place and head straight to an actual FedEx office. Photos below show how shoddily a 22 inch monitor was packed. The box had been used previously and was not sturdy enough to withstand crushing. Bottom was getting ready to give and and old UPS label was still attached to the side (we used FedEx to ship this item). A mismash of packing materials was stuffed in and did not cover the item and one thin layer of bubble wrap was all the specifically covered the monitor. We got lucky and the monitor arrived safely but it was luck on our part, not caring or skill on the shipper that made that happen.
