I used to travel quite a lot, so Ive had plenty of opportunity to be disappointed by poor service from other rental agencies. Im happy to say Enterprise went above and beyond to get me on the road when I needed thier help in a pinch. Good value, good vehicle, great service; I now know exactly who to call first the next time I need to rent some wheels.

The service was very good when picking up the rental, the car was in great shape, the manager was attentive and courteous. The problem was the return... I called ahead to let the rep know I was bringing the car back, and to my surprise, the rep told me that I needed to wash and vacuum the rental, and that if I did not, they would keep my deposit!!! Never before was I told this was the case (at pickup). I have not rented a lot of cars in my life, but this is the first time that this happens to me. Needless to say that I was NOT a happy customer.

Every time Ive called this location, they promptly answer the call and are 10 out of 10 helpful to get things figured out, without me feeling like theyre rushing to do something else. They really care. One time I asked about potentially adjusting my rental agreement on a future date, and Abraham took the time to call ME that day to see if Id still want the changes Id asked about. Very badly delivered the car on time and since they close on Saturdays at 12pm they charged me Saturday Sunday and Monday extra until they are careful with Aldo is rude and very cynical I asked him for the number of his supervisor and he gave me the number of a dillards in Tucson Disappointing service and bad attention, he ignored me and only told me to talk to the regional manager and she did not address me, just look at the pantaya, I do not recommend it at all and other parts if they attend very only in Nogales az.
