Midwest Flooring was a referral and I should have done my homework. I am so disappointed in the Owners service. First impression should have caused a red flag when he didnt show up to meet at his business for over an hour. I always try to stay with small business companies because we want them to stay open. I will not ever refer anyone nor use them in the future. The Owner told us there would be enough carpet for a 12x14 area rug and that was not the case. The rug they saved for us was 5x8. The installers needed to fix an area on a threshold that took more than 3 weeks to get fixed. The amount of $ spent on the carpet replacement we had completed, it sure doesnt feel like it was a fair price after the fact. So disappointed.

After looking at almost all of the flooring places in the Hamilton Co. area for Luxury Vinyl Plank we decided to go with MIdwest. Geoff,our salesman, was incredible. Very friendly and accommodating. We got the best price for very high quality CorTec flooring. The installation crew did an amazing job and worked fast! I highly recommend Midwest flooring.

We ordered 15k in floors for a project, could never get any update on status...clients master tile order was delivered incomplete, been 3 weeks still not fully delivered...we had 10 boxes of hardwoods to return, they won’t take back. No one ever answers the phone, whether it be the office or the owners cell... there are way to many places to buy products to deal with this kind of place....we still as of today do not have our tile to complete the bath on a 500k new build, the house is 95% done

The installer was hot. I stayed home every day to stare at him. Something about that red head :)
