No autopay feature, website is awful to navigate, and there is a service fee no matter how you choose to pay.However, I will say they do have great customer service and are very friendly. If one/three of these issues are fixed, I will consider changing my rating.

The bill comes in the mail within 7 days from the due date. I always pay and mail it the next business/mail day. Last bill I paid and mailed it the same day received (on 12/7/20). The check was not cashed by the Wastewater Utility until 1/4/21! and I just got another bill saying that I am past due! I would pay it online but there is a charge to do so. I can see charging a fee if paid with a credit card, but paying with e-check that is FREE everywhere else???? This is THE ONLY BILL I PAY BY MAIL, because of it! And now I am being charged for others (USPS and Wastewater) not getting my payment by the due date????

I was concerned about calling for general information after seeing the reviews, but I had a great experience on the phone. The woman that took my call was very thorough and helpful.

Charging a couple bucks extra to pay online???Seriously?? It’s 2020 - just shows how government wastes.
