We called twice to make an appointment and also requested an appointment via their website but never did we get a return call or email. Pretty disappointed.

Great to work with. Gordon and his team prepared our 2018 federal and state tax returns quickly and with professionalism. When questions did arise, they were responsive by phone and e-mail. Really appreciate the transparency in pricing. We met face-to-face with Lisa, who was very easy to work with. With previous tax preparers, communication and cost were an issue, but Reslers provided a personal touch that we really appreciate.

I was very pleased with the customer service. Really take the time to explain the process and answer questions. Great with helping out if there were any concerns. Highly recommend!
