Started using Pools of Fun Noblesville in 2015 after Terry Pools who did my pool refused to service it.Immediately was impressed with store manager Linda’s ability to remember my name every time I came in.Attached is a BioGuard water analysis that I was also surprised to get. Never got any technical data from the old pool company. More than just data, I have been getting an education in pool maintenance customized to my pool and preferences for the last 6 years.For example the Pools of Fun team knows that I use Muriatic acid and adjust recommendations as needed for my situation.Highly recommend the team and have used the greater company for heater and pump replacements as well as open and close each year.

Linda and the staff at the Noblesville Pools of Fun always address any water issues with good information and recommendations. Weve been using their services for 16 years.

EDIT: I was absolutely working with you/your company...You even finally left me a voicemail. This response to me on the reviews is a microcosm of the service I have experienced.... And if you are curious and still dont believe I was working with you.... YES! I still have the voicemailOriginal post:I ordered a solar blanket in late early June. I was advised at the time of ordering that production was slow because of covid. Two month later, not only have I not received my solar blanket, I have not heard a single thing from the store. I called them this past week to get an update and left a voicemail. My call was never returned. Maybe Id change the review if I received the blanket that I ordered but after two months, I am not optimistic.EDIT: Pools of Fun finally called me back so I changed the review from 1 star to 2 stars. When they called me back, they said that their phone systems were down and they did not receive my voicemail till later. In response to this review, they claim they dont have any of my information. While, I would have been a new customer for them, I find the series of excuses to be frustrating. While they were apologetic and willing to help me on the voicemail that they left me, I have found that their customer service is not what I had hoped.

I wish could give negative stars. We had the worst experience you can imagine. From drilling into our house and putting controls in the wrong place to having monumental concrete issues to them forgetting to run a gas line prior to the concrete being poured and on and on and on. Hard to dismiss as just a simple accidents. My wife and I have decided to sue them and I want to make sure no one else has to deal with their incompetence like we did. I have a feeling the incompetence is a result of them using sub par contractors so they can save money. We even had our project manager quit during the process because he also had enough of their mistakes. Even though we were unhappy and asking them to make it right they refused. They also never explained to us how anything worked so we’ve had to learn all of that on our own. And because of all of these reasons we refused to pay the last installment so in January of 2019 they sent me a letter from their Attorney saying they were going to sue me but miraculously they haven’t. Well we will have our day in court. IF YOU ARE EVER EVEN CONSIDERING THESE PEOPLE PLEASE PLEASE READ AND RE READ THIS SEVERAL TIMES AND USE SOMEONE ELSE!!! AND PLEASE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW THAT MIGHT BE CONSIDERING POOLS OF FUN TO ALSO READ THIS AND USE ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT!!!!

We absolutely love our pool! This was the greatest summer yet because of our pool!! Tyler was great to work with throughout the entire process. As with all construction projects we had some hiccups along the way but Pools of Fun took care of them and made it right, without us even asking! I would highly recommend Pools of Fun!!

Do not use this company. They have already replaced one new liner due to poor installation per liner manufacturer and now the second was installed poorly. They opened, closed and cleaned the pool and it constantly was a chemical mess. They stopped returning calls. Then when we got fed up and threatened to sue they stopped caring for the pool period. Our friends who put this same pool in at the same time have had the same problems. They said and I quote”we hate “Pools of Fun”.We are both business owners in the area and if you google our company we are five stars.

Responsive, responsible, professional pool care. Deleted 1 star for lack of continuity of service associates. All new and never the same this summer. Tech service associates very good.

I used pools of fun for 20 years and did all the changes they recommended and had them install all the needed heater and cover replacements. I had a new liner put in about 18 months ago. It was new and looked wonderful. However it soon started coming away from the top of the wall in multiple places. At first they did tiny repairs multiple times which looked ugly but then they did the whole of the deep end and it was somewhat better.However, just a few months after it was installed strange white circles started to appear on the walls and then various patchy of Cloud-like patches appeared on the floor. This top of the line liner cost me several thousand $ for them to install. Apparently there is no warranty for discoloration. This is not a minor change over many years but an aggressive ugliness that appeared in the first few months. They have been stonewalling me and totally unhelpful. I had been paying them for weekly maintenance for many years but have now realized they were fleecing me for lots of chemicals that really were not needed. Got my water tested and picked up my Big Green Egg lump charcoal at one time. Service was great - the location was busy but the employee behind the counter made sure that I knew she saw me in line.

Linda and the staff are great here! Pools of Fun has changed my pool liner, my filter, and I buy all of my pool chemicals and pool supplies from them - I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Went looking for tubes and only had cheaper ones for a pool. Figured they would have a higher quality selection so you could use on a river as well

Pools of (no)Fun lied to my family and I. They were rude, and verbaly abusive to my wife. They promised to build a pool and spa and installed the WRONG PIECES! The work was so bad theyre Foreman QUIT in the middle of the job. The pool and spa were so bad they had to be REMOVED at the cost of $11,000. I warn anyone do NOT do business with these liars. Go to another company in the state.
