Rachel! Brought my furbabies in for a full groom, bath, nails and teeth. It has been at least for months since I gave them a trim, and years since they were professionally groomed. She spent at least four hours on them getting them to a short summer cut and have gotten many compliments. A well-earned big tip!

This is our go-to place for pet supplies, particularly crickets for our dragon. However, be careful. You may go in for crickets and come out with a rescue cat! They only adopt from rescues in the area, including HSHC, and the pets appear healthy and our new cat has adapted quickly!

I love my dog and spend a lot on her. PetSmart has everything I need at good pricing. They even have a vet there, though I did not use that service.

The groomers are friendly and sweet with the animals and do a great job!

I have had the issue of another person’s points profile coming up when I give my information. Today my account got mixed up on accident and rather than just telling me to contact customer support, McKenzie went out of her way to help me get my points on my account by doing an exchange/return and taking time out of her way. She was very polite and professional and showed she wanted to help. This store has been understaffed and they have done a superior job helping with customer support and keeping the store stocked on limited employees. I WILL always come here from now on!

Had my dog scheduled they said their tech was sick I said okay they said they would try to fit me in the next couple of days but if they couldn’t they would get me in the following Thursday. Well that day is tomorrow and they said it was for the next Thursday. These people don’t know what they’re doing and are incompetent. Don’t use these people to groom your pets.

Took our adopted 3 year old Chocolate Lab mix to PetSmart, a 1st experience, everyone was nice, professional, and helpful. We found a sling cover for the backseat so our dog wouldnt hurt the seats, a couple of toys, and some treats. Well be back soon.

This was our first trip to this particular PetSmart, and we went for a grooming appointment for our cat, Wisp. The overall experience was so pleasant in this store. The front cashier greeted us and our cat and everyone in the salon was super-friendly. When we arrived to pick Wisp up, there was a huge line at the front, but by the time we got up there to pay, it was entirely taken care of, and there was no line. A very efficient store! Most importantly, I cant say enough about the exceptional job Emil did grooming our cat. Its just a perfect cut with no razor slips, uneven edges, etc. Just perfect. Weve lived a lot of places and had Wisp groomed by many different groomers, but this is by far the best cut shes ever had. Emil is really a great professional. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking a cat groomer. I also recommend this PetSmart in general.

I took my 4 month old puppy to the salon for a puppy package and nail grind. He’s a German Shepherd, so he’s bigger than the average puppy. Taylor is who we had made an appointment with, I booked online via the app, she’s very knowledgeable and overall great. I was nervous about leaving my puppy for 3 to 4 hours, but my husband talked me into it and I’m glad he did because it turned out to be an excellent experience. Oakley left the salon fresh and clean, smelling and looking great. He was also very happy when I picked him up, as he is a curious puppy, and I’m sure he enjoyed the whole experience. we will definitely make another appointment.

This is one of the absolute best places to adopt a pet and pick up their supplies. One of the biggest factors for me to rate a place is the friendliness of staff. That, and theyre helpfulness.Back in the first week of August, we adopted two beautiful kittens through Rescue Me. Our beautiful girls were well taken care of, we could tell. The staff seemed to really care about all of the animals as well. Both Maddie and Kaitlin were awesome and went above and beyond to ensure the process went very well.We are very appreciative of PetSmart and have become loyal customers to this location. We highly recommend this for all of your pet needs and adoptions.

Went for a quick shopping trip for a few pet essentials. Was able to hop into the store, find my babies daily items, check out in under five minutes (while asking a few simple life and store Q’s!), and be back on the road in under twenty minutes. Got great communication, love, value, and time out of this trip. So thank you, petsmart! Add a few more smart options for getting what you need when you need it, and this brand will be here to stay for much longer!

The staff here is always extra friendly and knows my moms dogs by name. Even if you get tricky and show up with only one. The grooming always looks top notch especially considering they arent the easiest coats to cut. I have a friend who would only take his dogs to this banfield as well. And I dont think Ive ever been more than second in line to check out up front. Id give six stars if I could, Ive never had a poor experience here.

The Noblesville, IN Petsmart isnt too far from my house and it employs the most awesome kitten/cat groomer, Emil!! My 2 hadnt been to a professional groomer in months. Emil is very personable and professional. My guys came back to me looking better than ever!

I went to this PetSmart today and miraculously they don’t price match Chewy.com? I have 6 dogs so it can get pretty expensive. I’ve price matched Chewy for 1-2 years at PetSmart, the only reason we go because it’s overpriced, and now you’re saying we can’t? I strayed from my usual PetSmart and I won’t make that mistake again. If at all.

I had my Shih tzu groomed there, and they did an excellent job on her. I gave them instructions on how I wanted my Daisy groomed, and Bri followed my wishes exactly. Daisy looked so cute when I picked her up, and she didn’t want to leave Bri, which is unusual. Usually she is dying to get out of there, but I think that Bri was so good to her, that she didn’t want to go home. That says a lot for the grooming experience.

Slow paced and found what we were looking for.

Sometimes the wait is a little long to get help with crickets or feeder goldfish but they more than make up for it with their patience gets exactly the fish I want.

I had a really great experience at this store and the staff is amazing. Katlin in particular was very helpful when I came in for a specific fox dog toy. Years ago for Christmas, my grandpa got my dog a fox toy that was only found at PetSmart. It was my dogs favorite toy so he’d always get this particular fox toy for her. When my grandpa passed away we always made sure to keep buying the same toy so my dog would never run out. Recently, it’s went on clearance due to them discontinuing the toy so we wanted to buy as many as we could. There were 17 in stock so I wanted to buy all of them but couldn’t find them anywhere in the store. I was in there very close to closing time so I was worried my stay would be received negatively but the PetSmart team was so kind. Everyone I talked to about the stuffed fox toy was very kind and helpful when I couldn’t find it. Katlin in particular took the extra time to search for the toy and make our experience memorable. Unfortunately, the foxes weren’t unloaded the day we came into the store so Katlin had a team meeting the next day and they worked together to make sure I was able to get what I needed. I know it may have seemed sillly walking in and asking for a ridiculous amount of the same item. Just know, they mean a lot to me and I think of my grandpa whenever I see my dog playing with it. Thank you for the help.

Always friendly and have everything I need at decent prices

I have a double-coated, bi-colored Ragdoll cat and was becoming overwhelmed by the skin-deep mats he was developing. Everywhere else I called required he be sedated for grooming and wanted to charge me over $100. Emil saved everything. My cat didnt have to be sedated, I wasnt charged excessively, she recommended brushes to help between appointments and now has us on a great schedule and routine to prevent mating. Emil is a God-send!

Way better than expectations. Everything was as good as other reviews suggest. I had ribs and they were awesome. The ribs are on special on Saturdays. Has the roadhouse feel with local food taste. Also tried the wings and they were awesome. The spicy level was below what I expected even for the top of the scale. I could see why people say the service can be poor sometimes. Also the charge for everything. If you add something or want to try a sample of a sauce. Its 60 cents to try it. Great experience overall.

I have 3 dogs, been going here for years to get hair and nails done. I call to schedule an appt. Groomer asks for my number and says,oh. When i ask if there was a problem i get ignored then im told 2 of my dogs need their shot records. Not a problem they havent been since their last shots so i was prepared. Then Im told i have to bring one because he is boxer/pitt so he gets an express, i can bring the other 2 when i pick the 1st one up. Ok whatever, this is new but im fine. I get there with my 2 after the 1st one is done, the groomer acts like she doesnt want to do my blue pit. My blue is 90 lbs, groomer puts this thin lead on her and drag/walks her to the back, after a bit of a wait here comes my dog without the groomer or the lead. I get questioned again has she ever been there before for a wash and nails. Again i tell her yes all 3 have been coming for years. Takes my other dog back then tries the blue again. Groomer ends up bringing her back and says im sorry we cant do her today. Her eyes are all red and her nose is bleeding and maybe its best to bring her during the week what? The dogs eyes are red because you have a thin lead around her neck shutting off her air dragging her, she didnt have a bloody nose when she walked in the place. I scheduled an appt. For today, you can look at past records to show she has been there multiple times for bath and nails. Yet you tell me maybe i should be bring her during the week, but you cant do her today. If i want to bring her back later to do her nails they can do them. Im confused. I think i had a groomer who was scared of my dog and instead of having someone else groom her you made excuses. Disappointed in this visit.

I really only buy stuff once it goes on clearance here otherwise it seems pretty expensive. Sometimes you can find really nice sale/reduced to clear pricing. This store is usually really clean. Staff is typically really nice but not necessarily knowledgeable (in my experiences). Decent selection of foods but they still dont carry the dog food I use.

I bought a fish tank for my classroom online. We made the hour frive to Noblesville and it was worth the drive! The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were greeted at the door. They helped me load my purchase. We had a wonderful shopping experience.

This petsmart surprisingly didnt seem to have quite as large of a selection as my tiny hometown petsmart. The employee that I checked out with was very friendly and helped me use my coupons and navigate the petsmart app. She was extremely helpful and offered me help loading my large item. I wouldve given five stars, but I wasnt engaged by employees the entire time I was shopping, even though several walked by me. After doing a ton of research, I went to petsmart and got the absolute best deal on a fish tank kit, over uncle Bills and Petco. Petsmart isnt known for having the healthiest fish, but they do have the cheapest tank (if youre buying it as a kit). Overall, Im very satisfied with my purchase at this location and with my checkout experience!

We love taking our pets there,! They are always greeted with love! Prices are reasonable. And the vets are great! Not so impresses with groomers.

This location will not sell fish to teachers for classroom pets because the manager has a “moral obligation” to ensure their 15 cent fish don’t die in a classroom. Teachers - just stay away.

PetSmart is a great place for all your pet needs. They have an excellent hospital which you can pay monthly for insurance for all your pet needs. The best care and price Ive ever seen. Plus their grooming facility is great. Perfect for all your one stop shop for your pet/pets.

The place is good they have a lot of choices for cats and dogs and birds and other animals and lots of fish they have a good staff willing to help anytime you have questions they have volunteers for the little pet rescue center they have in the back mainly cats and they host a lot of adoption weekends which is wonderful and they always welcome Pets As long as theyre on a leash or in a carrier.

Ive not had any problems with PetSmart. They have always been very helpful. They really love to help you pick out your first pet or your first fish. They really explain what fish can go together and will get along. The personnel that work for PetSmart are very helpful and will help you find what you are looking for. If you have a question, they try their best to answer it, or if they can not they will find someone who will know the answer.

Come here for all pet needs. Most things are moderately priced, and there are always good deals on bulk dog food. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Bones and accessories are usually more expensive here in comparison to pet supplies plus. No complaints.

The worst experience ever. I will never go to the pet smart in noblesville again. I took my dog for a regular grooming. The girls were rude when I was asked questions about details pertaining to my dog. I was ignored and was put behind people that came in and had appointments after me. When I came to pick my dog up the lady didnt hand the leash to me she let it fall to the ground as my dog was trying to go out the door. I was also quoted a 27 dollar total for the service but it ended up being 33 dollars. When I got home I noticed that my dogs collar and her personalized name tag had been altered with and the tag was missing, completely missing and you could tell that they had bent and ruined the ring that connected the tag to the actual collar. Then lady at the register did not speak to me nor was I thanked for my purchase. This place is a joke. I will never be back and I will make sure to tell everyone the entire story of my poor service I received.
