I have been a Green Scene customer since 2003 between my two homes in Noblesville, Indiana, and I am here to tell you that NO ONE does a better job!They are highly knowledgeable and extremely professional. They always take time to walk the lawn and answer my questions, giving me all the information I need to care for my lawn and get maximum results.My lawn has been the envy of my neighbors for years now! Even in October, my lawn looks like it is in the prime of spring!My current home is only three years olds, and Greene Scene went above and beyond with treatments to help me take the rag-tag job the builder left me in the back yard and turn it into a golf course quality lawn! (Pictures attached, with before and after shots over three years of treatments on starting of back lawn and completed front lawn).Their pricing cannot be beat...and you CANNOT get these results with the watered-down fertilizers you buy off the store shelf....(you need a state applicators license to get the good stuff). Avoid the “fast-food” lawn chains. I worked for one out of college and I’m here to tell you their people are not typically professionally trained and educated, and the deals they offer never get the results I get with Green Scene.Just remember to WATER what they apply, otherwise your wasting your money and their time. I had my lawn treated in the rain, I waited to see if it killed my creeping Charlie before I needed a reapplication. It said on my bill that it would be reapplied at no charge because of the rain. Then I had an emergency & had to leave the country. I’m back & the treatment did nothing. It has been 8 weeks granted, but the creeping Charlie is worse so it didn’t work. I called & a very rude woman answered. She said I have to pay for it as it’s been too long. She ended up putting the phone down on me. I’m shocked at the way she spoke to me. I’m not wanting anything free, I will pay for what works but the application clearly did nothing.UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE!!!!THIS HAS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF UPTO MY EXPECTATIONS ! Still was a rude customer service person.

I called Green Scene after viewing their website and seeing their offer for a first application at 39.95 and a free aeration for a regular service. I ordered the weed control at 39.95 and an additional regular service for flea, tick, etc. treatment. The guy showed up without a call ahead and left when I was unable to get to the door so had to reschedule. Upon his return he threw around very foul language about the painters playing loud music across the street (note I was running daycare with 6 toddlers). I was over billed and instantly called to get a revised invoice in which I received an invoice for 52.43. I called with my CC to pay on 10.9.20.I then had the guy show up for a second treatment without a call ahead and billed for a full treatment even though there was no way for him to access 3/4 of my yard through a locked gate. Green Scene did credit me for this and followed up with an unpaid invoice of 142.36.Bottom line they did not apply a credit as promised, they did not process my payment, and then invoiced me almost 3x the amount I was to originally pay....I informed them I have printed invoices in my hand to back this and was advised rudely if I did not pay the 142.36 I would be sent to collections.Well I not so nicely gave my CC number again and have yet to receive confirmation of this payment. I also advised her I’d be placing a negative review and she retaliated with threatening to send a negative review about me on my employers jobs site (which I refused to provider her because it’s not her business to know where I work and my employer has nothing to do with this)This company is unprofessional and unorganized.... I definitely will not recommend or use them again

While I was at work, Ryan was very thorough with all his spraying, and extremely careful around my landscaping and flowers. I’ve only had him perform one application and have noticed significant death of broad leaf plants, especially dandelions and clovers! My lawn is already outshining my neighbors in all directions! Highly recommend and have already been spreading the word!

I spoke with a representative and within two days an application was completed on our lawn. We have fought poor soul (clay) since we built our home three years ago. Clover has been a particular problem. After one application our lawn looks much better. We are so glad we connected with this company.

This is our first year using Green Scene and we couldn’t be happier both with their service and especially how great our lawn is now looking.It was a newly sodded lawn (summer, 2018) but a year later, began developing problems. Even though we had an irrigation system installed, the lawn was stressed and needed professional care.We connected with Green Scene in June of 2020 and they setup an appointment where problems were identified and a treatment plan was put into place.TAYLOR was the person who came out and treated the lawn, always cheerful and also updating me on the lawns progress and specifically how to follow up after treatments.Taylor Pease has been great on every visit!It’s now November’20 and the lawn is healthy looking, even better than when newly sodded back in August of 2018.Green Scene has been great in helping to knock down the Pythium Lawn Blight (sometimes called fairy circles). A fungus specialist named Mike Garner came out and explained Pythium Blight and how they would attack and help eliminate this.Many thanks to Green Scene and to Mike Garner and especially Taylor Pease for their attention and care of our lawn. I hired this lawn care company in 2018 and they provided two lawn treatments. When I signed up with this company I was told that they provide organic lawn treatments. It was not until I talked with the tech during the second treatment that I was told the product being used was not organic. I called and cancelled my service with Green Scene. Even after I cancelled my service in 2018, this company returned in 4/2019 and did an Early Spring service and applied Feed & Crabgrass control over my lawn which had been recently over-seeded. I have talked several times by phone with a very rude and condescending person (Alex) and have not been able to get this bill issue resolved. Not sure if this mans rudeness is his normal way of communication or if it is because I am an African American female. Either way I am appalled by this companys rude customer service and deceptive practice. I will be filing a complaint with BBB as well.

Attempted to cancel months ago and then again live when the technician applied the fall application. On Mar 31, they applied a crabgrass application which is now making seeding more difficult. The guy on the phone was rude and unprofessional.

It took us several years to find a lawn service that would do a better job treating our yard than myself. Our yard is tricky with elevation changes and needing some special TLC. Mike has been our tech for a couple years and does a great job on it. He fully answers all my questions and obviously has the knowledge. Thanks Mike!

Over the years I have tried many different lawn care companies, with many being household names & they all left my lawn looking worse! Ive been with Green Scene for several years now & my lawn looks amazing! My Tech, Taylor, calls the day ahead so that I can ensure my dogs are inside & hes always very friendly & knowledgeable. We take pride in our yard & you can tell they do too!

We’ve used them for several years and they are great. This past spring in particular the lawn looked horrible and like magic it became beautiful. It still is green and lush in the fall and we are heavily treed

Our lawn used to be covered in dandelions and clover, but after one season with Green Scene, its lush and green! Taylor always calls to let us know when hes coming so we can unlock the back gate (and clean up the kids toys) for him. I appreciate when he writes on our summary that he was extra careful around my garden.

I like these guys. Ive used them at two properties and their people are good folks. I also think they use better quality product than the national places.Taylor, one of their techs who mostly does my yard, had an equipment problem and was only able to do half the yard. He made a point to let me know that there was a problem and that hed be back - the fact that he let me know was cool and then he actually came back. Most places (and their people) wouldnt let you know and would just charge you.

Green Scene is the most knowledgeable and effective team for lawn services and pest control Ive ever worked with. They have a wide and deep understanding of both fields, able to identify root causes, influencing factors, and appropriate treatment. I trust their judgement and recommendations, which have included what services NOT to select. They have helped me solve perplexing issues and they are always professional & responsive. They get the job done extremely well at a very reasonable cost.

We have been customers of Greenscene for over a decade and this is the second home they have taken care of for us. Timely and prompt treatments that give us great results. I especially want to recognize Jacob for the excellent diagnosis he gave my Husband concerning a blight that was beginning to develop. Keep up the Good Work!

They apparently drop some kind of treatment down outside the house. It didnt work. We had better results with product we purchased at Home Depot. They called to get payment, when I paid them I asked to cancel the service. They said okay, thanks for the payment. No questions about why or how they could actually provide what we paid for. No concern for customer service and more about collecting that regular payment in my opinion. .

We previously used TruGreen for past 5 years and I am so glad we switched to the Noblesville Green-Scene. Taylor P. came out today and he was amazing! He talked to me about my concerns and followed through with great detail when spraying our yard. Thank you Taylor P.

Went through Angies List to get a quote for Lawn Care Service on Friday morning 7/19/19, was called back by Green Scene (Alex?) the morning of 7/22/19 asking in a rushed tone if I still wanted a quote for Lawn Care. I knew that my wife had gotten a quote from another company and was looking for the email to let the guy on the phone know whether someone from his company had already called us. I (the customer) apologized 4 times that it was taking me a little while to find the email to ensure we werent double booking. Each time I apologized, there was silence on the line. I would expect a simple, no problem take your time or something. As I finally pulled up the email, he hung up on me. Looking at my phone, I guess I wasted 1 minute and 54 seconds of his time. Wow, on the bright side, I was happy to have someone show their customer service style so clearly to me so I knew that this was not a company I would ever want to do business with. Steer clear. If they rush through a 2 minute call, imagine what theyll do with your lawn.

After 4 years of Green Scene, my lawn was looking like a war zone. I complained, and they told me that not every lawn could be improved - because of bad soil, or whatever. I cancelled the service and went with another company. Less than a year later the results are amazing.For some reason, I do not see the photo I uploaded. Suffice it to say that the change is dramatic.

Another great application done! First company I have had treat my yard that I do not have weeds next to the street curb! Thank you Green Scene!

The technician arrived, completed the yard quickly. Made sure our gates to the backyard were shut and locked. Left the invoice, with comments on our yard, on the front door and he was off to his next yard.

By far the worst company I have Ever dealt with. Cancelled my service at the end of the year in 2018 and they came back spring of 2019 and treated my lawn. Called the company thinking that they overlooked the cancellation. After talking with the very rude manager, who hung up on me, it turns out they did not cancel my treatments and proceeded to charge for the new treatment. The manager said screw you buddy and I dont care that you cancelled, its not in our system. Absolutely the most unprofessional lawn care company I have ever done business with.

We have had two applications and two 2 servicemen. Both did a great job talked to me after they completed the job.
