I went in for my second holes and within 15 minutes I was done. The staff was amazing and very sweet! Definitely recommend for teens looking for a place to get their ear pierced.

Great selection of jewelry. A bit pricier than other Jewelers. They have a wishlist that you can add jewelry to that you are interested in. This makes it easy for my husband to get things he know I will love. Great return policy, you have to pay for sizing. Rings come in a certain size, and have to be sized for an added cost.
I had called a week or two prior to see if I could get my ring re-dipped. I explained what type of metal it was and the location it was purchased from. They said I could walk-in whenever and get it done.I go in today and I was told by the manager because it wasn’t purchased through then, they couldn’t do the service. I had told her one of her associates told me other wise. She told me a location where I could get it done and then wished me luck with it.I’m not 100% sure why I would need “luck” with getting a simple service done to a ring, but I was incredibly frustrated that she didn’t seem to take responsibility for the mistake that was made. She wasn’t rude, by any means.So, for everyone’s information, the will not work on plated jewelry that is not their own.

Terrible experience with Kay. Bought a sterling silver bracelet and when resizing they burn off the special coating and that area tarnished very quickly. They said they have never seen this happen and send out for a new one. And it happened again. For it never being seen before how did it happen twice to the same person. Didnt really try to make it right. If things like this are possible it should be explained when purchasing the item. VERY BAD BUSINESS. MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL KNOW THE EXPERIENCE I HAD AND WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM KAYS. YOU should not either. If I could give them zero stars I would have

Lengthy review but necessary. I ordered my wedding band on May 20th, and my wedding was on the 16th of June. Which I completely understand is a little bit late. I bought my band and my husbands band at the same time. I paid in full the day I ordered them. They had to special order my ring because I wanted it in yellow gold. They told me they would receive it on June 8th, no problem. June 8th came, and I called them and there was an issue so it was delayed until the 11th. Okay no biggie, still time before the wedding. I show up at the store on the 11th, and they cant find it. They call the supplier and nobody has any idea where my ring is. I had been speaking to one employee, but she wasnt working that day and no other employee knows what is happening and what the situation is. I had to call them every single day until the end of the week. Two days before my wedding they tell me, oh sorry, its not going to be in on time and they loan me a ring to use.I go in the Monday after my wedding hoping to exchange the band they loaned me for the one I paid for. THEY STILL HAVE LITERALLY NO IDEA WHERE MY RING IS. So I am starting to get frustrated. The employees are acting like because they were not the ones who took the order that they cant do anything about it. I know how the wedding industry is and I have been very patient. They told me they would call me and update me but they dont actually call me until the Thursday after my wedding. They say my ring is in, and they are going to give me 10% back and tell me a dollar amount. They then call me to tell me they were looking at the wrong receipt and that was the wrong dollar amount.They just called me again today to tell me the size was wrong. They special ordered the wrong size. How do you even do that? So they have to send it in to get resized and it wont be back until the 28th.They kept trying to blame the supplier, but after listening to them talk on the phone I know it was their fault for putting two orders together. Overall I am very disappointed in the service. Especially because I know that if I had acted irrational and upset they would have done more to help me. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone shop there.

Terrible jewler. I spent 12k there in the last 2 years, warranties on everything. My wifes diamond fell out of one of uer rings and even with the warranty they charged us for the diamond. It took them a month to fix it, a week later it fell out again. I bought a tungstun ring as a work ring which they told me was practically indestructable. After having the ring for 6 months it fell off my hand and broke into two pieces. They said they would replace it, it has been 4 months, they have not ordered a new one and they cant find the old one. These people are crooks. If your thinking about buying jewlery dont do it here, its junk. I will be contacting their corporate office.

Junk junk junk. Bought my wife 4 different necklaces. Chains break everytime. Take it back and they just want to ignore you. Never will buy there again.
I have had the hardest time getting my ring they cancelled the first time for no reason then when they finally get it in its to big then they put it on express order and its been well over 2 weeks VERY VERY UNSATISFIED
Wanting $25 is absolutely ridiculous for a simple watch adjustment, especially when some places do it completely free.
Feeling very disappointed just left there after looking for a gift with my two children- both sales associates just kept staring at me, although they did look like they might be helping customers but both just continued to look at me as I walked around -not greeting me or Acknowledging when they can help me - so I just left it felt very awkward🤷🏻♀️
