PMI Indianapolis helped us with our leasing process. I had my training with them, they taught me a lot up to the minute details of the process. They are helpful, wonderful and amazing people, shout out to John Perez, my trainer.

Scamming slumlords, they should be in prison. Rented me a house which was completely unlivable for a month, the only shower leaked into the kitchen. Move-in day we call the owner and ask to cancel the lease, he told us no and threatened to take us to court if we didnt pay the rent. Health dept had to inspect it and we contacted the owner of the property bc the management wouldnt fix it. Multiple other leaks had to be fixed and will probably need to be fixed again. The ceiling in the bathroom is peeling off bc theres no fan. Every window has gaps and there are always bugs inside. The basement floods when it rains and has a mud floor, but the breakers are on the other side from the stairs.The utility program is fraud, and I got a disconnect notice bc they didnt pay any of my bills. It took months before I could get my money back after threatening legal action. You have to call the employees directly, no one will ever pick up the phone because they know that the property owners call a different #. Im sure there are nice people working there, but theyre not running a legitimate business. Not different from many other licensed real estate agencies but its disgusting.

After 2 years of trying to work with a terrible property manager to get a rehab done I gave up and switched to PMI Indy. Within a week they had a complete remodel estimate that was much higher than the previous manager, but at least it was realistic so I could make a good decision. I decided to sell as-is and Pam took care of everything. I have a busy job and wasnt able to keep up with the emails, but Pam kept me on task with friendly reminder texts so we were able to sell in 2 weeks and close in 30 days. A BIG RELIEF!! I definitely recommend Pam when selling property, she was very helpful and not annoying.

Pam Brown guided me through every step of selling my house which ended up with multiple offers. She went beyond the expectations of a realtor. She is very knowledgeable of todays real estate market. I would recommend her to anyone who is wanting to sell or buy a house.

Hired this company to manage a property for me sadly it didn’t last long. It only lasted 2 months, they charged me multiple times for services that weren’t done and tried to act like they did them. They refused to remove the charges from my bill till I told them that I wanted to cancel. They gave me a hard time and charged me a 200$ fee when I was canceling because they couldn’t be honest with there billing. If your looking for a stress free company to work with Pmi Indianapolis is not the company.

Appreciate the service PMI Indy has provided. I’ve experimented with other PMs in Indy and the PMI Indy Team is the BEST. They’re quick to respond to my emails or calls. They’re quick to resolve maintenance issues and they don’t nickel and dime you for everything (like charge us postage every time they sent us mail like our old PM did).Especially appreciate Ann Santos professional help with getting our new rental ready for showings by setting up all utilities as we approach closing date.

They decided to switch where tenants pay utilities without warning, we have been charged 3 times for a bill we went in put in our own name and it still hasnt been corrected. I have 3 different utility expense charges of 76$ on my account. The house was supposed to have central air (said in our lease it did) come to find out it doesnt. Put in a request and nothing ever happened. Garage door broke and cant get the second car out, no one came for that yet. The last people to paint the walls left tape and painted over it. The house is slanting. The linoleum is peeling up by the door from being cracked and poorly put in. There is gray paint droplets all over the kitchen floor. Unprofessional in many ways. Really considering breaking my lease to avoid a 1300$ payment charge in my lease from utilities im getting charged from pmi and utilities when my rent is only 700.

Applied for a rental, kept telling me that lots of people were interested, we applied, and never heard back, called and left vm and even an email but no response. paid application fee but credit was never run! all these property companies just take your application fee money and never run the credit check but deny your application and never tell you why.

I cant trust a company where pretty much every 5 star review is fake. Just look at them. They make sure to unnaturally praise the owner and his qualities, and often read like advertisements, highlighting things no real person would bother to mention. They have no actual experiences to tell besides singing the praises of this Joe. Gross. Theres no way I would give this company a chance if they do this. And the real reviews are worrying as well. For my own satisfaction I calculated the real average rating for PMI Indianapolis without the fakes: 1.8. NO THANKS.

Completely taking advantage of a relative. The definition of SLUM LORD!!!! Does not properly fix their issues, scams tenants into paying them for their utilities versus the utility companies and doubles, even triples, the utility bills and refuses to provide legitimate proof. They don’t answer their phones and when they do, they just hang up. They prey on old people and struggling people that have no where else to go. Complete scam artists. Greed and theft will not give you long time success in your business.

You cant get ahold of them! Ive tried the numbers that they have and neither of them work they reroute you back to a company called Second Chance a home health company.

I’m glad other people have had a good experience with this company because I have not. I can’t wait for this lease to be over! So many issues with the house to the point that I got tired of calling PMI and started paying to have things fixed by actual professionals! The last guy PMI sent to my house smelled of alcohol and was very disrespectful. I had a huge mess to clean up after him, and to top it off he clogged my drain with plaster. I wish I had at least one positive thing to say about this company as a whole. Bottom line, poor service! (My lease is not up which I why I didn’t use my name) I’ve tried reaching out to the office on several occasions hoping for at least an apology. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I wish I would have know what I was getting into before hand.

Consumate professionals who take care of every aspect needed for a successful rental experience. I have been privileged to not only work directly with the staff but view their interactions with clients and they truly go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Highly recommended.

I have worked with PMI Indy on several occasions. They are great. Very detailed and organized. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have a great property for a great price; however, I have had issues that I bearly have time to refix or complain about. I also like my privacy as I pay rent on time and nd I have someone contacting me that wants to come out to take pictures of the house. I pretty much work all the time to provide for my family and its just inconvenient. Ive payed for repair it by pocket after hours just to be considerate of my work schedule. When moving in, the process was smooth and I felt welcomed. I am 8 months pregnant and just want to rest and be left along during this time after each long day. If you are a person who like others in your home occassionally for repairs and pop ins then fine, but if your busy like me and dove your space. Just take in your whats expected from you. They gave a great online system where you pay and assist management your property. Joe was so happy it was like it was too good to be true lol, but it was true so no worries of fraud.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would . Not worth I Recommend Trying Midwest Instead Nicer Place And Definitely Nicer People.
