Reba is FABULOUS!!! Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and she made it very convenient for us. We had called about renting a 2nd smaller unit and when we came in to do the paperwork, she made us aware of a unit that opened up in closer proximity to the elevator. That, along with her bubbly personality and wit is great customer service!

We have had not complaints with our storage unit at Mini Storage Depot. It is easy and secure to get in and out of the facility. The indoor storage is always clean. Carts are available to move items. Overall, cant think of much else we would want from a storage facility.

Madison was extremely helpful and pleasant to set up our new storage unit with. The process was seamless and we had no problems setting up our new account. I was able to do everything over the phone and online. I visited the facility yesterday and it was exactly what we needed. Great access system and security. We could not be more pleased.

Ill start off by quickly going over the reason for the 4/5 instead of 5/5 review, which is pretty simple- the staff unnecessarily pushes their own insurance.Some background on the situation- I called in and completed the lease agreement over the phone instead of in person. At the end of this, I was told that I needed to also obtain insurance. Im not positive about the rate, but I want to say it was something like $15/month. My problem with this is that it wasnt a conversation of... Do you already have homeowners or renters insurance... It was more of a statement, as if I needed to purchase their insurance. When I pushed back against that, it wasnt as if they were argumentative or too pushy, but they did come back and say, Okay, well we can just do it for a single day... (for something like $3). We Again, I pushed back, since I already have insurance, and told them that I was happy to supply the insurance prior to signing the agreement. After that they were happy to let the whole thing slide. I also dont want the above to make it seem like it was an unpleasant experience. It wasnt. The lady that I spoke with was absolutely wonderful. We chatted about how they do that because of the number of people that say theyll provide their insurance information, but dont. The single day premium makes perfect sense when put into context, but it does make me question how many people are paying for insurance through Mini Storage when they already have everything covered from their homeowners/renters policy.With the bad out of the way, Ill go over the good- literally everything else! The insurance thing aside, the phone call was extremely pleasant. The leasing agent made getting through the paperwork an absolute breeze and was able to confidently answer all of my questions. When I showed up at the storage unit, my custom pin worked to open the gate, they provided a map ahead of time to make getting to my unit quick and easy, and everything was extremely clean. There was no trash inside, or outside, of the fencing and the unit was spotless when I arrived. Being an outdoor unit, I expected (and would have been absolutely fine with) having some sort of debri- dirt, leaves, whatever, in the unit, but there wasnt. It was swept completely clean. Its a small thing, but one worth noting.I havent had a need to step foot inside the building itself, but if its anything like the exterior, Im guessing it too is very clean.All in all, great experience and Im happy to have chosen to go with this particular company.

My family rented storage at 17560 Bataan Court in Noblesville, IN. We had a lot to store and could not asked for better service from the facility. Both employees went above and beyond to make every thing easier for us.At end of day we needed more space and Sharon was leaving for the day and could have said wait till morning but went right back to her office and saved the day. Rachel helped me from beginning to end with getting my storage unit set up and also answering the many questions I had, in the process. One of the friendliest people I have met in my life. Very secure site...makes me feel much better about my belongings on the premises. Free lock included with the unit, which isnt usually the case with most storage unit facilities...you also get to keep the lock if you decide to leave after your lease is up. The facility and staff are very nice. I however found out just this month when I had a $5 rate increase that if you have an indoor unit that you are put into a lottery for a possible rate hike. This lottery will happen every six months. So potentially your rate could increase here every six months.
