Wow, what an excellent tree service!! I highly recommend this company for tree care. The staff was highly professional and cordial. Even the cleanup was above and beyond not to mention a few extras. They were very workable considering still going through Covid protocol. The crew arrived, looked over trees to be pruned and discussed any requests or questions with me. Two of the guys had the chore of removing dead limbs & pruning from our 2 very tall Oak trees. They worked fast and thoroughly. The ground person did excellent on clearing the yard of any branches and debris. Amazing change in our trees and yard. Highly recommend Cherokee Tree Care.

I would give the entire Cherokee Tree Care crew more than Five stars, if possible. We had a very large Oak that needed to be removed and the crew worked incredibly hard and safe to remove the tree that was in a dangerous position. Tim was beyond fair in working with us. Cherokee Tree trimmed an old white oak tree in my yard. Its a huge tree and important to us. I trusted them to know what they were doing and do it right. I was very pleased with their work! They seemed very knowledgeable which put my mind at ease. I have and continue to recommend Cherokee Tree.

Cherokee Tree Care was recommended to me by a landscaper, and I have been extremely pleased with the plan and followup service they have provided. To date, they have provided pruning (large oak), treatment of various trees for various concerns, and continued monitoring of the trees. The money I have spent is well worth the results; considering how much I have spent on landscaping and selecting mature trees and plants, Cherokee Tree Care has offered protection that is well worth the reasonable cost. d

EXTREMELY unprofessional and super unsafe. This company cuts off drivers and doesn’t pay attention. I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t show up on time. Super unprofessional. If you’re going to drive while not paying attention, don’t put your company name on the side of your vehicle.

The owner, Tim Crews, is an ISA certified Arborist. He knows how taking care of your trees should be done. He and his crew are professional, hard working, knowledgeable and the prices are reasonable. There is a lot of value for the money paid. Oh and they do an amazing job of cleaning up when they are done!

We got an estimate in early fall and were informed that they were busy and that they would be here after first of the year. They came out the first week did the job cleaned up after doing the job, even picked up small stuff that had fallen during our breezy days. Were very professional and showed respect to our property and us,, you know how sometimes the language can get a bit off. On original visit were told that tree was not bad and that it could be saved and made to look good again, well looks great even without leaves on it. Cleared limbs overhanging house and driveway so now we dont have that worry and such.

Tim and his crew are absolutely at the top of their game. The whole crew is courteous, focused on their job, and an extremely professional group. Very reasonably priced, I will never ask anyone else for tree work after watching these guys! Tim (and crew) cleaned up a big Red Oak and a Cherry tree for us and they look fantastic! Owner, who is an true expert imo, and the employees all very knowledgeable, well spoken and helpful, especially the receptionist! Was quoted a price, workers came and did the pruning gig, cleaned up, and billed the estimate price. Will definitely have them back again.

We had 10 large, 50+ tall pine trees, removed with the stumps and the roots. We were totally pleased with the promptness and completeness of Tim and all his crew. They were very efficient and very businesslike. Their prices were good and we would highly recommend them as they left the area neat as a pin considering the job they had done. We have received several compliments from neighbors and the like of what a fine job they did. If you want a good job call Tim and we are confident he will send his crew and do a great job.

Tim and crew did an incredible job. The picture that I posted on this page was incredible it was beginning to rain and he was still in the tree. We got a higher bid from A1 but are so glad that we went with Cherokee. Totally professional in every way. Tim, Cory and Levi are no doubt the best in the business. Great experience from bid to completion. I had a tree overhanging powerlines so City Utilities had to get involved. Cherokee handled everything with CU and advised they would be out for clean-up. Seamless process and competitively priced. Caleb came out in the morning to check on things while CU was doing their work; I was really impressed by that. Later in the afternoon, Caleb and Landon came out to clean up our yard, wood chip and Caleb cut back a few more limbs. Caleb and Landon were efficient, safe and very professional. CU had to take a lot off of the tree which I wasn’t expecting but the service, care and professionalism that Caleb and Landon displayed throughout the whole process softened the blow. I recommend Cherokee to anyone who wants a job done accurately, safely, efficiently and professionally. P.S. hope your crew includes Caleb and Landon.

I’ve used Cherokee Tree Service twice and could not be more pleased. I have quite a variety of trees-some huge, older oaks, a maple, a weeping mulberry and a Japanese maple. I value these trees and love the character they add to my property. The certified arborists from Cherokee Tree Service do a fantastic job of trimming these trees and helping me keep them healthy. Their crews are very nice and are happy to answer all my questions. And they clean up every bit of the trimmings. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable. Tim and his crew recently trimmed all of the trees on my property and they did a great job.I had some specific concerns about a particular tree in my yard and Tim was kind enough to come by a second time to explain exactly what he was going to do. He was very knowledgeable and professional.I was particularly impressed with how they left the property. There was almost no sign of limbs or wood chips. They cleaned off my deck, neatly arranged my lawn furniture, and even picked up my dogs toys!They did the job quickly and they were also able to get started far ahead of the proposed schedule.The price seemed competitive although I must admit that I didnt call too many other places.I would definitely do business with them again.

I always get numerous quotes and do my research before hiring out projects. I don’t know how I missed Cherokee in past years. Their attitude, professionalism and service blows away any of the other tree service companies we have used. They are up on technology and extremely knowledgeable about trees. Their prices are very fair and when we misunderstood about one of the services, they didn’t hesitate. They came out again with smiles and great attitudes, did the extra work and didn’t charge extra for it! I will be recommending them to anyone who asks me for a tree service company.

I first used Cherokee tree Care at my existing house to trim up some tall pine trees. Tim and his crew are very professional and cleaned up after themselves, all the limbs, pine cones, pine needles. On our new property, we had roughly 500 feet of various sized thorn trees.. We hired Cherokee Tree Care to take them all out and cut stumps flush with the ground. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them and their crew for anything you need related to trees!!

We had our trees & shrubs pruned. The prices were competitive, and the quality of work was excellent. This was a much over due project. Our neighbors even commented on how great our curb appeal was after the pruning!

My husband was cutting a tree near our garage when it started leaning toward the garage roof. He felt uncomfortable going on without help. He called Mike’s Tree Service, who had recently done some work for us; they did not have their crew available but recommended this company. Their minimum was $150 but they could be out within an hour. Two young guys came out promptly and quickly felled the tree and another one nearby. They were very nice and efficient, although they had to borrow my husband’s chain saw because they forgot theirs.

I am beyond thrilled with the work that Tim and his crew did on trimming my huge maple tree They even cleaned up my big pile of limbs that had fallen in the past that I didnt know what to do with without me asking them to, that is amazing customer service! We called Cherokee Tree Care when two of our red maples began to split down the middle. They came out immediately and were able to put a bolt (thats right, a bolt. who knew!?) in the trunk and saved both of our trees. That was two years ago and the trees are thriving. The folks at Cherokee Tree know their stuff and are extremely professional. Would highly recommend!

We had an extremely large silver maple that was struck by lightning last August. Tim came to inspect the damage and trimmed it up very nicely removing the damaged portion. We really did not want to lose this tree, as it shades a large area of our back yard and provides shade for my chicken run. It has been several months now and it looks great and we are so thankful for the expert advice and service.

Tim and crew did a great job on my three awful looking Siberian Elms. They cleaned up all the dead and broken limbs and left the trees looking fantastic. I highly recommend them.

Within a couple of days, the guys took down two very large trees and the stumps and roots were turned into mulch. It started to rain and the guys stayed and completed the work. Tim bid the lower price of 3 others in the area. Would recommend you give Cherokee a call.

Tim cleaned up the damage to our mature trees that survived the 2007 ice storm. Fast forward several years and our trees look like nothing ever happened. Neighbors trees look obviously distorted by the clusters of re-growth. Recently used Cherokee to plant an organic privacy fence. Did a beautiful job and left the lawn looking like the new shrubs had been there for years.

On Monday Aug. 10th at 3:10 AM a huge maple tree fell on our house and caused extensive damage. Cherokee Tree Co. was called in to remove the tree and clean up all the tree debris. Tim was here on Monday and started work immediately. This was a really big project as it was estimated the tree might have weighed 60,000 pounds! The tree was removed by noon on Wednesday and the yard completely cleaned up. Tim and his crew did a really great job and we are exceedingly grateful. Having taken care of the tree issue, we are now ready to restore the house. Five stars to Tim and his crew!!

Way over priced and rude. Talked bad about other tree trimmers and couldnt identify the type of tree properly. I will not be using this service.
