I was speaking with Nate and he was really cool and helped me out a lot by breaking down the rules and how much its gonna cost as well as going over the waranty and.....I mean he covered all the bases and then some. I was looking for a 50 inch and he talked me down to a 40 to help me save some money lol. Great attitude, very funny and the whole experience was amazing. And they got a nice selection of items.

So far I have had a great experience with the company.

From the manager Richard, Assistant manager Paul, Darryl, Matt, these guys treat me so good everytime I walk through the door Im greeted by them at all times. They inform me personally of any new items that is brought in the doors of their store which they think that I might be interested in we have a good relationship they know me so well & what I like & would be interested in purchasing. As a EAGLE RENTAL long time customer the way Im treated by the staff I will always purchase something from them whether I need it or not I will continue my relationship as a faithful customer as long as my Niles, Oh, Eagle Rental family continues working at this location. If by any reason that theyre move too another store I will be following my guys.

Never have I had a salesman tey and talk me out of buying a furniture set..i was in there and the guy was trying to tell me this furniture set wouldnt fit in my house unless I had wide doors the furniture is only 4 inches wider then what I have..dont think Ill go back there again!

Started out very nice but when they found out we were selling our house and prepared to move they flat out refused to rent to us. Ill never ever deal with them or any other eagle rentals if they want to discriminate against us for simply having our house on the market.

So nice and friendly, personable. Much nicer than their competition! Beautiful selections with great deals! The MANAGER Chad is so sweet. Gave me an awesome package deal. Also expedite very quickly, unlike their competitors. They have my business forever!

I love this store and the employees, and then they bought out Rent One, and brought over M. She was extremely rude in the phone today and Im just surprised that they are keeping someone with her attitude. Store is always clean and USUALLY, all if the employees are friendly.

I went in on one of the hottest days of the year to rent two air conditioners. All of their stores were completely out. The guys at the Niles store actually called local retail stores and ggot approval to purchase the air conditioners for me and my husband to rent. Never before have I had such great service!!! Way to go guys at the Niles store!!!

Lets start here.... I went in the store asking questions about a tv I was interested. The guy was not friendly, but very know it all shoving paperwork in my face before hed answer my questions. I became annoyed and said Id be back with my husband We went back and I still had questions, but once again paperwork being shoved in our face before he would even entertain answering any of my question . The 1 question he answered was to my question is this a smart tv and he assured me all their tvs are smart tvs I took it upon myself to go through the remote, which by the way wasnt even the original remote and found no smart components Still shoving paperwork at us and barely answering our questions I decided to take pictures of the brand and serial number. Well, now all the paperwork is done and this man only worried about a sale and not the customer continued to bamboozle us. We paid our month and then told itll take 2 days to be delivered . THANK GOD because upon my own research I have learned this IS NOT a smart tv. I know how rental places work and will get you for triple the cost for a brand new product to do a rental agreement, which actually helps when you dont have the money to buy outright. My second major problem is upon looking into if this is a smart tv I learned, brand new with a 5yr warranty is $100 less than what theyre charging full price for a used tv. I will be at the store the moment they open and truly expect a 100% refund since its still in their store.

Been dealing with them since they opened. Always help me with best deals. And if I dont like what they deliver they happily exchange it out . Chad and Bryan both very nice.

When i first came to this company seeking merchandise they were not on the same page they were rude and i was lied to completely and was very disappointed.AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE: I WAS CALLED BY THE STORE MANAGER AND WAS TOLD ID BE GETTING WAT I WAS PROMISED THAT I DIDNT RECIEVE AT FIRST HE WAS VERY RESPECTFUL AND COURTEOUS WITH HOW HE HANDLED IT ALL HE RECTIFIED THEY ENTIRE SITUATION AND AS LONG AS EVERYTHING COMES TO FRUITION I WILL BE A LONG TIME CUSTOMER WITH THEM IF YOU GIVE THEM A CHANCE THEY WILL FIX ALL YOUR NEEDS ITS BEEN A PLEASURE TO DO BUINESS WITH THEM THANKS EAGLE RENTAL

Very friendly and professional place. They go out of their way to assist you. Atmosphere is clean, organized, and most importantly the staff are knowledgeable and prompt. This business is beyond incompetence! I paid them for a month rental, then they wanted to set the TV I was leasing up in my house for me, which was unnecessary, so because I wouldnt allow them to burn an entire day waiting for them, they cancelled my order, asked us to come in to give them a refund and then tried to short us on the refund. Save yourself unneeded hassles, if you are going to choose to lease merchandise, deal with Aarons, Rent One or Rent A Center; even Vernons is easier to deal with than these bozos. Also, Howard that works at this store comes off creepy, so take caution.UPDATE- This company also tries to silent any negative reviews. They made it so I couldnt update my review on Facebook.

This place is just awful I would never rent from them I offered to make a week payment on the 1 of November they turn the payment down I told them I was looking to buy a dryer and seen it way cheaper elsewhere so I wasn’t going to need the dryer I call them twice about it they was very rude and turn my payment down mine u I wasn’t behind or nothing so finally they call me back after I told them the Situation of it being more then to just buy a new dryer right out and that I wasn’t going need the dry on the first they didn’t come get it then call me on the four of November wanted me to pay for it for the three day I had it when that is there doing especially when I offered a week payment on the first and they turn it down now I am on a fix income they are out to just take Avantage of people so be wear of this Rental place just awful place they won’t even work with u

If I could give their store 0 stars I most definitely would. No one is worried about satisfying the customer. I was purchasing a bed set, 2 tvs, and a entertainment center from them, when I found bed bugs throughout the bed. Called the store and they sent their bed bug guy out to investigate. Low and behold he tells me I must have done a good job treating the bed and cleaning because he saw nothing. I called Terminex out and they inspected my whole home and the only room that gad bygs was the master and he said it was most likely from the bed I was purchasing from the store. My husband took the bed apart and put it in our garage because the headboard was riddled. I couldnt get anything done in store by the manager. I spoke to an attorney and he advised I tell them to screw off since Terminex charged me $950 to treat my home. Needless to say after three months of witholding payment and no contact with them I finally had enough and had them take everything back including the bed full of bugs in my garage. Will never do business with them again. Ive never had problems with Aarons in the past I will be using them from now on.
