Ive always had a good experience with this business. Even when I had a problem, the manager called and went above and beyond to correct the issue. I think it a good value.

Worst cleaners Ive ever been to and I would not recommend for anyone to go there.Brought them dress shirt to get dry cleaned for the wedding. I picked up the shirt couple days later and left it in plastic bag until the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding I took out the shirt to try it with my outfit and realized it was in worse condition then when I dropped it of. It looked dirty, worn and wrinkled . I called the cleaners right away and complained to which they offered me a $4 refund. I asked to bring the shirt in so they can fix it up since I had some time till my event but they refused. They offered to leave my shirt in for couple of days to get fixed. They didnt care much about my complaints and explanation that I have wedding to go to in 4 hours. STAY AWAY!

They do your laundry what more can you ask for and its barely a dollar 25 per pound you can get same-day Service as long as its in before 10 if complimentary coffee and suckers for the kids theyre always nice and willing to chat you up and explain things for you this place is great whats more to say.

I like that you are very convenient, and close to my work and my house. With multiple locations its easy to find a CD One Price cleaners to drop off and pick-up at. I appreciate the in by 9am and ready same day by 5pm, which is my typical work day. The staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable.

Quick and great customer service. Economical and items are ready next day. If you bring items in by 10am, they are ready the same day. Free coffee while you wait for items to be retrieved.

I like that the fact that even ah and every time that I come into the location, I get a smile followed by a greeting that is a great beginning to my day. This place is awful. They always have a different price and their customer service is horrible. For example I took 3 pair of pants to be altered, 2 to be hemmed and 1 to get tapered. On my return to pick up my pants, they 1. Didnt have them ready at the initial time frame they gave me, and then 2. charged me an extra $11 for an error on the price they charged for tapering. Im fine paying a grand total of $25 for the taper, but you would think if they had any clue on customer service they would discount for the not having my pants ready on the timeframe they originally gave, and for taking up that it was their error on what they charged me initially.Well it doesnt end there, so I took another pair of pants to get tapered and this time they wanted to charge me an extra $3 on top of the $25 for ironing. This place ridiculous. Just like the fella before unless youre desperate there is no reason to come to this place. Many other places in Edgebrook that has better customer service, and dont frequently change their pricing on alterations...I added pictures to show how they returned my white work shirts, red stain all on the back top of the shirt. Pointless to argue with them, they dont care.

My family stopped going here because the prices for dry cleaning were way too high and there is another dry cleaners over on a Harlem that is not a cheaper but offers better customer service. This is only a good spot to go if youre desperate, living edge brook, and really dont care about the conditions your clothes come in.

For the most part they have done a perfect job and when they’ve missed a spot I pointed it out and they will work on it until it’s done perfectly.

I love this place they always greet you with a smile and really build a connection with their customers. i would totally give them 5stars but per my husband he just doesnt like that they add to many plastic tags in one hole. Doing so, adds marks on clothing.

Great prices and service but poor quality work, every now and again they ruin a shirt and wont fess up to it. I wear all Brooks Brothers and the clothing is expensive so $3 to ruin a $149 shirt isnt always worth it

Great staff, very friendly. However, changing my rating because they ruined my clothes. My shirts cuffs and collars have been melted and shrunk. My dress pants are fading after 6 months.

I went there around 10:40am to drop off 6 dress shirts, and a suit. I asked for it to be ready by 12pm/1pm and they said yes for the next day, I called in to make sure it was in the process of being ready or at least if it will be done by the time and they said no they havent even started on it. The lady in the phone said it should be done by 2/3 and it was for a quinceañera, she said to give her a minute. After a few minutes waiting on the phone she comes back and tells me they just started on my clothes. I said great! I go pick it up and the suit and shirts weren’t ironed, they were wrinkled, I am sure they rushed the work because my boyfriends suit was so small on him, the upper arm area had suddly shrunk, and the pants as well. Mind you my boyfriend is 6’2 of nowhere he got even taller because the pants shrunk from day to night that it didn’t fit him everything closed him but it was super tight and we recently bought the suit two days before for the quinceañera. Very very disappointed, they ruined very expensive clothing. Nobody was able to were the clothes for the party.
