Omg how they run business like this... employees need to know their job maybe their boss educate their employees more

Dont come here if you want to transfer title for a car. You will leave with a car that is titled incorrectly. The vanity plates that my wife gave me as a gift that now are no longer registered with the state. When I bought a car from a private party I went here to transfer title, plates and make sure that I did everything right. They charged me three times what I would have paid at an IDOT location but I walked out confident that I was legal. It turns out instead of them mailing me my registration they called me to tell me to pick up my new plates. I didnt order new plates. Dont come here. My old plates are dead now. They changed their name from Milwaukee Ballard Currency Exchange to rid themselves of their previous bad reviews.

I just called today asking simple question one lady she don’t even speak English she kept disconnecting the phone becouse she don’t understand my question bad service I don’t know how they put not experience people to work

This place is a joke and a rip off. I tried to get new plates for an existing car and they say if you want temporary plates while you wait for the permanent ones it costs $70 more. I went down the the street to another currency exchange and they didnt try to rip me off. The temps come with the purchase and they only do cash at this place cause they want to rip you off. The 2 ladies that are there thought i could not speak spanish and understood everything. A complete joke.

Shame to hear they only send money not receive from WU. Also they don’t answer their to verify before arriving. Lady said to me, maybe phone is not working. But phone just rang. Really?!

The cashiers are rude and dont speak English very well it is an all-around horrible spot to go to for any reason
