My insurance company originally wanted us to use Hertz in Lexington but after dealing with the rude staff there we decided to switch Enterprise and were glad we did. The staff there was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, they had me in and out quickly. I highly recommend Enterprise over Hertz.

Good service overall. Quick and professional. Theyre a small location without many parking spaces on parking lot so they require you leave your personal car parked curbside on the side street; not the best place to leave your car several days.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Very helpful. Good value for your dollar. I hate getting on the phone with people and I cannot even understand what they say. You dont get that here when you call or every time Ive called Ive gotten a knowledgeable person speaks my language and its helpful getting my problem solved

On Friday, October 4, 2019 I was informed by hospice in Florida that my sister would pass away at any time. Using the Enterprise Application I rented a car using their phone app. When I arrived at the Enterprise Rental Car Office Art 2201 Lexington Rd., Nicholaville, KY I was informed that due to the Opening Day of Keeneland and other events there were no cars available and there was a waiting list of people ahead of me. I spoke with Matt Kaiser at this office and told him of the urgency for me to drive to Florida and he immediately responded in the most compassionate and professional manner. Within 10-15 minutes I was driving off their lot way to visit my sister. I was so very impressed with the fast efficient service that Matt provided to me. Matt Kaiser is a great asset to Enterprise Car Rental and serves to project the professional, caring, and efficient service for their customers. Matt is one reason that Enterprise is my favorite Car Rental company.

I love Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In fact, I only rent from them. I always have good experience with the company. BUT not this place. Twice, I have reserved and they have cancelled. On both occasions, I was on my way to pick up the car. They called me and said they do not have car blah, blah, blah. To be fair, I made the reservations on the same day through their website. Regardless, I was able to make it and also get a confirmation. I am so disappointment. I wish we have more options here

This place is a joke...they over charged us 56$ then took 5 days to give us back our deposit! They claim its supposed to take 3-5 days but no where in the paper work or online does it state it should take so long! And the have no excuses of why they took the extra 56$! Id definitely research other business to rent a car before talking to those people!

Worst company I’ve had the displeasure to deal with. Billed for a repair I paid for then they turned it over to collections. Go somewhere else.

I rented a van but it had been wrecked and they gave me a sweet upgrade. The SUV was beautiful and spacious and comfortable. Only problem was that one tail light and one turn signal didnt work. Aside from that, the check in/out was easy and the person handling the process was friendly.

Would be five stars, which would reflect my normal experience with Enterprise in general, and the Nicholasville office in particular. This time I asked to be picked up at a nearby repair shop. I was promised a ride in 20 minutes, but 50 minutes later was still waiting. I needed to make an appointment 1.5 hours away, and thought I had allotted plenty of time.I made other arrangements to get to the office. The on-duty manager explained that they were understaffed at the moment, and only had one driver. He offered to compensate me for the trouble by not charging for the tank of gas in the car.Enterprise needs to understand that people rely on its advertised pick-up service, and it must staff its offices appropriately to meet that promise. The next time I have to rent, Ill have to wonder whether I can count on Enterprise to pick me up timely. I appreciate the way the staff handled the issue, but it shouldnt have come up in the first place.

This company has the nicest people working for them. Never attitude. Always willing to help. They are the best. Feels like dealing with good friends.

Easy rental process. My only problem was I couldnt find an operators manual on a vehicle I was unfamiliar with. Next time I will ask for one prior to getting the car!

When I went in to pick my car, they were really swamped. I waited about 30 minutes for them to clean it and fill it up. However, They offered me a substantial discount on top of they already massive discount I receive from my employer. Everyone that works there is very professional and courteous. Great place to rent a car!

Rented to travel out of state. Everything went smoothly with no problems. They didnt have the car we originally picked so they gave us an upgrade at no extra cost.

My husband picked up a Jeep Compass this morning. It was filthy, inside and out and out-of-gas. The attendant saw leaves in the driver’s side floor and vacuumed those but left the rest untouched. There are coffee container lids in the back, tobacco residue on the console, the dash is dusty and the passenger floor dirty—the outside was unwashed.And who wants to pick up a car with no gas?The vehicle is also too small for our needs which were clearly stated when we ordered the vehicle.Not your best—Enterprise!

Riley who was working the pick up counter is really top notch. Very friendly and made for a very smooth transaction. He took the time to show my wife the controls on the car. I didnt give them a 5th star because I requested a full size car and got a SUV/van type vehicle that was in bad need of repair. It had a severe shake at highway speeds. The employees are very helpful and friendly.

Three stars only because of the service rep. I got to the office and started the check in process, this part was fine as the rep was very friendly and quickly went through the process. They didn’t have the size car I wanted so I had to take a Jeep Patriot SUV which was disappointing because I was renting to save on gas. Once in the car it smelled heavily of smoke and was a little dirty inside (which always worries me that I will get charged) the drive down was terribly uncomfortable and I had to stop for gas every 3 hours. There was a maintenance light that kept coming on and going off, there was an odd whistling/whining noise when driving at highway speeds. To top everything off we had water from the road splash on the windshield leaving dirt and when I went to to clean the windshield I found there was no cleaner so I had to pay out of pocket to make sure it was clean. Terrible experience with the car but the rep at least helped make it a little better.

I rented a car from Enterprise recently while my car was at the dealership for maintenance. A work emergency kept me at the office later than I intended, so when I got to Enterprise to drop the car off, it was about two minutes before they closed for the day. The manager, Leslie, was understanding and helpful. Then, even though she was off the clock, she gave me a ride to the dealership to pick my car up.
