As always, Sams is kept in good order and easy to navigate. It does seem, however, that the pandemic is affecting stocking and purchasing procedures. Some items, like apple juice, are absent from the shelves. Other products, like bottled water, are limited to three cases per person. Employees are easy to locate and always pleasant and ready to help. Great establishment!

I like Sams. I only get certain things there though. They didnt have the Members Mark fruit snacks. Hopefully they were just out, but I dont think so. Those are the ones. So I got the Motts. Next best value. I still like Sams.

I bought my Sams club card for the major use of buying gas here. Many times the membership card would not work at the gas pump. I had to go in and change my membership card three times. And then sometimes it seems like the prices moving before the gas even begins. Today I checked and the gas price coordinates with exactly how much it says was delivered. Was surprised to see the gas price 14 cents more per gallon than posted at GasBuddy 6 hours ago. Overall the price of membership will be worth it in the end but Im not sure I would renew another year. So many problems at the gas pumps last few months.

They deceive and mislead people to open credit cards.They will ask do you want $30 coupon during the checkout, as long as you answer these two questions, they will give you the SURPRISE that your credit card will be mailed to your membership-bound address in the next few days.I just moved here today and the membership’s address was wrong. Therefore I had to spend an hour calling the bank to figure out what credit card they opened for me and correct the mailing address of my surprise new credit card.Actually I would like to open a sam’s club credit card since I just move in nearby, but DEFINITELY NOT IN THIS WAY.

Stopped to buy tires for my truck yesterday. I was told to come back early in the am today when they opened and no appointment was necessary. Got there and was told I needed an appointment buy the same person. They said they were booked until 2 pm. Left the store a half hour later and no cars were in the bays. Just two kids on there phones. Customer service is very bad.

Very good place, have gone there alot of my life and much better than alot of places. Its better for buying things in bulk.

Lots of things you never knew you needed. The deals can be terrific, especially electronics and some specialty item. But it is important to know your prices because on some occasions it is the same or occasionally more than other places and you are buying many things in bulk, which can lead to overpaying for what you actually need.

I enjoy shopping at Sams Club the prices are extremely competitive and the sales are excellent. I enjoy the seasonal supplies and if i need something that is not in-store i can always order on-line. The scan and go is convenient and allows me to have limited contact.

With mobile application you can skip lines. Clean. Somewhat more expensive than average. Assortment could be better.

Normally dont shop there in the evening but it worked out well. Not too crowded and got in and out pretty quickly.

They do need regular fresh green beans they only have organic French cut it would be really nice but everything you need you can find they are always keeping up with stocking stuff and freshness

I didnt get good feeling shopping here.The lady associate whose name is Connie(lead), opened jewellery locker which we wanted to buy. She was non friendly, not interested to tell anything about the item, protection plan etc.poor and absolutely disgusting customer service.

Great whole-sale store with friendly staff, clean restrooms and competitive pricing. I will be using then for all my future parties and family gatherings.

Drivers, Receiving opens at 4am. Very nice clean bathroom. They offer free coffee and some snacks which is VERY nice. They unloaded me very quickly. Very friendly staff.

I shop at this Sams Club every week and its consistency is comforting. Having a big family, it certainly helps that they are trying to keep the prices at the same level (or as close to it as possible) as they were before pandemic. You are greeted at the door by a pleasant associate who offers you a disenfected cart. The store is clean and I welcome their item limits, which allow all of us to get what we need. Great job!

Apart from searching for a cart in the car park, the older gentleman behind the meat counter was very helpful, making traveling the extra few miles beneficial.

I always find what Im looking for here and the scan and go while shopping is everything!

I will NEVER come back here!!!! 0400 appt, I get here at 0330, park in the only open dr, attempted to gain entry to shipping, they were closed, 0400, I call, reach security who says they just got here, they will be out in a min, 10 mins passes now swift driver shows up, they have me move so they can unload this driver, over 1 hr and 55 mins have passed and I am still waiting for them to come out and tell me that I can get in the dr to be unloaded. They act like they are doing me a favor. Screw this place...DRIVERS BEWARE. I would have given zero stars. I get so sick of these companies taking advantage of drivers time.

Buying some products in bulk is great . One negative is produce . Must be used quickly. Always finds a few rotten pieces in the bunch, be it potatoes, apples, tomatoes, grapes, strawberries or nectarines. Since the recent and ongoing pandemic it has been a blessing to purchase on bulk so as to not have to return to the store as often. Prices are great!

Do not buy heating aids from Sams Club, they continually have no technician available, we spent thousands of dollars on hearing aids. Called for service and cleaning which is included, Was told they may have someone in a few months. When you call to speak with the department was left on hold for 20 minutes and then someone from Optical finally picked up and told me to try the Cheektowaga store. This is not the service that you would expect for such a huge purchase and one the affects the quality of life for my Mom.

Friendly helpful staff. This store is very busy and staff will always take the time to help you! Selection of items in store is great and store shelves are always well stocked. Also if something is not on display just ask one of the friendly staff and they will take it down for you. The store offers powered mobile carts and ask the cashier if you need help loading your purchases in to your vehicle. They will help! A great place for your shopping needs!

I got to Sams club a few times a month and sometimes a few times a week leading up to holidays or special occasions. On my last trip which was the 9th. I purchased alot of candy, halloween hostess cakes and variety pack chips on anticipation of Halloween. I have cancer so I love to do special things this day I make gal. size bags of snacks and candy filled up. Today I open up the Hostess variety pack of scary cakes and twinkies. Upon inspection they expire on October 23rd u have to open the big box in order to open the other 2 boxes to actually access the products in order to find expiration dates...smh... I will be exchanging them for AN UP TO DATED PRODUCT

Customer service at the customer service center is terrible. They are rude to customers and not helpful at all. The girl at the jewelery counter was so nasty and not helpful at all. I went in there to buy a 300.00ring and after her service I wouldnt have bought a bubble gum ring from there. Im sorry I renewed my membership.

I have been a Member for 27 years you have to know your prices to PAY TO SHOP AT SAMS but now they have problems with theft Im told I checked out with 4 items and the woman at the door said she has to scan 3 really 1case of water 1 bunch of bananas pack of raspberries 1 bag of cheese why cant they just look at the sales slip we are not the criminals getting to be a pain to shop at Sams

There is no secret handshake to get into this club which was slightly disappointing. The sea of goods and warehouse setting may be off-putting for those uninitiated in its values. But ultimately, you begin to enjoy the contained chaos of it all. Plus, super cheap hot dogs and a Sams Club exclusive flavor of mountain dew! Its another world, and a world I feel good in. Great location! One of the very few Sams Clubs I get a chance to visit whenever I visit the US. The staff are friendly, and the selection of items are pretty great. They also have great free samples.The gas prices are also awesome!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called to verify availability of an item, the lady that I spoke with says we have four available. I drive a half hour to the store and am told yes we have it but we cant sell it to you because we need it for Black Friday. I am beyond upset. If they would have told me when I called that they had them but they were unavailable for sale I would not have wasted over an hour of my time, gas money and toll money.
