The ladies who work in the front booths are amazing. They are so friendly and funny. It was all ladies working in the back today and they were all so on the ball. They kept it running smoothly. Easy process, cheap enough.

No problem ever, employees are always very polite, funny and out going. I do not mind going here.

The worst service we have ever experienced bordering on theft. I do not recommend working with this company in any way, shape or form. Once they have your credit card they will take your money even if they do not complete the job. We had scheduled a driver to dump a load of gravel in 5 locations at our property. the property is frequently accessed by large vehicles and trucks. the driver told us that if he lifted his dump bucket where we asked him he would scratch the bucket on branches and then told us that his vehicle would not make it around a corner that Vehicles twice the size of his make it around everyday..... The driver then left our property without dropping anything and proceeded to charge our card. absolutely disgusting especially in times like these.That was yesterday, the following day a truck from another company made the delivery without issue .....

Great attendant at the public entrance making all the dump puns. Left a tip! Most fun you could have at a dump. Whats a nice girl like me doing in a dump like this!

I have dealt with their controller and purchasing agent for sale and purchase of vehicles. They are great deal with. I get the distinct impression that they take care of their employees. They are also big contributors to the Big Move cancer ride that I also do. Anyone being treated for cancer at the St. Catharines General Hospital can see the huge contribution by this company !

Blaring their horn and doing work at 5am very loud. The man in the truck, when I told him he woke up everyone in my building said “ oh yeah” and continued to smoke his weed IN THE TRUCK, and rolled up his window. I have work for 10 hours tomorrow with no sleep.If this is how all your staff behaves, I’m seriously concerned for people on the streets( under the influence) and anyone getting sleep.

All the employees I met were friendly and super helpful. The staff made my chore so much easier that I wonder why I ever bothered to procrastinate in the first place!
