Wish I could give them 0 stars!!! My husband has been a patient there for almost 20 years and was refused service today! He has been suffering all weekend with what we think is an infection and I was told they werent allowed to make him anymore appointments due to a bill going to collections. I told them I had paid that bill in full before it went to collections. She agreed and said it does show paid in full and a $0 balance but they cant help him and he needs to find a new dentist! What??? Ridiculous!!!

I’ve been coming here for 28 years and never had a complaint, although the last couple years I’ve slacked off on my dental care. Recently I had some pain in the back of my mouth. The office got me in quick, diagnosed my problems and painlessly dealt with them. As long as this office remains open, I will be a patient. Thanks a million to Dr. Jones, Dr Leta, and the professional staff for making my smile top notch. If your looking for a new dentist look no farther, because you won’t find anyone better.

Amazing staff!!! I had a huge fear of dentists and Dr. Jones was the first dentist in over 20 years that made me feel comfortable!! I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. His staff is awesome too. You feel more like family when you walk in than a patient

Amazing place! The best people own and run this establishment. Very welcoming environment and staff. If you are afraid to go to the dentist they will change that. You want this to be your familys dentist!

Absolutely phenomenal dentist and staff. I moved away from niagara falls but still make trips up every 6 months just to come here. I wont trust any other dentist. Dr. Jones is the real deal
