The staff has always been polite & helpful. Its never easy asking for help, but they have made a difficult situation a little easier.

Just a horrible place to go. Have to go through security at a human resource building (dear God). Service was slow. Once you turn in your paperwork then ypu can just leave & wait for some one to call you. Not sure what this world has become.

Contrary to popular belief, not everyone that goes here actually wants to. Also, there are other programs and departments at this building besides public assistance, food stamps, etc. It isnt a very pleasant place to visit...almost seems kinda like a jail!!

All food stamps cases are in niagara falls, I live in Lockport and no food stamps case workers at this location.Ive been calling niagara falls since months and have been told someone will return my call regarding my case, and no one calls. I have to travel there now to get my case straining up.
