They fixed my husqvarna riding mower it works as it’s first day. Very happy with the outcome. Just took longer than expected - warranted that it was not a quick fix but took near 3 weeks. However I will go back to them in a flash.

I highly recommend the team at equip rentals. we were not the easiest of customers as the equipment was very unfamiliar to us but they were very patient and offered on tutorial over the phone and also came out a second time to show us a game. And when we had issues with the equipment they were fast to help replace what we had to keep us going on our project. Delivery and pickup also went very smoothly.

Really impressed with this place. Was recommended to me by a neighbour for a new mower blade as other places were giving me a completely wrong part. Went there and the guy that helped me really made sure he found the extact item I needed and ordered it to be shipped there overnight. Warranty on any machine. Lawnmower. Weed eater etc. E-quip will tell you thats not covered under warranty.. Lawnmower cable snaps. Weed eater cable snaps. You pay. I called the company. Product is under warranty. No problem we will send the parts No Charge. Be careful for Warranty work at E-quip!

Dont make the same mistake i made by having e-quipe rentals do a bad tune -up on my snow blower. Be sure to make sure every nut bolt or cap is tight and will not come loose when the machine is being used. as in my case the Oil drain cap fell off in use and was shooting oil out the back of the drain pipe destroying my engine.E-quipe took no responsiblity for the problem and blamed me for it.So if you have had work done or thinking of having e-quipe do some work for you double check their work and dont make the same mistake i made in trusting them to do a good job to begin with.Thank you

Rents out broken tools, and then charges the fee anyways. I guess to them, broken means one more rental. Much better off next door at Stephensons or even HD.
