Very happy with the service provided by amazing therapist Agnes.At the beginning I was full of hesitation but she is so professional and friendly and put me at ease immediately. She explained everything clearly and gave me confidence. Showing concern to how you are feeling during the session and is  giving you as much time and attention as you need. I have had great results from the first session, followed her recommendations never had any sort of reactions or pain.It was the first time that I did laser hair removal, and I couldn’t have had a better experience! I came to the clinic for laser treatment, and Im so impressed with the results! As a woman of colour, I was extremely weary to try laser hair removal since it can be difficult as the skin is more sensitive to the heat. However, Agnes clearly knows what shes doing! She made me feel very comfortable, and they are doing great with COVID-19 cleaning and sanitation.

I would highly recommend European Laser Spa comparing with my personal experience with other centers. Agnes has been helping my skin look and feel its best. After laser skin rejuvenation my skin is smooth and my face looks refreshed. Laser skin rejuvenation reduced my fine lines around the eyes and on the cheeks. Also significantly reduced deep lines, tightened the skin and improved my skin elasticity. I felt relaxed in all my sessions and I noticed a difference right after the first session. My results have been better than expected. Agnes is super patient and professional. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through the laser process step by step. She is very detail oriented and everything was explained to me clearly. I am very happy to recommend this place to anyone, if you want the highest quality of care.

I would highly recommend European Laser Clinic. I tried them for hair removal after hearing of the great experience my wife had. I was really impressed for a few reasons. First, Agnieszka was super friendly, professional and made sure I understood the treatment. Second, the treatment was completely painless. Finally, and most importantly, I noticed that even after 6 weeks, almost no hair was growing back... and that was after just my first treatment. Two thumbs up!

I came here for a 6 session hair removal via laser. She offers a package so highly recommend looking into that. The owner is super nice and attentive. I was really impressed on my first visit to European Spa. Agnieszka (the aesthetician) was professional, caring and friendly. All the equipment was brand new, everything was clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I went for laser hair removal and a facial treatment. My treatments were completely pain free and I honestly don’t remember the last time my skin felt so soft and smooth. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend Agnieszka to all. I’ve already made an appointment for my husband. :)
