Im not overly critical but rather positive in all my reviews.I have especially find regularly that customer service on the polite or friendly side lacks at the niagara falls location.The last visit I had was quite disappointing to say the least. I was served by a young lady who said she was leaving this week. She was unfriendly and rather short with her communication. Its rather unfortunate.I would suggest to all who work in GT French that all customers, and such as myself, is the reason why you are all employed. Arrived at 455 to pick up an order and employee rushed to the door to flip the closed sign. If you close at 455 think about changing your hours. Counting the till is an after hours duty. Thats bad business in my opinion.

Great staff . Had exactly what I was looking for and the price was great!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The staff here are extremely rude (with a few exceptions, the manager is great). Stay away from this place if you dont want to be discriminated against. Had a horrid experience with their staff members who believe they are entitled to kick people out of their store and make up prices. Get your supplies elsewhere.

They have what you need but dont expect service with a smile. You may even feel like an inconvenience.

Great place for running your business.

Best Place ever for all of your event needs. The best part is you can buy as much as you want, or think youll need, any products unopened and not used after the event, you can return everything with a receipt. Great place for raffle tickets, drink tickets, etc and plates, napkins, cutlery, etc at awesome prices. Which was a nice surprise. Very friendly, and helpful staff.

Awful driver today on Kipling and bloor, almost killed a mother with her baby! You should screen better and use devices to detect what they’re doing. Shame on you!
