Got photocopies had to pay more to have them do it, but it sure did save time on my part--mission accomplishedSubsequent trip, had a fax sent. Easy. Staff helped. Thank you!
Went in looking for some dymo printer paper and the manager named Andrew told me they had none and walked away. I saw online they had some so I searched my self. Once I found it I cashed out and told the Manager that they had 5 more back there. He ignored me with a dirty look. I asked the cashier for the Managers name and he refused to answer me probably scared because the Manager was right next to him. I stood in front of him and would not move until I got his name. ANDREW. The worst if you don’t like your job QUIT!!! Corporate needs to train these guys better.
I was not very fond of the customer service at this location. I came in around 11:30 hoping I could get assistance with computers, multiple associates had seen me standing there and none offered any assistance which I found to be a bit rude because I fully intended on making a sale there today. It upsets me how other customers can get the assistance they needed but I was not given any for whatever reason. The manager was friendly about the situation and hopefully this will be something brought to the stores attention.
John, from the Print Department, provided great service for me. He was very helpful.
Had to wait over 30 minutes in line to just to find charge is 40% more then what was quoted.
The print center were able to push ahead my architectural blueprint job for me and save me a headache! I absolutely appreciate them going out of their way for a customer 👍🏻
Very helpful employee gentleman at the self service copy machine. Store has always been helpful when copies needed or cell phone copies needed.
Had a delivery driver damage desk was supposed to be a two person lift they sent a short out of shape guy that refused to carry it correctly it was being delivered to an apartment where he expected a 20 year old 150 pound girl to carry it upstairs was very rude to the girl and I work at the business below her apartment and he was very rude to her and unprofessional
I just experienced the most RUDE employee I have ever dealt with. She was sitting behind a desk. She didnt stand up to greet me. I was standing on their please stand here sign trying to do my best to follow their covid 19 policies. She blatanly gave me an attitude because she said she did greet me. From 30 feet away. With her face covered by a mask. I did NOT hear her. She proceeded to sit there and never got up. So I left. Im not sure if the mask covering her face made her feel she could be rude to customers. Ill never step a foot in there again.
I never have to wait very long before an employee approaches me and asks if I need help finding something. I really appreciate this. It makes my shopping experience so much more pleasant.

Excellent service and support and the whole experience was a pleasure. I dont shop a lot but look forward to going back for whatever office needs I may have in the future. Front door parking was convenient too! 5 stars!

The employees here are rocks! Came in to get labels printed at 9 when they opened. I was told the only person that knows how to do that wont be in until after 1. How about you train all your employees how to use a copier? Its not that difficult! I ended figuring it out myself at the self service copier but then it jammed....
People their are great. Help me with what I was trying to do. Enlarge a pattern to make it easy to read.
Good variety of office products but, a little pricey
They offer rebates when you bring in empty cartridges. Since Office Depot took over, i have problems getting rebate. I turned in 7 inks mid January. Early June rebate still does not show up. I needed blue ink. Thought it was on sale but only the yellow and gray were on sale. Who ever heard of putting items on sale with only 2 of the 5 colors on sale?
The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. Even carried my package to my car. Great service☺
They have virtually everything you may need for any kind of office but there are no price breaks. There are clearance items but if you need select items, you pay their price.
Love the print shop people - the 24x36 poster of my favorite picture looks great for only $25! Love it & they did it so quickly!

Minimal amounts of stuff, hard to find things. Staff claimed prices would be reflected on the receipt for sale prices but they didnt. I was overcharged and with three kids in tow I didnt feel like running back in to fight it. I had too much more to do. Quite disappointing

The service was pretty bad. I was looking to deliver a package with FedEx. Nobody assisted me and it looked to me as if they wanted to ignore me. I will not be going back if its Office Depot and Niagara Falls. some people do not like their jobs I get that but dont take it out on customers.
