Service would’ve been a few days and we were supposed to be leaving after our vacation, so we decided to buy a newer used Ram. I had a great experience. I live 6 hours away and had been looking for a Durango for months. I finally found one that wasnt over priced. Messaged them Saturday evening through car gurus and they responded Monday morning. I was on the phone with Amy by noon starting paper work and working on my trade. She gave me a very good deal for my trade in and everything was finalized before weekend. Delivery was scheduled to my door for the following Wednesday. couldnt be happier with the purchase and will be purchasing vehicles from them in the future.

Joke of a dealership. Id give 0 stars if I could. Stay away. They clearly dont go through trade ins. Had my truck in there 3x within the first month it was purchased for electrical issues. Here it is 1 year later and they never fully fixed the problem. Tried to blame me for a headlight that was cracked already and fought me to get it replaced even when I showed a photo from the day I looked at it. I shouldve taken it as a sign. Only thing that matters is $$$. Once sale is made its like talking to a wall. Absolutely pathetic joke of a dealership.

Went for a simple oil change & tire rotation and they couldnt even do that properly. Didnt rotate my tires, probably assumed because I am a woman that I wouldnt know. Dont go here.
I have dealt with many dealers in my past and want to tell you that Cecconis is by far the best. My salesman (Demani) was great!!!! I recently purchased a Ram 1500 from JC and I can’t say enough about the entire experience. Every person i interacted with was top notch including Marybeth, Landon, Harsh, & Demani. I was hesitant to make the 2-1/2 hour drive but in the end I was glad I did. Thx to all but special thx to Demani and Harsh for making the purchase an easy one. We had an incredibly positive experience at Cecconis this week. We just stopped in to take a look at the Jeep Grand Cherokees and ended up taking one home the next day! We worked with Dino Ingrassia who was literally the best salesman I have met in over 30 years of buying cars!! He invited us to test drive the Jeep even though it was just minutes before closing time and stayed long afterwards to answer our questions and help us make a decision. We were able to negotiate a good deal on our trade and we reached a fair price for our new car. Dino is young, but he is very knowledgeable, hard working, personable, professional and has a great sense of humor!! He called me back the next morning right when he said he would and I was able to pick up my car right on time! There was no long wait...in fact, even while working with other customers, he took the time to go over all of the features of the car, set up my apps, and was right there with me until I drove off of the lot! This is the second great experience Ive had at Cecconis...we will definitely be back :)

I am a senior citizen and he takes his time explaining everything to me. The other day my car said no power steering and I called Chris in a panic he told me to what to do and it worked! Today I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation and as always Chris was Great! Your dealership is lucky to have someone as thoughtful as Chris. This is my 2nd time purchasing a RAM truck from Joe Cecconis and I have to say that in the 27 years that I have been buying cars/trucks I have never had a better experience! I worked with Mike Jensen (President/GM) Rob Fleming (sales) and Shawn Reardon (Service Manager) and with each encounter I was treated like gold. Mike made the negotiating process very easy and cut though all of the stereotypical dealership back and forth, and Rob kept me inform through the build process as well as making the delivery process very smooth and made sure that all of my requests were taken care of.After taking delivery of my truck I decided to add some aftermarket running boards and Shawn rolled out the red carpet. They sold me the running boards at a fair price, installed them quickly and the mechanic Rob did an incredible job. Shawn even went as far to give me his cell number AND answered the phone when I called!Overall I am a very happy customer :-) AND I love my RAM TRX!

Dont ever get a vehicle from here if you value money. I bought a 2011 Wrangler there Memorial Day weekend (May 29th) and just a few days later noticed the transmission fluid pan was leaking. Took it to another Jeep dealership and they noticed my radiator was leaking as well. Brought it to Joes to get it fixed. Drove it home and the check engine light pops on for Torque Converter and then it gets stuck in 4 wheel drive not even a week after it being up there to be fixed for the other 2 problems. They have now had it since Saturday, June 12th, said it was all done and expects me to pay $108 for things that shouldve been checked over before the Jeep even left the lot. I gave them the benefit of the doubt twice and was hoping this would go over smoothly, but it hasnt whatsoever. So with that being said, go elsewhere for your vehicles. This place will just drain your pockets and not feel bad about it.
Called for 4 days in a row left messages. Never got a call back. Avoid dealership.Update: It even takes them a month to reply on here dont waste time on on this dealership

I was having some brake issues with my car that I am currently leasing from Joe Cecconi. The customer service they offer is exceptional. They were able to get me in within a couple days. The service center employee Garrett was helping me out while my car was in the shop. His customer service was outstanding, Garrett gave me frequent updates what was going on. Ive been to dealerships around the area but Joe Cecconi is definitely the best dealership in the Niagara Falls area.

This is my third time buying a Jeep at Joe Cecconi’s and every other time I had a decent experience but this time was by far the best, easiest, and least stressful. This is because of my amazing salesman Kahlil! I can be a demanding customer at times who wants things done a certain way and wants them done quickly & he always put up with me with a smile on his face and in a very timely manner. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t give me the run around like a lot of dealers at other dealerships have in the past. I had the worst experience with them...I was orginally approved for a loan for a vehicle but then they didnt have title for that vehicle them 1 month later finally got title but then couldnt get approved for loan, and said they help find a vehicle could get approved for another 2 weeks and nothing...worst customer service ever...went elsewhere on a Monday got my vehicle on Thursday.....I dont recommend them at all

Got ripped off here a couple years back and now Im stuck with a jeep renegade thats 7,000 $ in negative equity... Beware when they tell you they will pay off the remainder of the car and put you in a new one.... They really just add it to your new loan, roll over. Now I cant get out of it to something more reliable for my family. Wish I wouldve known this hen Renee sold me the car. I would of never put myself in this position, but I guess you live and learn.

I really cant even believe how my family has been treated through the process of buying a vehicle. Our first appointment went well. we looked at the vehicle and noticed some things that needed to be replaced before we would be willing to make the purchase and there were no issues. Our sales rep told us he would order the parts and have the truck repaired so it could be picked up on Monday at the latest. Monday afternoon he called to tell us the parts are delayed and we will need to wait another 2 days to get the vehicle. Inconvenient but no problem things happen . We went to pick the vehicle up that Wednesday and it wasnt detailed and had literally no gas in it. We waited while it was detailed. My fiance opened the hood before we left to find that none of the issues were even fixed and none of the service reps or sales managers had any idea that they even needed fixing. We talked with Renee and after arguing for almost 20 mins she agreed to write us a slip saying we would get the truck back in the shop and get a rental. We finally got that issue resolved and went to go pick the vehicle up again and brought it home. We were driving 10+ hours the next day so my fiance checked to be sure all tires were full and fluids checked etc and realized there are wheel locks on the lug nuts so we searched the entire vehicle for the removal tool and did not find it. We called the dealership and they said they didnt have one and suggested that I drive to grand island to pick one up from another dealership. I told them I didnt have time for that so I had to bring the vehicle back again for them to drill the wheel locks out and replace with regular lugs. Now, my temporary registration has been expired for 3 weeks and they instructed me to continue driving it illegally because there is an issue with the title and they cant get ahold of the dmv to resolve it. This is absolutely crazy and theyre slogan is well treat you like family. 👍
Went to see about trading in two cars and get some numbers to buy a new Ram left with nothing because sales manager wouldn’t use VIN and pics as I had my Jeep with me and not the other two cars I was trading in. First you have all the info I gave you VIN pics mileage and payoffs that’s all you need to make a deal left with nothing other then a thanks for stopping in! Would have probably left to go and get the cars if this would have been close to a deal.

Never in my life have i had such an amazing experience sitting in a car dealership. Dino was super helpful and right to the point with no run arounds. Said exactly what i wanted and he delivered and then some. Even called to make sure i got home safe. I would definitely recommend Dino and Joe Cecconis.
I would give this place zero stars if i could. Their customer service people and sales people are wonderful because thats how they make their living. Service department where they fix your car has a never ending line of vehicles that were brought in to be fixed and they dont fix so you keep coming back to waist your money. They take advantage of people with bad credit, they sold me a suv with no spare tire, when i asked where it was, the sales lady said its a used car, it dont always come with a spare. Really? I just spent 18 grand and no spare. They pull out all canvas covers to re- sell to customers if they ask for $300 when the manufacturer charges 130. They sold me an extended warranty that was only good for maybe 8months. I bought it with 48k miles, the warranty cost me over 3 grand and was only good till 60k miles. When i recieved my canvas cover, i noticed that the back of the truck takes on water when it rains. This was 3 months after i bought it. They told me its not covered under lemon law. I have had it in 4 times the last year to be fixed in the same spot and same problem. They made a mess with the glue and broke the cargo rail. They made every problem worse. I went in for an oil change and wheel alignment, my 1 tire leaked air. The service manager told me they found a screw in it and it will cost $27 to fix. I told them to fix it. The next day, the same tire was low, with the same screw in it. When i called them, they insisted that it was a different screw. My truck still takes on water after being fixed 4times. My rear defroster, and wiper motor is fried. They told me it had nothing to do with all the water that had leaked in the back. (So they dont have to pay to fix it) my advice is go to fucchello or any other dealership. Joe cecconi will screw you any way they can! I called the service manager 3days ago about it still leaking, and, still havent recieved a call back. I had to trade in my suv today that was paid off and take on another truck with a payment due to them not fixing the problem and possible mold and damage for my families well being. I can not emphasize it enough to not shop at this Mickey mouse organization! If you have bad credit go anywhere but here! Your problems will never end until you move on to a real dealership

Well Cecconi’s called my wife on wed 12/30/20 about trading in her jeep renegade..... They wanted us to come in to get a trade number and to look at buying a new vehicle. Our thoughts were why not get a number and see what is available so we agreed! Made an Appointment for Saturday 1/02/21 at 12:00pm. Showed up at the dealership at 11:30. Drove the lot and looked at cars. Walked in the dealership at 11:45 and Signed in at the front desk. We sat in the waiting room till 12:30pm then walked out after being skipped by multiple people that walked in after us! Let me remind you we had an appointment! Will not be back to this dealer! Waisted a 45 min drive from home and our time! This is the second bad experience with this dealership last time service blew me off for days when her renegade was in for service. ended up having to go to the general manager to get things takin care of! Does not seem like customer service is a priority to Joe Cecconi’s Chrysler complex. Their business model does not seem to care about repeat or the loyal customer. Bad taste in our mouth!

My boyfriends car recently died so weve been on the hunt for a new vehicle. After a month of searching with no luck, we believed that we had hit the jackpot when we found their listing for a 2012 Hyundai Sonata for $7,800- it was a considerable upgrade from his old car and right in our price range. There is a recall on the vehicle but we were assured from the beginning that if we did decide to purchase it, everything would be taken care of as recalls are the dealerships responsibility (those words came directly from the mouth of our salesperson, Joe Smith). Because of this, we decided to buy the car; we paid our down payment and picked up the vehicle a few days after the initial test drive and were ecstatic. However, after only 3 1/2 hours with the car the check engine light comes on and we cant accelerate past 20 MPH. My boyfriend is told to take it to a dealership close by where he finds out that the problem with the engine is a $3,000-$4,000 fix! We were literally sold a lemon, and luck was on our side; it couldnt even last one full day away from the dealership so we were within warranty. After a lot of getting our chain jerked around, we got a refund of our $2,000 deposit- not until after I was spoken down to quite rudely over the phone when simply trying to explain the situation.I hate that I had to write this negative review, but I think its important that I do so potential buyers dont get screwed like we did. I assume our salesperson thought we lived an hour away in Rochester because we had mentioned we were from there, since when my boyfriend called after the check engine light came on Mr. Smith inquired, Arent you all the way in Rochester? leading me to think they tried to pull a fast one on us since they assumed we lived far away. Luckily, we are only 25 minutes down the road.Long story short, get a mechanic to look at the car before you buy it from this dealership. They capitalized on our frustration of not having a car for over a month since they knew we were sick of not having one. Be careful with these guys, and do NOT buy the 2012 Hyundai Sonata from them!
DO NOT GO TO AL FOR A CAR!!!I have purchased multiple vehicles through How Cecconi and this last experience has me considering never coming back. I was called in as they wanted to buy my vehicle. Found a car we would be happy to trade in for and due to banks being closed on the weekend they asked us to leave a deposit and would be calling Monday to finalize the deal. Monday came and went. I gave it a week of no follow up before I called and pulled the sale. To this day I have yet to get my deposit back. As I stand in their show room right now they are stating I will be getting HALF of my money back. They only get 2 stars bc Ive had good experiences in the past, but as of this last one I am disgusted!

Iam not happy lease a 2021 Jeep renegade Trailhawk on Feb 4 and from day one the airbag system has been on and I have had it in for this on 11feb then a week later march 1st and they had ittill the march 5 and it still not fix they have parts on order but do not know when it will be in

I was in the market for a new Jeep Wrangler and saw one at Joe Cecconis that had the look I wanted. When I stopped in, I met with Al Ligammari and inquired about the Jeep, which unfortunately, did not have the options I wanted. Al immediately began the search for another Wrangler that could be modified to what I wanted. After locating one and having it shipped in, he kept me up to date on the modifications and sent me pictures of the work as it was completed. He made the process very easy, and was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle options, spending time with me when I picked up the Jeep to set up my phone, dash display, Apple Car Play, etc. Two thumbs up(and a Jeep wave) for him and Joe Cecconis.

Went in to buy some parts for my car and the price for the parts were exorbitant as I was walking away the parts guy said you could take some money off for me I said cool but they did not have the touch up paint I needed customer service was great

Purchased 2018 Jeep Cherokee Altitude. No pressure. Quick and easy. No going back and forth, they were straight up with me and addressed my concerns right away. I highly recommend Dino Ingrassia as your salesman. Great job keeping in touch with me during the sale and even checked in with me afterwards. Shot out to Sales Manager R Paul, too...Good looking out. Also, I witnessed them sanitizing EVERYTHING constantly. So, if anyone has any COVID related concerns, they were good about that stuff too.
