We recently placed an order for materials for use at a workshop we were holding in Niagara on the Lake and were extremely pleased with the high quality achieved, and with the companys exemplary level of service which was both friendly, reliable, and fine-tuned to our requirements.

I was in at Bain printing today to print a small batch of callouts for a project I am attempting to launch. They were super helpful and took care of things quickly, professionally and at a great price for what I got.I highly suggest them for printing needs, their setup looks extensive and the team seemed helpful and capable.

As soon as I walked in the door of the establishment, the owner, Stanley, shook his head and laughed to himself, then proceeded to give me some of the worst, completely unmerited attitude I have ever received in my life. I told him if he was going to have this attitude with me I would be taking my business elsewhere, and then I slammed his door in his face. This man is a bitter, morbidly obese man who clearly blames the world for his problems, not himself, so I would warn anyone against doing business with him. He is completely disrespectful, and therefore unworthy of receiving business. My consolation is that he has to lug around that huge sack of fat of his everyday.

We have dealt with Bain for many years they provide a very fast and fairly priced service of plotting blueprints for many of our projects.

I ran out of business cards at a conference in niagara falls. called bain printing and asked if they could make 100 cards that same day. they agreed but it would cost extra. $ 70 was very expensive, but since it was important for me I agreed. they did not deliver that day but said I could pick them up the day after. the day after I picked up the cards but they had spelled the web address for the business wrong. After correcting the mistake they sent them to me at the conference. when I picked them up they had forgotten to print my email on the cards. this was their mistake since it was clearly written in the email I sent to them. I called them and said the card was wrong again and I couldnt wait any longer, i would like my money refunded. this made the boss so angry he yelled at me and was extremely rude in the phone. so I didnt get my new business cards or money back. This is the most unpleasant experience with a company I have ever had in my life!! Please stay far away from this cheating and incompetent people there are many better printing companys in niagara falls.

Bain is reliable and good people. They know their stuff when it comes to making catalogs, flyers and brochures.

Although I approved the proof there was a small change that makes my business cards unusable. I had to go through many proofs, not because Im difficult it was just a bad design. It should have been caught by the designer but it just came across like a lazy effort. I should have withdrawn the project when they informed me that they didnt have the font that I originally wanted. They were willing to rerun at $25 but at an original cost of $75, I wasnt going to throw good money after bad. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, not even a follow up phone call to express regrets that they lost my business. Im glad I didnt do a big project with them. It was a $75 mistake that this small business person will not make again.
