Never had a bad haircut. Been going there over 10 years. Stylists are fantastic, and knowledgeable about products. Highly recommend the app to reserve a time at your nearest store.

Stylist was very snarky with my son, turned to me and rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders. I let her know I didnt appreciate her attitude and if she was at all a good hair dresser she would help my son understand what he was looking to do. She in turn butchered his hair. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Only place I trust to do my hair. Pretty open availability for appointments. Also offer color treatments.

Quality isnt always consistent as there are many different workers and not all the same skill level. Have gotten 2 bad cuts out of 10. They have 2 or 3 solid worker that consistently deliver quality cuts. Highly recommend Heather, she is one of my personal favorites.

Lexi and Monet saved the day for my husband and me! We were getting married and needed our hair done. They took care of everything. Due to a misunderstanding, we thought that they were only accepting walk-ins but they preferred reservations. However, they went above and beyond to make sure we were looking our best! Lexie gave me a simple but gorgeous hair style that complimented my birdcage veil and Monet shaped up my husbands hair to look sharp for our special day. I am so thankful for these two women who made sure that we had the best hair for the best day ever.

I was looking for a great place to cut my hair so that I can donate it. The reviews were good so I called to schedule. Given the whole covid thing i thought i would have to wait weeks to get in. I got in the same day. Even better i was early and they got me in right away. My stylist was Jamie. She was amazing! Very sweet and personable. She was quick and knew what was perfect for me!!! I love my hair!!! Im a terrible repeat client for things like that but I will surely go there regularly to have her keep my hair perfect!! Thank you so much!!! You made my day!!!

This place is really good. A bit pricey but the staff is nice and the cuts are good. Most other barbershops I go to, you just stay quiet and stare at yourself in the mirror in awkward silence but I ended up having a full conversation while getting my hair cut

Yesterday I went there and only wanted the back a little cut. it ended up being way shorter than I wanted it to be and uneven on the left side and she cut the sides which I didnt really want. I was pretty bummed out cause I wanted to keep my hair as long as possible but I didnt want to say anything cause the girl was nice and had a good conversation. So I went today to see if she could even it out a bit and maybe make the back a tad bit shorter so the front can grow out longer than the back. she somewhat fixed it but it still feels choppy in the back and theres a couple longer hairs that makes it out of place. I always have a bad experience with haircuts and I swore not to get a haircut again but thought maybe this might be different. Depressed that I lost a lot of my hair. This is just me venting but idk, I have to wait another year for it to grow back which I am not stoked about.

I told the stylist Id praise her for her efforts, and Im a man of my word. Upbeat, enthusiastic, and willing to do more than decent business, my wait was at an all-time minimal. The haircut process itself wasnt even a wait! Highly recommended.

Checked in at 1030 for an 1100 appointment and they took walk ins ahead of me I waited untill 1120 and they still said it would be atleast another 20 mins and didn’t seem to care at all that I was on a schedule never again will I waste my gas or time to drive here for no reason

Just had a wash and blow dry. Didnt have to wait long and stylist was nice. The set up is not very good for people with mobility issues. Each stylists station has a large round raised pad under their chair. The way they are arranged, it is like an obstacle course you walk through to get to the shampoo sinks.

You know what? Five stars. They are affordable and they remember my preferences. Friendly staff, clean place. For a chain they could have done much worse.

Had a basic long hair haircut.I left the decision of how to cut and style to the beautician.The beautician was a little concerned because my hair was quite long . So she only cut it half way and advise me to come back in 6 weeks if I wanted my hair any shorter. The beautician did a great job and I told her she did great job I gave her a good tip in her tip jar . Great hair cut and at a very reasonable price.

My hairdresser did an outstanding job on my hair. You cant beat the price for a nice haircut.EDIT: This place is hit or miss depending on the hair stylist. Some do outstanding work, others need work on their male haircuts.

I went in for a haircut and described what I wanted and the hairdresser didnt ask if I wanted my hair washed . She just took scissors and cut. For 3 minutes in the chair I was charged 17.00 . And to make matters worse - IM A HAIRDRESSER !! and my hair was uneven and she didnt even touch the sides..To the owner : Thank you ! I will send an email to you . And can I just add, Ive been to quite a few supercuts and loved every one I went to . Maybe the hairdresser was off . She just didnt ask any real questions, and she was quick. In and out in 5 minutes .

Girls were nice but I asked for a certain haircut and I even had a picture and it turned out nothing like the picture.. Wont be going there again..

Went in for cut/shampoo and waxing. Came out with very little cut off, no shampoo and no waxing. Had 2 come home and wash hair because of the smell of all the oil she put in it. Was pretty crowded and didnt want to make a scene. Not worth the stress, will just go elsewhere

I have had terrible experiences at supercuts over the years. However, this trip was quite nice. My hair dressers name was, Blithe. She helped me pick out a hair color that would blend some of the problems i was having in that area. Then when i asked her to cut it, she did exactly what i needed. Most hair stylists that i have seen in the past (at supercuts and elsewhere) do not really listen to what i ask of them nor do i think they give me a style that is right for my face. Blithe managed to do both! I will be keeping her card for the next time. My only complaint is that supercuts is supposed to be a place for people on a budget to go and my husband ended up spending more here than i have at my high ranking salon in lockport. Maybe the franchise needs to remember who their clientele is.
