Was looking for cross rails which were no where to be found...until I called them. They got the part and installed for me at a very fair price. Be prepared to wait a while mind you but would go back again.

I have never had such a poor experience with a business in my life! I called for a part, was told it is in stock, I get there and am told it is still in the vehicle and they would have it out by the following day. Few days passed and nothing so I drove down again to speak with the owner. Kamel assured me it would be ready in the next day or two and he would lower the price. Going on 2 weeks and every time I’ve called they keep saying it will be ready tomorrow.. still nothing.

I realize its always buyer beware, but this takes the cake. I have called several times to try and rectify the matter but no one is returning my call. Next stop is the MTO and the DOT.

Beware of this place, they seemed nice at first but sent something back for credit and never gave me my credit, always coming up with excuses why they couldnt give credit. Really is there only one person there that knows how to use a credit card machine. What B.S.

I was here today and it seemed reasonable for what it is. Remember you’re not going to a Princess Auto, this is a used parts place and it’s not going to be squeaky clean. Staff was nice and I got what I was looking for.

You will never meet a nicer and friendlier bunch of guys. The owner Kamel, is always friendly, accomodating and helpful. sometimes, they bite off more than they can chew and you are waiting for quite a while.Ive been coming here for many years, and the prices for parts from the yard are very, very reasonable if not cheap For basic work involving tires, brakes, cooling, fuel system and minor body work, the work is good and economical. Dont let the mess and disorganized office fool you! These guys rock.

I am a customer of this place for the last 10 years i never had any problems they are super honest, and if they do not have the parts they will get it for me from somewhere else they go out of there way to help. few times were a delay but for the price they give me its ok. I highly recommend them and i will never go anywhere else.

Had to post this review after seeing others. Thought it was an honest mistake.Called about a door, they said they will check and call back. They did call and tell me they have the door (they also specified the color)I offered to put my credit card down and asked if they can have the door removed as I had a 2 hour drive to get there, but did not have much time to spend there. They said not to worry, they will have it pulled off.I get there and the owner calls for John, John comes out and says sorry, we dont have black, it was silver then the owner said You came from far away right? I will give you a really good price on the silver oneI was relieved I only fit this stop as a detour. I said no thanks as I wanted a matching used door so it doesnt stand out as that one part that is freshly painted. I thought for a second that this may be a tactic of theirs, promise availability so they can get people in the door. Then I just shrugged it off as an honest mistake.Seeing these reviews though, I am compelled to think my initial instinct was right. In their eyes, I went 2 hours out of way, they did not know this was an added detour stop for me.Must be one heck of a miserable guy to chase money this badly.

Inquired about a car that was posted on Kijiji a week ago. When called the person Im told to deal with wasnt in. Called an hour later. Was told he needed to go out to the vehicle to see if part was still there.Another hour goes by still never heard back. Called 5 times that day. Still never found out if the part was available or not. Kept getting the run around. Not hard to open the drivers door and see if part is there or not. Extremely unprofessional Will NEVER deal with again and make sure I tell everyone how poor their customer service is.

Beware of this junkyard! I had a similar experience with the quoted prices and availability of the part. Absolutely no customer service skills, chaos in the office and the yard. Dont waist you time here there are way better places to buy your car parts.

Be very careful using this place. Price I was quoted on the phone was not what they gave me. Told me I said wrong vehicle over the phone and would not adjust price to what I was quoted. These guys are a scam tow truck shows up with no money tells you to go down to shop and then once they have you vehicle he says you gave him wrong price. DO NOT USE THEM you will regret it in the end.
