Awesome place for great deals every week! The variety in lots is amazing! Ive bought roof racks for my car, Polo shirts, Coffee, Headphones, Paintings and more! Lot listings are honest, and their staff is the best ;)

This is my favorite auction. They are always courteous and my items are correct and exactly as described. The convenience of e-transfer and pick ups makes R&T top of the heap!!

I was new to the online auction world. R & T was most helpful and attentive to questions if I had them. The friendly, personable staff was always available to help The whole process, invoicing, shipping was a breeze. What I did notice was they had a much clearer description of the items for bid than any other site I had experienced, which was awesome. I was able to find specific items I was interested in, but was happy with the variety of all lots up for bid. R & T is the best. First place to check for ANYTHING! Thank you!

Always a positive experience. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to put some sort of Door Bell on the outside door, then you wouldnt have to pound so hard on it when coming to pick up an item. Other than that, keep up the good work!

I live in Montreal but they remain one of my fave auction houses around such is the breadth and depth of the sublime stuff they put up for auction, not to mention their inspired customer service. Ive scored deals and found incredible rarities aplenty and their impeccable shipping and handling rates + personal and attentive touch always has me coming back for more!

Would rate it 0 stars if I could. Dont have any thing shipped by them, they will rip you off. I won 2 items in the last auction, maybe 1 lb at the most. Total cost of the items $19.50, shipping and handling $25.42. Dont buy anything from them, unless you like getting ripped off

I have won a number of things on a few auctions from R & T Auctions. They are always pleasant on the phone and are just as excited about your wins as you are! I will continue to bid with them without hesitation. They do everything in their power to be accomodating for you to pickup your items. I have never dealt with such flexible and accomodating people. Trust in them and feel confident about the descriptions and enjoy the whole experience!

Easy drop off of my selling items which R & T in Niagara Falls with a low commission of 30%. Items were split up by R & T for sale to different auction to maximize payouts. R & T did all the work to sell (pictures, listing on HiBid, and collecting money for sold items). Received first cheque within 7-14 days for two auctions. I recommend R & T to sell and buy. I will bring more items as I declutter to R & T.

Got a phone call from one of the staff members saying I had to pay my winning auction of $6.50 before they would waste their time to get shipping quote....... seriously! worst customer service ever. I frequently purchase on online auctions and every one will ask prior to sending an invoice if you need shipping so they can add it to the total. Clearly R&T Auctions should learn from other respectable competitors....... so they sent me an email advising me that they will remove my $6.50 invoice and not bother to give me a quote on shipping........ FYI the item in question was a Toronto Maple Leafs - Marner & Matthews Hockey Cards. What a joke.Would you like to see a copy of the email?Your staff indicated that getting a Quote was a waste of time prior to paying for the item........ Perhaps you should follow up with them.

It is a great drive to Niagara Falls each Thursday and even better that we get to go to a great auction! We have found several treasures since we started going several weeks ago. Nice to see the friendly faces! Even better is that there is always great food.

I have been going to R & T Auctions since their 6th auction, I met the staff at an estate sale and they were super nice and helpful. They told me I should stop by the auction house and after the first time I was hooked. Since that first auction I haven’t missed a Thursday except when I was in the hospital recovering from kidney transplant surgery. I would suggest anyone that is looking for a good deal and great atmosphere visit R & T on Thursday night at 5pm.

R&Ts Auction is a very pleasant and well established business to go to. The staff are very kind and honest, makes for a wonderful surrounding to attend. Would suggest to anyone to attend, they have great product..
